Good condo overall!

We enjoyed a family vacation at this conveniently located beachside condo. Location is perfect, we sure loved being literally steps away from the beach! We had 6 with us, and being the 2nd bedroom has a futon as the 2nd bed, that wasn’t too comfy. Would be great to put 2 double size beds in that bedroom, for added comfort. Also, there needs to be blinds hung in that front bedroom, not just curtains. Otherwise, it’s a cute condo, great location, and good for a party of 4!

Great location in a quieter part of 30A

We visited with our family (12 and 15 yo) and our dog over spring break. The location is perfect! The condo building is small, just 9 condos, so it’s quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to walk out to the beach from the back. You’re close enough to all the busier areas of 30A like Alys and Rosemary, but are able to enjoy the peacefulness of a beach with just a handful of other groups. One thing renters should note is that the charcoal grill on the property is rusted and therefore unusable. Bring or buy salt and pepper and any other kitchen spices as there was nothing like that in the condo. The condo was pretty clean, however there was hair on the base of the toilet in the hallway, and some wrappers under the bed. The top of the fridge also looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. We stored chips and stuff like that on top of the fridge because there is no designated pantry. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here and loved being able to bring our dog along!

Perfect tranquility

This unit is perfect for those who need ground-level accommodations.very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially love the uncrowned beach. The water was perfect all week! We hope to visit and stay at this property again.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation this is it. Condo could use a blind in the front bedroom, but that is my only suggestion.

Very clean unit. Location is perfect. Customer service is great.

We are very happy with this rental property. One of my biggest pet peeves is the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. This place is a 5-star in that area. We have food allergies so we have to make specific food for our stay - everything works in the kitchen and they had everything we needed. The place is also very convenient since it is very close to the beach. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of PCB and 30A but not too far away from shopping and entertainment. We also love the fact that this place accommodates our dog and we don't mind the extra $200 pet fee. Check in and check out process is pretty easy. We needed a coffee maker for this unit and requested for it, response was quick and we ended up with 2 different coffee makers. No matter how simple the request - customer service is important and they delivered. We highly recommend this place and will rent again!

Beautiful Cliffside Gulfview

Our number one priority for a short three day stay was a quick walk to the beach and that it was! Being able to walk straight out into the grass with our small dog, having it not be crowded because it’s a very small complex and very quaint, and having a nice walkway and steps down to the sand was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our own comfortable backpack chairs and umbrella. We did have trouble with the TV and could get our Hulu account to work. There weren’t any instructions but it wasn’t a big deal and nice to escape from the news. I would just recommend that the owners or property manager figure out an easy way for guests to operate the TV. Master bathroom was nice and shower worked well. There is another door out to the back through the bathroom so that was quite convenient as the key was hanging on a hook in the unit and you could lock the door going out to the beach. Unit had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the beach and water were beautiful!

Perfect location!

The location was perfect, condo was very clean but a little outdated. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the entire family. Communication with management was great, we were missing remote control for the kids bedroom TV, and we received a new one within 2 hrs from submitting the request. Overall a great experience!

Enjoyed our stay!

Unit was dated, but nice. We were able to bring the dogs, and really appreciated the convenience of the yard and access to walkways . Beach was beautiful all week.

Excellent location. Very nice Condo. A few recommendations for the future. Several of the bathroom towel racks are not properly adhered to the wall. I was able to correct one. The management company needs to ensure no staff or maintenance personnel are allowed in the condo without first clearance with the tenant. A person was sent in to deliver a new coffee table without us being notified. We were out and luckily our dog was in day care otherwise it would have been a very bad situation. Plus I had private and sensitive material which others should not have had any access to without my being present. I reported this to Ocean Reef. They indicated that maintenance had tried to reach me. That was false as I received no calls, text messages or email messages. They then said they would notify the appropriate person. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip. The location is perfect.

My Experience With about Condo

It was very nice place to stay. The laundry room ceiling was leaking and it looked like it leaked previously also. We called the office they came the next day and stopped the leaking. There were rusted paint containers on the laundry floor. Regardless of that the place was very comfortable and we stayed there for a week with six young adults. I wish the couch had recliner and we could use it as bed. The location was awesome . We could easily access the beach. Out door maintenance was beautiful and very well maintained. The dryer needs to be changed.

Beach Getaway

Property fit what we were looking for, clean facility and easy access to the beach. Back yard area was good for our small dog. Several steps down to the beach, but manageable. Beach was clean and the area was fairly quite which made it perfect for those of us who like to nap. Property was well maintained. I would recommend this site for those looking for a nice beach getaway.

Spring Break on 30A

Great location, comfortable condo, very clean. Kitchen has basic cooking supplies. There is a community grill we used. The closet off the patio was a nice surprise filled with beach chairs, toys, etc. The beach is so nice, not crowded and plenty of space to spread out. Thank you Capistrano for a wonderful week along 30A!!

Christmas

It is a nice condo on the beach. Several steps down to the beach; this would be difficult for older folks or people with health issues. Close to golf courses but several are private or hard to get T times. Walking and bike riding paths are blentiful. Seversl good restaurants in the area.

Quiet Caribbean like Get Away

The architecture and the landscaping reminded me very much of a quaint little caribbean get away. Very peaceful and yet you can get out and walk or bike on the pathway along 30A to nearby more populated resort areas. Great for small family, couples, or singles.

Renovation

The property is beautifully located and has an excellent view of the beach and ocean. (and occasional drive by from Luke Bryan). This is just a suggestion and will not prevent us from staying here in the future... Property is dated and needs some fresh renovations... some of the towel holders and toilet paper holders are loose... speaking of toilet paper... need to leave an extra roll as the single roll doesn't last very long for a group of 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay and for the price it was excellent perfect for us! Thanks for allowing us to make some great memories! If you want to send me your email address and I'll share some pics! Best views and location

Living room needs updating but it was clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean from the private enterence of the beach access is breathtaking. If you are on the walk out level there is no direct beach view because of the high shrubs so you can have your morning coffee outside with the sound of the ocean but not the view. We had a great time.

Missed having a washer AND dryer.

We loved the area and the condo. However, it was very inconvenient not having a dryer. We washed clothes and towels and had them hanging all over the condo. Other than that it was a great trip. Thanks
