Vi kallar vår strand hem "Suite 16 och kysst av sun'- du kommer att kalla det himlen. Njut av våra socker vit sand och vatten smaragd på dagen och lugnande ljudet av vågorna på natten. Detta stadsbostad har en privat däck utanför det rymliga vardagsrummet, samt en privat balkong utanför sovrummet.

Utsikten är hisnande i alla riktningar och kallas ofta den bästa på stranden. Vackert inredda, uppdaterad kök, smakfullt inredda rum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, garage och mer. Detta är en underbar semester reträtt ... njuta av lugnet i vår strand i Seagrove.

Walton Dunes är en icke-rökare egendom i sin "helhet, vänligen respektera organisationernas regler.

Endast Walton County, är FL markägare tillåtet att ha husdjur på stranden med rätt tillstånd.

Awesome stay on 30A

You cannot get a better location overlooking the gulf on a private beach, hidden off 30A, while close to great restaurants, shops and groceries. The walkover to the beach is just steps from the unit. While the furnishings are basic, the host provides everything one could need, all functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and bonus, a king size bed in master. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Phenomenal all around

The unit was spectacular. The location and private beach was exceptional. The communication with the property manager was above and beyond. We will be back again, and again, and again!

Perfect location.

I rented this place to celebrate my birthday with my family. My choice was based on the location. It was a well-stocked, clean townhome on the beach. It was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out for a couple of hours to celebrate. My husband and I stayed for three amazing nights. Watching the waves and listening to the surf was very relaxing. The host was very easy to schedule with and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this townhome for a beautiful stay on the beach. I will be returning in the future.

The location can’t be beaten. Bedroom and bathrooms were great. If I owned this condo I would upgrade and update the downstairs. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Family Vacation - Our Favorite!

Great Stay, Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location and views are perfect. Private beach access and a section of the beach that is not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions.

Great place. Location and view are amazing

Had a great stay and the condo is right on the beach. We loved being able to see the waves breaking from the living room. Pictures actually make the unit look more dated than it is. For the price and location, it is wonderful. My family had a great time. Having the access to beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. Would come back for sure! Working with the manager was easy and they were extremely helpful. Thankful for a place like this!

wonderful stay

Great Location! First trip to 30 A area. Definitely would atay here again. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Nice chairs and umbrella provided for the beach. Private beach was a nice bonus. Lovely neighborhoods for walks. Recommend the Old Florida Fish House for a meal or two. They have great key lime pie. We walked there. Close to Seaside, and we went there for an afternoon of shopping and eating! Loved the condo. Was clean and looked just like the photos. Management was very helpful with questions.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in the Seaside area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Seaside to enjoy a quiet beach day. This condo was perfect for my little family. The rental could use an update but it was very clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the beach access was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Beach was not at all crowded.

The location is perfect, love the private beach.

The property location is amazing, very clean, well stocked kitchen. The private beach is awesome especially in the busy summer months. The only downside to this is the A/C is not adequate enough for the size of the unit. We had to go buy fans, to stay comfortable not cool.

Great place and wonder management

The only reason I gave 3 stars for cleanliness is because of bugs in the apt. I had other family members staying 2 door down with the same issue. I think the entire complex needs spraying I would stay again tho…. Might b a beach thing

Wonderful location!

Directly on the beach-only a few steps! Especially convenient with a toddler! Beach was private and it was refreshing not to be crowded. Little traffic so very quiet. Will definitely book again!

Location, location, location

Nothing beats being directly on the beach with private beach access. Although an older property you cannot beat the location. Property manager was very communicative and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great vacation. Highly recommend!!

Great Beach House Feel Unit

This unit has a great beach house feel, since the beach is right in front of the unit and is super close to walk to. The unit could use some updating, but was very comfortable, enjoyable, and reasonably priced. The master bed is very comfortable, too. The surrounding area is so cute and quaint. Everyone was friendly and we had a blast. If you decide to rent a pontoon boat, call Mike at Santa Rosa Beach Pontoon and Waverunner Rentals. You won't be sorry! We will be back to South Walton with our kids in the future.

Awesome Property

We traveled down for Spring Break and with everything going on with the coronavirus, we practiced social distancing and ate in every meal. That being said, the property was FANTASTIC. It was clean, in a perfect location, and I cannot say enough about the property manager Laura. She was incredible to work with and kept me up to date on everything corona related. I cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend this property. We will be back!!

Great vacation spot and beach access

We loved the place, had great beach access and two balconies overlooking the dunes and beach. Cute condo with comfy beds and furniture. Only “issues” with the property is that the appliances are a bit dated and the washing machine is as loud as I’ve ever heard - but we just laughed at it and went to dinner while it was running. One other minor issue is the hot water heater is small and the bathtub drain doesn’t seal well so ran out of hot water for about 30 mins while it regenerated- again super minor and kid took showers instead of a bath :) Highly recommend the place and location. We will be back !!
