Hidden Cypress är ett exklusivt, storslagen och lyxigt nytt strandhem, som ligger i hjärtat av Seagrove Beach på en mycket lugn gata som ligger bland Cypress Grove. Hidden Cypress är en kort promenad eller cykeltur till den sockervita sanden, med avskildheten av State Park i norr och lättheten av flera tillgångar till stranden.

Detta enda nivå hem har ett stort vardagsrum / matplats med en vacker skal gas spis, en stor HDTV, klassisk high-end strandinredning och ett stort gård bord med plats för 10. Gourmetköket är en kockdröm med Thermador och Viking-apparater, bänkskivor i marmor, en vinkylare och separat bar eller kaffestation med en Keurig. Hidden Cypress in Seagrove Beach with Royal Destinations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Hidden Cypress . The home is in great shape. We had six adults and three children under 5. The home is at the end of the drive directly off of 30A and truly “Hidden” in a Cypress grove natural area with direct access to hundreds of acres of hiking and jogging trails. Nice pool with great safety features for the kids. Home is very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. Large privacy fence and live oak/ palm trees provide wonderful privacy. Highly recommend this vacation home!!!

The house provided the perfect blend of privacy and quick access to the beach. We loved how the exterior spaces (porches and pools) really extended the living spaces providing amble room for all our guest. The bikes made getting around a breeze. The house was well appointed and love the decor which emphasized coastal living. We are ready to book again for next year.

House is amazing and wonderful property management

First the house is impeccably clean, very well decorated, and well stocked with thoughtful items (all sorts of pots/pans, kitchen gear, pool towels, etc.) You will have so much room - the layout is fantastic. My kids loved the bikes, the pool/jacuzzi, and fire pit. Royal Destinations was the most thoughtful property management I've ever had. THEY checked in with us within 24 hours to make sure everything was to our liking - I've never had that happen before - it was so considerate. Their communication before and during our stay was top-notch. We will absolutely stay here again.Last, two tips for anyone staying at this house. One the kitchen faucet is one of those touch faucets. I had to watch a YT video to figure out how to use it, but you turn it on and simply touch the handle to turn it on and off. Second, when you go out the screened porch take a left and you'll find a panel on the back of the house to control the jacuzzi. To heat the jacuzzi up to a hot tub, hit Spa and Jets, and give it some time to heat up and it becomes a regular whirlpool. I noticed another reviewer said the hot tub is more of a soaking tub. That person probably didn't realize the controls were on the other side so far away from the pool.Again 10 out of 10. Amazing house.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and well equipped with a nice layout. Close to restaurants - The Perfect Pig was great. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Seaside (2 miles), short drive to Rosemary beach. Don’t expect anything extra from the management company. After they reached out and asked if we wanted to come a day early or stay an extra night because the house wasn’t rented, they asked for $250 just to check in 3hrs early and $250 to be able to leave 3hrs late. (Definitely note that check in isn’t until 5pm!!!) I’ve never had anywhere ask for that amount of money for an early/late check in! That was a little disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful place to stay. Comfy beds, great location, and almost every tool you could need in the kitchen. If there are any complaints there would only be two things. First, the grill was extremely rusted to the point of unusable. Second, it was somewhat frustrating that there were absolutely zero spices available upon arrival for cooking. There was plenty of cookware but not even so much as some simple salt and pepper. Aside from that - the house was simply wonderful. Big TVs, working A/C, comfy pool. This place would be perfect for two families with kids to get together. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Cypress beach vacation summer 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Hidden Cyprus and the Royal Destination’s staff was wonderful as advertised! The home is very private and elegant. It’s completely in the middle of everything in Seagrove and yet very privately tucked away at the end of the road. We had six adults and two young children. The home was well taken care of and offered plenty of room even though it’s a single story. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to 30A an and the beaches. We also thought the pool set up was wonderful. The pool security features in place made us all feel much more comfortable with the young children along! We we thought the security alarm battery for the pool was low. We called the Royal Destination’s staff and they very quickly sent a nice technician out to replace the battery within a matter of 10 minutes. Royal Destination’s provided exceptional support for our trip and were very easy to deal with. My wife and I have been traveling to the Seaside area for about 30 years and this was probably our best trip so far. I would highly recommend Hidden Cypress for a relaxing beach vacation! We definitely look forward to coming back again!!!

