Rymlig ny (2018) stuga med utsikt över floden! Ett kvarter frÄn Great River Road och en kort promenad till Mississippi. Njut av bekvÀmligheterna i hemmet, alla bekvÀmligheter, privat apt (över ett dubbelgarage) tillflyktsort som rymmer tvÄ till fyra + personer. En dubbelsÀng i sovrummet, bÀddsoffa i gemensamt omrÄde och loft / extra boende. Gott om parkering för fordon, bÄt, husbil etc. Vacker uteplats med belysning och flÀktar att koppla av och njuta av! Ta in omrÄdets sevÀrdheter, floder, cykelleder, utsikt etc.!

We were very impressed with the cottage. It was even better than the pictures showed. It was so clean and there was plenty of room for the two of us plus our dog. We would definitely stay there again. Marita was fantastic to work with!

Perfect place to stay

Attended a family reunion in Harpers Ferry and the Cottage was great. Our host was great and the Cottage had all of the supplies covered. I would stay again.

Amazing Amenities

This cottage was a beautiful place to stay. The decorating and cleanliness were fantastic. It was to nice to come back to this place after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

River Vacation

Place is very beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Harpers Ferry. It truly feels like a home away from home. Marita is an outstanding host. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Would recommend!!!!

Perfect place for sights and relaxing!!

We were excited for our stay at this property after seeing the photos and communicating with the owner - everything was beyond our expectations! The property is beautiful - very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and ready to pamper guests! It's location was perfect as we were able to easily travel to Effigy Mounds, Pikes Peak, downtown McGregor, Marquette, and Prairie du Chien. If we had more time, the Yellow River trails and Lansing area were close by as well. The small town where the property is located is friendly, great for walks, and includes a restaurant within a couple of blocks. We could see the river from the window of the cottage or could sit on the patio to enjoy the evening. The owner is wonderful to work with and has thought of many extras for her guests - from bottled water to area brochures and snacks. We would definitely love to visit again!!

Family Reunion in Harper's Ferry

Staying at the cottage was a perfect spot to walk to all local activities during our reunion. Our Dad and his wife live in Harper's. We're from Florida and met other family members from Washington state, Colorado, and Wisconsin who stayed in nearby rentals. We went to the farmers market, had a picnic in the park, launched the boats for fishing and joy riding, kayaked and paddle boarded, took the little ones to the splash pad, and had a scavanger hunt through out the town that revealed many of its treasures. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the family. Our host made it very comfortable. Thank you!

Quaint retreat

This is my third visit to the Cottage and it did not disappoint. The Cottage is set up perfectly for a wonderful visit of Harpers Ferry. The cottage is clean and well appointed. It truly feels like no detail is forgotten. I’d highly recommend the Cottage for a getaway spot to relax and unwind. Marita is amazing to work with. You’ll be sad to leave at the end of your stay.

Iowa Cottage

Impeccably clean property. Nicely furnished, ample room and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. However, not for anyone with issues climbing stairs as rental is on second floor.
