Room for one or more

A beautiful, shore front property in the gracious Debordieu community. Traveling alone, you're assured of security and safety with the Debordieu security system. The house is perfect for one or a multitude with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and expansive porches and living space. The home's orientation to the beach and coast is ideal. There are miles of coastline to easily walk or enjoy relaxing time on the screened porch.

Love the house!

Great porch! VERY well stocked kitchen! Nice bedding and pillows! The inside of home was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this home along with my mother and sister, and we had such a great time. The house itself is beautiful and well kept inside and out, and the views were amazing. We felt completely safe at the house, and we took advantage of the nearby nature walk and saw deer, gators, and so many water birds! I wouldn't recommend the house if you have issues with climbing stairs; they are steep and there are a lot of them. Typical for a beach front home, just something to consider. On the other hand, the higher you go, the better the view. :-)

Great home with a beautiful view of the ocean

Home is very spacious and great layout. Ocean view can’t be beat from ground floor to upstairs bedrooms. We had 12 with 6 adults and 6 children under 9. Only 1 tv but ended being a good thing which allowed adults to interact more. Well pleased with home!

Wonderful House and Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many VRBO homes that look good in pictures but the reality does not. This home is the exception in that the pictures do not do it justice to how wonderful it is. The build quality and layout is amazing. We had two families, so five adults and four kids and everyone loved it. It is right on the ocean and solid enough you can not hear anything in the house upstairs or down. When we left my wife wanted to buy it as is for our beach house!

5 Stars All Around - Great Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a quick weekend trip for Mother's Day weekend with our family and had a blast. The layout of the home was incredibly functional. Steps away from the beach, multiple outdoor showers and a bathroom that was really convenient for everyone so no one had to go inside the house while having beach time. Amazing ocean views from top story two bedrooms and main floor bedroom. Our favorite part of the home was the massive back screened in porch overlooking ocean. Beach is quiet and peaceful, not overly busy like most other beaches. We will absolutely come back.

As far as I know, it is the only front flag oceanfront house available to rent in Debordieu (there may be one other, but the rest are back flag homes). I agree with a previous reviewer: someone with an eye for architecture designed this home. The triple hung windows are so cool and allowed for amazing views. Just an FYI if you are traveling with someone with mobility challenges: there is no elevator and you will need to climb some stairs. As always, Tidelife is the best there is. We have already booked again for March.

Needs attention/cleaning/maintenance ASAP!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible location! Unfortunately from day one there was a huge bug problem/roach infestation everywhere in the main area of kitchen as well as the upstairs bedrooms even after exterminators came out to treat. Will send pictures. House needs cleaning everywhere top to bottom- outdoor bathroom was filthy. Washing machine needs to be cleaned mildew and mold corroded inside had to clean out ourselves. Curtains in upstairs bedrooms bathroom have debris and dust as well as the vents covered- Not enough attention with cleaning and maintenance and bug problem should look into ASAP, as it was an issue the last time we stayed three years ago, it was 10 times worse 3 years later!!

The only problem was trying to decide where to relax and enjoy the view......a comfy lounge chair in the upstairs deck, the huge screen porch, the hammock, the beach itself which is just down a few steps? So many choices! Great location, quiet neighborhood. We rode bikes around DeBordieu and walked on the beach.made a couple trips into Georgetown for nice meals

Heaven!

Way more luxurious than we were expecting. Top of the line appliances and super comfortable beds. We would gladly stay here again. Everything was very clean and lots of cookware and dishes so cooking was a breeze. We were so sad to leave. Thanks for a great stay!
