Great Family Stay

Absolutely the best location when staying in old town. Easy walk to everything around Key West. Great small beach into the Gulf we used everyday. Condo had everything we needed and the best view - even of the July 4th fireworks! Will definitely recommend.

It was a great time but I must apologize for some in my group. Had I known that they were going to be so loud and unruly. I would not have brought them. They will never go another trip with me. So for everyone that had been bothered by them I apologize once more. group.

The only complaint would be the garden tub. Very hard to get in to get a shower!!! Especially when you have short legs

Perfect Condo

Beautiful accomodations at the perfect location. Spiral stairs can be challenging for some. Host was awesome. He always responded timely.

We had some trouble with Bugs in our unit and an entire day was messed up due to 2 different elevators being broken and we were on the 5th floor. We had an 80 year old and a 15 month only....so we really neededbthe elevator

Best Location in Key West

We have been coming down to Key West for years and this was my favorite place we have stayed! The location is amazing and ideal for easy access to the heart of Key West. The balcony and view of the Seaport was the best part and something we have never experienced in Key West before. It was the best way to start and end the day. A hidden gem of the property is the deck below the pool area where it gave us prime viewing for the iconic Key West sunset each night. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours getting into Key West and the property was amazing in accomodating our later then expected arrival. The booking process and communication with the host was one of the best I have experienced with using VRBO. We could not speak more highly of our time there!

Key West April 2024

The stay was great. We’ve stayed in this Galleon unit before. Ed needs to invest some money in minor repairs/upgrades. One sink in the master bath barely drained, the whirlpool tub shower is impractical and dangerous to get in and out of, balcony doors are missing rubber stops, spiral stairs need paint and the furniture is dated. Just needs some TLC :)

Key West Marina Long Weekend

Key West hasn't disappointed yet. The condo was very nice and roomy enough for the five of us - 2 couples and a single adult. Despite being "close to the action", the unit was very quite when the doors / windows were closed. 10am check out is a little brutal in Key West, but understandable based on the size of the units that need to be readied for the next reservation. We would stay at this unit again.

Convenient location

Lower level is great. Upper level has steep stairs and may be difficult for some to navigate. Two bedrooms and one bath on upper level and one bedroom on lower level. There is a viewing area on the roof of the building to watch sunrises or sunsets. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Galleon

The property was well-kept but in need of some updating. We had three couples sharing the space and failed to realize that one of the sleeping spaces was not a bedroom, therefor no privacy but that was our fault for not reading the property description more closely. The washing machine was a nice perk but it did leak. The resort itself was great! Perfect location on a harbor with plenty of retail and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent location for sunsets!

Great Location, Nice Condo Community

Very enjoyable stay at this Galleon condo. View from the pool deck is an A+, nice bar & pool area. Location A+ too. Plenty to do fishing from the dock walking, biking & boat rental too. The condo itself is a solid B+, the spiral stair case and open loft presented a temporary logistics issues that was quickly solved by re-positioning our guests. I think the view of the Marina was preferable to the ocean view - so much to see including Tarpon feeding when the Charter boats came in from their afternoon trips. It was all we hoped for an more - would love to come back & I would happily rent that same property again.

Great location but very poorly equipped unit

I have extensive experience with timeshare rentals. This was the worst equipped unit I have encountered. Very poor kitchen utensils, no dish washing sponges, no dish rack, no tongs. Poor selection of pots. Keurig didn't work. Safe didn't work. Then we found a roach in unit. This property is ideally situated within walking distance of most all Key West activities. The pool is overly warm and not very classy. I would not stay here again unless I personally inventoried everything before. On top of that, the front desk was not at all helpful, when I went to see that the first morning about these problems.

Great view

Great view over the harbor and boat watching The listing is very accurate with a few issues with the property and the room. Room: master bath tub you can not get into if older. My husband slipped and broke his toe. I couldn’t get in so could not take a shower at all during my time there. Spiders noticed in the master bath at night. There is a spiral Staircase up to the 2nd floor that is narrow and not knee friendly. Beware of how far the metal stairs stick into the room as my friend hit her head and has a big knot on her forehead. Property: pool was very warm in August and the pool deck burned my feet-literally! Elevators were not air conditioned and hot! Liked the tiki bar on the water though. Parking is prime so get there early for a good spot.
