It was good place to stay away from all busyness of downtown but still close enough for all the fun to in pittsburgh

Great location just minutes from downtown and just a street away from a fantastic view overlooking the city. Free street parking with a great chance of finding a spot right in front of the rental. Corey is a great communicator and made sure to check in with me throughout my stay. Only thing that was out of one’s control was the noise from the tenant in the unit above. If you’re a light sleeper you will want to bring earplugs and/or have white noise to block it out.

Solid place to stay. Abit pricey but seems fair for what was going on during the weekend. Especially around Pittsburgh

This was a nice apartment in a neighborhood near the summit of Mount Washington. It was close to the Grandview Overlook, as well as a short drive to many of the downtown attractions. Parking was available in front of the building. The apartment was nicely updated with all the conveniences that we needed.

Not as advertised. Door was wide open when we arrived, then realized it’s a unit on the first floor and the upper unit is very noisy. It was also extremely dirty. We spent an hour cleaning the bathroom just so we could use it. No coffee/tea proved as advertised. Houses around were in shambles. The place was in need of major rehab. I would not stay here again.

Family vacation

The rental was very clean. The amenities were great. The only thing is I wish we were left 4 sets of towels since their was 4 people in our party. We were close to everything as well. We enjoyed the rental.

Super location and setting

The property is located in Mt. Washington on a safe and quiet street. The apartment itself is nicely updated and decorated and is perfect for one or two adults. It was a perfect landing spot for us for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh that included taking advantage of the stunning views of downtown during Light up Pittsburgh Night. It's a great location and setting if you're in town to "do Pittsburgh."

Sorry for the lack of water Nico, unfortunately we had extreme temperatures and the pipes froze at the unit overnight. This is a very rare occurrence.

Nice place close to the city

The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The pictures made the space look larger than it actually is, but it was a quaint space. The only issue we had with the property was cleanlisness. I emailed the host and they immediately sent someone over to clean the apartment. If you're looking for a nice space to rest while you spend most of the day exploring the city, this could be a place to consider.

Great space on Mount Washington

Cutely decorated space on the first floor of a renovated 2 family house. Very Pittsburgh! We didn't use much of the amenities due to the nature of our stay, but the place was comfortable overall. The bed had a comfy foam pad on the mattress. We had a few minor issues and Corey was very responsive. I didn't notice the wifi info posted anywhere, but we found it on the router.

Location was great, cleanliness was a problem

The location was great and the space was as advertised. However, the place had not been cleaned. We had to wash all the dishes prior to using them and there was hair all over the floors. The listing advertised that the futon is an extra bed but we were not provided sheets or blankets. We did request an additional towel since we weren't given enough and they were very responsive with that request.

Tara did not make us aware of the cleanliness issues, I would have happily had someone stop by to ensure that it was clean. Also we ask if guests need sheets for the futon in our welcome message and we did not hear back from her there. As she mentioned we were very responsive and aim to make sure our guests have enjoyable stays.

The property seem to be in disarray. Be TV and internet are not adequate for the property. Kitchen cooking equipment is not adequate. It was only one dish towel. No extra bath towels. The bathroom Grill full of rust. The top of the ceiling in the entryway has black mold on it. There are three remotes for one TV cannot figure out which one does what. When contacting post it seemed like I got a canned message reply.

Good location and amenities

It has all of the comforts of home including laundry machines. The location is very convenient and close to downtown but far away enough from city noise and safety concerns. We would definitely consider staying here again.
