Detta moderna nya tre våningar loft / radhus med högt i tak och trägolv ligger i hjärtat av Des Moines pittoreska East Village District! Promenera till Wells Fargo Arena via huvudbroen över Des Moines och den fantastiska botaniska trädgården. Du är också inom gångavstånd från Brenton Skating Plaza, Estes Ampitheatre och så många fantastiska affärer och restauranger. Bara ett kort kvarter bort är du kopplad till miles av cykel- och vandringsleder. Loftet ligger mindre än en kilometer från Civic Center.
Den första våningen omfattar det öppna köket och vardagsrummet med en elektrisk spis. Det finns också ett pulverrum. Andra våningen hus master sviten med ett privat badrum som har ångdusch. Det finns två extra sovrum och ett badrum. Tredje våningen är en höjdpunkt på grund av den fantastiska takterrassen med spektakulär utsikt över staden. Tillträde till takterrassen har en våt bar och vin kylskåp.

Perfect Girl's Weekend

This place is in the perfect location to wander the East Village. Within walking distance to great shopping, bars, and restaurants. Second time staying here and would recommend!

Great Des Moines Spot

We truly enjoyed our stay at this loft. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and well stocked. Nice location making it very walkable to downtown locations. Easy access to the highway and all of the Des Moines attractions. We loved the rooftop space it was a nice bonus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay at Holly’s place very much! It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of the Capitol and shops, restaurants. It was nice having a garage to park in. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We travel to Des Moines fairly regularly and have always stayed in hotels - this trip was sooo much better for having stayed here!! Location and accommodations were perfect and the rooftop patio was icing on the cake. We walked to our favorite spots and had room for secure parking for both vehicles. We will book this property when we return!!

Amazing Girls Weekend

Beautiful home with everything needed! We loved the rooftop. Great views of downtown Des Moines especially at night! We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Amazing hosts and everything was ready for us. The check-in and checkout process was very easy and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!

We had 5 adults in our party and stayed for the Savannah Banana game. The location was perfect, we were able to walk downtown and to Prinicipal Park! Everything was secure, ample street parking, bedrooms and baths clean and comfortable but the star of the show was the rooftop deck!!! Communication was excellent, would stay again

Little slice of heaven

This was our first stay in a condo and holly certainly set the bar high! It was one of the most beautifully decorated homes we have ever stayed in. We loved being so close to everything… the city view was gorgeous which made the rooftop terrace my favorite spot. It was clean the beds were comfy and it was a great price in my opinion Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Holly!

Easy & walkable

Quick getaway with my two sisters. Easily walked to downtown and historic east village. Had wine on the rooftop deck. Went to the downtown farmers market. Great condo, great location, would stay again.

Great Locations

The townhouse was in an awesome location in Des Moines. It was within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. It was a great experience overall and we would stay here again when back in the area!

Excellent location and property

This loft is really great and in a wonderful neighborhood - easy to walk to eat and get coffee. The interior is really pretty and the rooms are great - love the rooftop deck! I definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our stay. We attended basketball games at the Wells Fargo arena and this location was great. Easy walk to the games and restaurants.

Gorgeous home in great location

It really is a gorgeous home. Staying at a hotel can't compare to the space and comfort of something like this. Having a garage was such a nice bonus too, and being within walking distance of downtown was the highlight. The balcony was a particular treat too, just to relax with some board games in the open air with a great view of downtown.

Great Location and Place

We had a great stay here in Des Moines. The location was close to the downtown area, it was clean and had plenty of parking. Very new and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Kids Tournament at Wells Fargo Arena

Stayed here for 5 days while in town for a wrestling tournament at Wells Fargo Arena. Excellent location with an easy 8 minute walk to the event center and also to several good restaurants. Layout was good and the rooftop deck was great. Need to bring your own toiletries which we happened to do. The carpet was pretty stained and the couch was dirty with a large stain. Only one TV in the main room which was kind of a bummer, would have been nice to have one in the master.

The urban location is amazing! The Loft has such a great feel with it’s high ceilings, hardwood floors and open kitchen/dining. The Living room boasts a contemporary recessed electric fireplace all open to the lovely white kitchen with stainless appliances and marble countertops. There is a powder room on the main floor.

Second floor has a spacious master suite with a king bed. Relax on the loveseat looking out the large windows framing the view. The master bath is awesome with it’s huge tiled steam shower and double vanity! There are two additional bedrooms on this level with another full bath. My favorite part is the fully furnished rooftop patio viewing the Des Moines skyline. It has a wet bar with a wine refrigerator for convenience before entering the patio. This contemporary Loft constructed in 2018 is a true gem!
