Your stay includes a fun and spacious fenced patio complete with a grill and outdoor seating. Two bikes, beach chairs, and towels provided for a less than 10-minute ride to the beach. Inside you will find a kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, and a soft queen mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep. Close to the grocery store and many restaurants and bars.

Get away shack

Enjoyed our stay, everything was very nice ! Very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Only suggestion would be is to put a clock in the room and put a better mattress, maybe memory foam and extra pillows! Otherwise irrational a great little place. We would definitely go back!

Overall positive

Overall it was a nice place. Small but cozy. I liked having the little yard area, and it was very convenient to get to the beach. There is a gas grill, but one of the three burners on it didn't work, and the bed was pretty hard, but other than that, no complaints.

Very cute

The property was really cute and very clean. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only suggestion I might make is to have a curtain from wall to wall that it could be open or closed for a little privacy so the shower is not open to the room.

Picture Perfect

This place is easy to find and nestled in a quiet neighborhood setting. There is a beautiful park at the end of the street. The enclosed outdoor patio area is very tranquil and peaceful. The bikes were fun to hop on and ride to the park and a local eatery.The room itself is well furnished and decorated tastefully.BONUS:***The room, bedding, and towels were clean but VOID of any strong, chemical or heavily fragranced odors!***The bed was firm, the headboard had outlets for devices.We loved our stay here !

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little place. Great location (walkable to coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants) and less than a mile from the beach. And Caleb was a great, responsive host. Highly recommend

Great Place to Crash

Great little studio to crash on a quick vacation to IRB. Caleb was a courteous host and very responsive. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for us. Just a 5 min ride to the beach and walking distance to a couple bars and Publix. The property was clean and as described. Thanks

Just Perfect

My husband and I were visiting family in the Tampa area. This property was perfect for what we needed. It was central, clean and well stocked. We were quite impressed with all the details and organization of EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. So CLEAN! Bed was very comfortable. We hope to return.

Surf shack

Cute quaint yet still roomy. Great location and accomodation. Tree was unforgiving and really left a mess on my car, which as diffi ult ro clean qfterwards. Only stayed 2days