A Wonderful Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented Hidden Cypress in November 2023 to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. While we did not have any guests with us, the house would be suitable for 6-10 people.The house was clean and up to date. We enjoyed the heated pool and gas-powered fire pit. We also used the gas grill and huge range to cook meals. The house is a short walk to public beach access, as well as eateries, coffee, and shops. We also used the bikes to venture out.If you are looking for a private nook along 30-A in the Seagrove Beach area to get away, this is an excellent choice. You are close to everything you need and want, but also feel out of the way given this property's location. We highly recommend Hidden Cypress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Hidden Cypress is a beautiful and lovely experience. This was our family’s second year to stay here. The home is impeccably clean and the furnishings are comfortable and high end. The layout is spacious and functional, with a massive island and dining room table which seats 10. The amenities blew us away, between the sparkling pool, massive hot tub, fire pit or two deep patios, there are various places to gather together or steal away for a quiet cup of coffee. Our favorite room is the hidden bunk room which is perfect for kids or 4 adults. Right behind the home are private wooden walking paths that go through a lush green space which gives the feeling of walking through the forest. You would never know it’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The home is tucked away down a secluded path right off 30A. The listing also comes with bikes. Seasides city center is a short 15 minute bike ride away, or about 5 minutes in a car. Highly recommend renting this home for your seaside vacation, our family will definitely be back!

Second stay at Hidden Cypress

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's second time staying at Hidden Cypress. The house is beautiful and provides us with plenty of room for the whole family. The inside is nicely decorated, and equipped with the amenities that our family needs to enjoy our vacation. This time around, the inside was nice and tidy, but we didn't have any started materials (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The backyard, however, was a little messy. The grill was uncovered and dirty, the pool needed to be skimmed, the chairs were in disarray. All was noted to the Royal Destinations staff.

Hidden Cypress Beach House Review - SeaGrove Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time together at this beach house. The home was clean, had extremely comfortable bedding/mattresses on every bed. Even though we had to walk to the beach, which we knew and chose, it was a short walk. There was plenty of space to park our trucks. Royal Destinations addressed my texts immediately. The "hot tub" is more of a spa, not a typical hot tub - I assumed it would be "hot." I was informed by one of the spa maintenance staff that I would need to pay for heat. This was not a problem in that during the summer there really is no need for that even at night time. We did not have use of the jets the first 2 days. But, the Royal Destinations sent 3 people to address the issue and one scheduled the spa to turn on/off for us late at night, which was very nice, since the connection between the remote and the system was not working properly. I think the property could use more than 1 outside trash can. The Monday/Thursday trash pick up days are great. But, when you check out there is so much more trash with having to clean out the food that there is a need for more than one trash can. Again, this home was so nice. The showers in the two master bedrooms were nice with great water pressure. The temperature was maintained well throughout the home. All of the bedrooms including the bunkroom above the queen bedroom were perfect for all of the kids! The kids LOVED the bicycles and rode them every night. They LOVED walking through the woods along the decking. The kitchen had every appliance, pot/pan, kitchen utensil we needed. I do recommend getting ice in that we used ice quicker than the ice maker could make it. The beach was beautiful! The area has plenty of restaurants and a Publix within 1.5 miles from the beach house. Thank you Hidden Cypress & Royal Destinations for a great vacation!

Wonderful family vacation

We actually loved the peaceful setting and the fantastic backyard with a pool for the kids. In addition, we really enjoyed the fire pit and bbq grill as a couple of nights we just enjoyed the backyard for more family time. The house was really enjoyable with a great layout fir everyone to be comfortable. If a couple of upgrades could be made such as ensuring tge closet shelving is clean, replacing and cleaning the BBQ grill and updating the door from the screen porch it would receive all 5’s

Awesome Trip

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. We had a wonderful time at this location. Only negative would be the crowded public beach, but it was only crowded for a couple of the days. The check in process (5pm) was not met. The 5 pm check in is later than normal, but the cleaning crew did not finish until 5:30. That was frustrating considering the drive/traffic and then waiting more for the house to be ready. House was wonderful, app was very helpful, but there needs to be more efficient check in measures made by Royal Destinations. Also we had a pool cleaning company, pest control and yard maintenance all come while we were at the house which was not ideal.

Lovely Home in 30A

We had An amazing stay - the home has a wonderful layout, which easily fit our group and a great kitchen, large table for dinners at night that fit everyone, and excellent open layout. Loved the pool and spa, and location. Having beach chairs and an umbrella setup daily was such a bonus. The location is great, Bike to seaside or walk to beach. Would absolutely stay here again.
