Nice place, horrible cleaning

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. It faces the sound where you can watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. It is on the third floor with an elevator and about a 5-7 min walk to the beach. The beach was nice and not crowded when we were there, which may be due to corona. However, we were completely shocked about how dirty the property was upon our arrival. The toilets were black inside snd covered with mold, counters and table had crumbs and stains, the floors looked like they weren't cleaned for a long time with dirt and stains all around. The pillow cases in the master bedroom were shorter than the pillows and only partially covered them. The towels were in a big garbage bag on the floor, just dropped in by a laundry company. However, we were required before check out to remove all linens, take all the trash out, wash and place back all dishes, and remove all soaps from recepticals. I hope that the management of this property will address this issue because otherwise this place deserves a five star review.

Excellent condo!

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook. Gorgeous sunsets from the back deck overlooking the inland waterway. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach or take the shuttle.

Overall a nice place to stay

Quiet area and very little people which is a plus, but a 20 minute drive to get anywhere wasn't any fun. The condo was wonderful, master bed was so comfortable and everything was perfect. Housekeeping could work on dusting and cleaning under the beds. There were dust bunnies from 2017 under there. Other than that over a great stay. We caught a few small (2 foot) sharks off the pier and watched some dolphins swim in the morning. We wished that there would have been paddle boards or a few kayaks available to use with the condo but that's a lot to ask for. Definitely no noise from others and hardly any people in the parking areas. The grounds of the complex were very well kept and the fee people that lived there were very friendly.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful family trip here! The sunsets are absolutely beautiful and there is plenty of room on the deck for all our family to watch! The beds are very comfortable as well as the couch! Thank you so much for all the amenities in the kitchen! The blender was a great touch! We did not want for anything while we were here. We will definitely be staying here again. I didn't know if we would like the sound side as much as the beach side but we are sold on the beauty of the sound side and will ask for this unit again! If you are looking for a place for family this is the spot for you! We have all grown children but I think this would be a great spot for small children as well! Thank you!,

Great week in emerald island

The property was beautiful and right on the sound allowing for wonderful views and an easy trek to the beach. The process for obtaining a parking pass was not well organized.
