Great Long Weekend Stay

We stayed at this property last year in a different unit and were pleased that this experience was just as good as that one! The units are set up perfectly for socializing and we really enjoy the open concept. Location is perfect and the unit itself was just as described. Thank you for a great visit to Madeira Beach!

Excellent property

This was a great unit, in a great location. It had everything we could possibly need, & management responded when I could not locate an iron. (It was buried under blankets, but they replaced it immediately.) The queen bedded room with bunkbeds was a bit smaller than I expected, but still worked. I would have liked a recycle bin, but not a deal-breaker.

A Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable, clean, and a great location! We had 4 of our adult children and two grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom has its own private bath. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We stayed with our small children at this location and had a lovely time. The house was well furnished and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space (and the closets are large enough to set up a pack n play for our 17 month old). My 4 and 5 year old loved the pool, and I appreciated the covered parking. Def family friendly!

Walkable Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. We had no issues. They provided all we need for our time there. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were in walking distance of all that we needed - coffee shops, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Beautiful place

This was a great building - Clean and well stock with minimum essentials. Accurateonline description. . Beach was a quick walk about 1 block away and groceries and food all within walking distance! Gorgeous sunsets on the beach!!

Great Condo and Location

Had a great stay! The condo was in a good location and right across from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped for our 5 day stay. The master bedroom was nice and has a huge walk in shower. We certainly appreciated each bedroom having its own full bathroom. The place was clean and tidy, except for the rugs which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The pool on site was enjoyable and easy to access. We would stay again!

Very nice place to stay, clean

The place was very nice and clean. On the 2nd night, our door code stopped working. It was cold outside and we had to call the emergency line to find out how we could get in. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice comfortable place to stay.

Great location on Madeira Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Madeira Del Mar. The unit was as pictured and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nicely furnished unit with a view of the intracoastal waterway from the living room. There is a grocery store next door which was convenient and many restaurants and bars within walking distance to the unit. Quick walk to the beach from the unit with 2 public beach access points nearby. Some beach supplies (chairs/umbrella/wagon/towels) were available for use which was an added plus. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Overall great stay!

Very enjoyable

We loved our mini vacation. It was clean & comfortable. I wish they had beach towels . We were lucky we only live 2 hours away. So we brought lots of things but I’m sure if your flying in it could be harder . Honestly though we would definitely stay again!!!!!

Great location and close to everything. Only complaint was the elevator was really hot when it did work but it wasn’t working the last 2 days of our trip. We also found slim Jim wrappers under one of the beds when we first arrived….clean crew didn’t clean in there very well. Overall it was good and would stay again.

Cute Condo

The condo was cute and clean. Beach is a 5 minute walk, and they provided a wagon, umbrella, sand castle toys, beach towels, and beach chairs. The condo building hosted mostly adults, so having young kids around felt iffy sometimes. Only complaint is that there is no door to the bathroom in the main suite and so privacy was tricky for that room. Otherwise, it was a clean and well appointed place to stay.

Great location

Great place for a 2 family vacation. We had plenty of space to sleep, eat, and hang out. Only about a 3 minute walk to the beach and Winn Dixie grocery store is across the street. Also walking distance to a few restaurants/ bars like the Daquiri Shack. The only issue we had was the refrigerator and freezer took a day and a half to get cold. Some of our food in the freezer was ruined :(. All in all we recommend staying here.

Pros: The condo is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Perfect walking distance from the from the grocery store, beach and resteraunts. Lots of resteraunts to choose from and we never had to wait. Overall, 5 stars! We would definitely stay again! Cons: The pool is not as beautiful and amazing as it looks in the site photo but that’s fine bc we spent out time at the beach. These are very minor things but brings your own hand and body wash. Also, if you plan to do laundry (ie towels) bring your own detergent as there was none which most VRBOs have it. But these cons are very minor! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Perfect place in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was pretty perfect. Each room has it's own bathroom which was idea for us. The closest beach access is maybe a block away, a super short walk. Public beach with restrooms is a half mile. Grocery(Winn-Dixie) is essentially next door which was really convenient. If we were to try our hardest to find something to complain about, it would be that there has to be a broom provided. There somehow still wasn't one when we stayed(there was a small dustpan). We had to purchase one and left it so maybe future guests don't have to worry about it. The ice maker makes about 10 ice cubes per day if you like ice. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying next year.
