Denna uppdaterade och fantastiska Key West stil lÀgenhet har det bÀsta av allt! Vi köpte det nyligen frÄn tidigare Àgare. Det hade en enastÄende hyreshistoria och utmÀrkta recensioner, vilket Àr tvÄ av anledningarna till att vi bestÀmde oss för att köpa det!  2200 + ft av bostadsyta, sover upp till 8, och har 3 fulla badrum !!! Detta Àr den största av condos i komplexet och sitter direkt pÄ Inter kusten Waterfront med uppvÀrmd pool, bÄt ramp, fiske brygga och privat strand vid komplexet !! Renoverat och underbart, det var byggmÀstarens enhet !!. Soaring katedralen tak, vÀlutrustade granit kök med rostfria vitvaror, vin frig och bar. Inkluderar Àven enstaka bilgarage och ytterligare enstaka reserverad tÀckt parkeringsplats. Privat balkong (med glas stÀngningsdörrar) utsikt över de interkustvatten, kajen och den komplexa stranden. Det finns ocksÄ en bakre dÀck utanför sovrummet. Steg till GULF of MEXICO via en offentlig snitt genom precis tvÀrs över gatan. Du kommer att kÀnna dig som hemma och ha gott om plats för din grupp upp till 8 personer och till ett fantastiskt pris jÀmfört med de över gatan!

Plenty of room to spread out, 3 generations stayed and everyone had a wonderful time. Location is great, walked to get ice cream on evening. Lots of family time playing games, and making puzzles on one rainy day. Loved watching the boats go by, and morning coffee on the porch. Great grilling area. Would love to come back again, really didn't want to leave.

Beautiful beach home that was very spacious for our family. Very close to the beach and right on the intercoastal for a beautiful view.The home offered privacy for a larger family, and the location was great. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful beach escape.

Large Condo 1 Block from Beach

This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family! It featured a lovely balcony facing the intercoastal, as well as tons of chairs, wagons, and beach toys. The private community pool was great after a long day at the beach. This listing understates how spacious the condo was— which was perfect after 4 days in a tiny Disney hotel room.We will definitely stay again!

Very spacious and baby friendly

We had a great time in the very spacious condo. We traveled with a 7 month old and they had everything you needed for a baby. The beach is just a short walk across the street. There are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance. We would definitely return again.

Family vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to the beach, saw dolphins from the balcony and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I was very upset that part of the listing was not accurate. All items for the beach (chairs, umbrella), water toys (kayak, water boards), bikes and fishing poles were rusted, not usuable due a combination of being old, water damaged or not taken care of. This was very upsetting as i reached out previous to our stay and asked about bikes and was told they had some on site. A deciding factor I had between this place and another location was the fishing that was mentioned in the description of the place. Needless to say i had a very sad little boy when none of the fiahing poles worked. The bikes were rusted and all tires were flat with no way to air them up. The garage is full of all the non working toys so there is only 1 parking spot, not 2 as mentioned in the add.The bed in the master bedroom is extremely soft. I could see elderly or those with back problems have a difficult time getting in/out of bed. Items in the kitchen were not clean. Pans and cooking untensils were dirty and had to be washed before being able to use them.

Great condo

We had a great time at Blue Haven! Lots of beach toys, umbrellas, kayaks, fishing gear and chairs you will not need to bring anything. Love the fact there was cleaning supplies, extra towels, beach towels, paper products available. It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees in the river. There was lots of room for a family of 7 rooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Just need to label all the light switches.

Amazing time in Indian Shores!!

It was an amazing week enhoyung Dunedin and the beach while staying at Scott and Teri's condo. The place was great for our 2 families (2 adults, one child each) with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was great to sit watching The Narrows with coffee in the morninf, or while dimner was cooking at nnight.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved having the advantage of the intercoastal and the ocean beach. We rented a boat for a tour of the intercostal up to Clearwater-lovely! Each of us are widows and we were able to have family come and visit because there was plenty of space. We had a minor issue with a door lock that Scott resolved the next day. Scott was very responsive. The only downside was the stairs to our condo, especially since our suitcases were heavy. (My friend and I are in our 70’s). However, we learned to plan a bit better to minimize our trips. Definitely recommend this condo.

Enjoyed our visit

We really enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. The unit is spacious and the views of the intra-coastal water way from the balcony were fantastic. The unit could use some updating and a good cleaning in the kitchen, dining and living room area. Little things like missing light bulbs or maybe the lights in the main bedroom hallway just didn’t work. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bathroom is roomy and great. I didn’t mind the memory foam mattress but my husband hated it. Scott was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

2nd trip

This was our families second time staying in this rental. It's one of our favorite rental properties we have ever stayed in. Great location. Five minutes or less walk to beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. We love sitting on back balcony over looking the water. We have seen dolphins most mornings the past two times we have stayed. Husband and kids love fishing off the dock. Some of our best memories are made here.

Great location and rental property!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a beach trip, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, everything about the rental property exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, cleanliness was a top priority, and the property delivered flawlessly. The accommodations were immaculate and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease upon arrival. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring a pristine environment for their guests. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight. The property was conveniently located just a short distance from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. I appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and soak up the beautiful surroundings whenever I pleased. Moreover, the owners of the rental property were a true delight to interact with. They were incredibly kind, hospitable, and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort and made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, my experience was exceptional. Great condo

The condo was more than we were expecting. It is big, which was great! My kids took the loft and my parents and I took the master bedrooms. The ONLY downside of our trip was our daily alarm clock at 7:30am. There was obnoxious construction at the property next to us. They were fixing the concrete on each porch. The noise was awful. We had to leave the property during the working hours. We tried to enjoy the pool but the banging was too much. I wish we had known about this construction ahead of time. The property and condo otherwise was amazing. I would definitely book again!
