The stay was great, the only little issue we had was that the shower door wasn’t on but that didn’t cause any issues for us. Overall, it was super clean, toddler friendly and close a short walk to the village.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property with lots to see and do. We have visited this property in the past when our children were small. Now we are sharing Baytown with our grandchildren. We really enjoyed the property as usual, and will continue to visit for our family vacation. On the down side of a great vaction, I must mention that the kitchen sink had baby roaches climbing up the drain every morning ,and the grout in the shower had mold.

Peaceful Vibes

Let me start by saying the property was beautiful! There was plenty to do at the resort as well as an array of restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable after a long day in the sun. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Excellent rental!!

Great property with everything you can possibly need! Absolutely no issues and was perfectly put together for our family. It was one of the easiest processes with a VRBO rental and was sad to leave. We have rented in these buildings for years. By far the best unit we have rented. No hassle, excellent owners. THANK YOU!

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful property and the property manager responded quickly when I had a question. I've stayed in several condo's before but by far this condo had the most comfortable bed. The only thing I would add to the condo is a shower caddy to hold your bodywash /soap. My soap kept falling out of the soap dish in the shower and I didn't have a place for the bodywash. The view was BEA-U-Tiful and peaceful which I loved. Every window gave you a view of the water. My son wasn't ready to go and neither did I. I will definitely be back.

Only 2 rolls?!

2 rolls of toilet paper for a week stay isn't enough. For the rate of this place it should at least be 4 rolls of charming ultra plush. This place is far from the beach, and the beach the tram bring you too is for rented chairs and umbrella. The only area to put your own stuff down is right on the water line. We felt corralled into the Sandestin compound, not an easy place to find your way around or to get in/out of. The room was nice, a little rough around the edges when you look close. Felt like a really nice hotel room.

Loved it!

My husband, 16 year old son, and I really enjoyed our stay there. My son is tall and he loved the larger size bunk beds! You could easily fit 2 small children in each of the bunks. The condo itself was squeaky clean and came with everything we needed for our stay and then some! We had one minor issue with the tv remote for which we reached out to the property manager. We received a prompt call back with instructions on how to resolve the issue. It was simple! Something always comes up during a vacation and it's nice to know that you can reach someone and get resolution. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful for all ages! And, the quick stroll to the marina and Baytowne make this an ideal location. We drove to the beach instead of taking the tram but that process was easy, too. We'll definitely be back!

Easy Peasy and Super Nice

The condo was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being so close to Baytown. There is so much to do that you don't even have to leave the resort if you choose not to. We had a couple of random and very minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Tresha responded to my call right away. She resolved the problem and it did not affect our stay in any negative way. The only thing I would change is if the condo had an iron and also more lighting in the guest bedroom, but those are not big complaints just "wants". An iron is always helpful to have and not have to bring. Other than that, the condo was very well stocked for minor cooking. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was a pleasure and would love to come again sometime.

This is our 5th year here!

We love this property! It is so close to everything that the hustle and bustle of Baytowne has to offer but when you are in that condo…. The view of the bay is amazing, quiet, and serene!!!

Spring Break Family Getaway

The property and location were great. We knew it might be a bit cool in early April for swimming depending on the weather, so we really liked being within walking distance to Baytown Warf. The pool is super convenient and we did utilize, especially the hot tub. We enjoyed pur stay.
