True to their word

I’m always skeptical when trying to choose the right place for a family vacation because many times a property will fall short of their description’s. However this place was “true to their word .” It was very nice and clean, everything worked, and the location was perfect. We had a great stay and I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the beach. Furnished with everything you would need during your stay. Plenty of room for everyone and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The Pearl - Condo 1001

Recently renovated and BEAUTIFUL. This condo was so comfortable for everyone (only four of us) and we enjoyed every minute. Weather wasn't very cooperative so we spent alot of time unwinding, unplugged and relaxing. Perfect! Thank you to the owners for making their home away from home available.

Absolutely perfect

This condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds and all the necessities you could ever want. Kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and even some essential condiments. Most importantly because we are a group of older women (oldest is now 90) the beautiful bathrooms were equipped with higher toilets, walk in showers with grab bars and seats. We can’t say enough good things about this unit. We will be booking again next spring for our groups 39th year of traveling together. 15 years staying at The Pearl. First time in this unit and it gets an A+++

Our Beautiful Beach Vacation

We arrived to the unit early in the evening on our day of arrival. Check in time was right on time as promised, at 4 o’clock we receive the code to get into the condo as well as codes to get to the beach and the pool.We were instantly amazed by the view, and the condition of the condo was beautiful. It was obvious to us that the owners had taken very good care to supply their visitors with everything they needed.The condo was spotlessly clean. we have stayed in so many candles and cabins that are equipped throughout our years as a family , but none as equipped as this one....Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager Merle was timely and easy. We would give this experience a more than perfect rating ...We look forward to staying here again❀

This is a great condo. It’s totally updated and immaculate. The property is nice. The only surprising thing for us was there was nothing for the beach- no beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc. We've been coming to the area for almost 20 years and didn’t think to ask because it’s always been provided at other properties. Make sure you bring what you need for the beach because it’s not provided.

Communications were great with the property manager. Condo very clean, plenty of seating in the living area, new kitchen appliances, plenty of utensils, nice knives, Keurig, pour over and regular coffee pots and an electric kettle! I felt very much at home. Beautiful dining room table could use two more chairs to seat all of us. The bunk beds were so smart and were a big reason we rented this unit. The condo is quite lovely with high end renovations. Lots of extras- a rack to dry bathing suits, weighing scale in master closet, books, USB ports, etc
 Great pool and quick walk to the beach. The Pearl is a friendly and safe condo.

We stayed in this condo 4 years ago. The Pearl 1001 is in great condition, clean, and nicely furnished. I love the kitchen. The amount of counter space is amazing! Anything we needed to cook basic foods was available. The only thing I would change about the condo is the furniture on the balcony. It is older and not very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there in the early mornings drinking coffee and midday when we were taking a break from the sun. Overall, we loved our stay!

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room, the views are absolutely amazing. Loved that it was not a super destination spot and was not overcrowded. The pools and close walk to the beach were great. The granddaughters spent hours at both and are begging to go back already.

I believe this was our 3rd time at this unit. It’s a fantastic view. Everything is wonderful. Never had an issue with the owner/manager. Fully expect we will be back.
