MAR Y Sol är en vacker 3 sovrum två och en halv bad oceanfront villa på 1800 Atlanten. Njut av de mjuka vindarna från din 60 fots privata wrap runt balkongen med en fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten.

Mar Y Sol har renoverat kök och badrum.

Mar y Sol är i hög efterfrågan så under vi tar endast hyror från lördag till lördag. Om luckor uppstår tar vi kortare vistelser och fyller luckorna

Det historiska distriktet ligger mindre än 1,5 mil bort. Du är bokstavligen 1 minuters promenad från vår fantastiska pool och bubblande jacuzzi, vi hade även en bastu på plats. För tennisentusiasten har vi den enda lera domstolen på ön Key West.
Bo hos oss och du kommer att vara tillbaka.

Amazing views.

Love this condo for the views and it had enough space for the whole family to spread out and not feel crowded . It had easy access to the pool and parking was right below it. I liked that they provided plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper and blow dryers for our trip. The condo was about a ten minute drive to Duval street which didn’t bother us because there is plenty of pay to park spots all over Key West. One recommendation is I wished they had screen doors on the sliders. There was one propped up but didn’t fit the frame. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Mom just loved her stay!!!

I live and work here in Key West, I wanted to get my mom something special for her visit to Key West. I found it! Such a great spot to sit and read a book and enjoy the view. Very safe and Secure building. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!!

Very relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great place. Lots of balcony space and indoor space. Perfect location to views, pool and ocean access and Duval Street. Beds were comfortable and had all necessary linens and towels. Moonlit nights on the balcony was so relaxing. Loved the pool and hot tub. Was nice having a covered parking garage space.Complaints: Late check-in did not run very smoothly after an almost 16 hour drive to the property, but between security and the property manager on duty, issues got resolved. After a delayed check-in, found flying “ant” bugs all in master bedroom and master bathroom. A lot were dead from what appeared to have been fumigated but there were still plenty alive and crawling on the walls, floor and other areas. The condo had flying bug spray so we used that until we could call maintenance to try to kill more of them. I understand you may have some bugs, but the bad part was, once the bugs were killed prior to our arrival, no one cleaned them up. There were hundreds of these dead flying ant bugs lying on the master floor and bathroom floor. I feel someone from housekeeping or property manager should have had someone come in and clean the dead bugs off the floor.Only other complaint would be the shower. Super nice and big but it was so open. If you like a nice hot, steamy shower in the master suite, you won’t get that here if that matters to you. I could get the water to warm, but the water never got hot and the shower is wide open so nothing to hold heat in.I say all of that to say, I would rent from here again. The bug issue..... once you sprayed a couple of times, they went away. Also, the shower, it’s a preference issue and not a deal breaker.The condo is really nice and I would encourage others to stay. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wish I would have been given a heads up on the bugs and shower.

A spacious place right on the beach - pure paradise!

The apartment was large and has a lovely view. The negatives are dishwasher which needs repair, the low water pressure in both bathrooms, the lack of enough drinking glasses and the living room couches which are ripping and should be replaced. We liked the pool and hot tub and the apartment was clean and tidy.

Great stay, property management is very responsive

We stayed here in mid July 2023. This was during a brutal heat wave in Florida. The property was very nice, however, the ceiling fan in the master bdr was shaking and we were concerned it might fall. Also, the floor fans which were in the closet were broken. We contacted property management the first morning and they were out the same morning to replace both the ceiling fan and floor fans. Very responsive! Thanks for a great stay for our family!

Keys Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great value for the cost. Perfect for 5 or 6 people, adults or a family (we were a group of 5 adult friends). Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were good. Only complaint is that some areas were not very clean upon arrival (for example, the shower in the master bath looked like it had several months of sunscreen and hair buildup around the drain). The patio overlooking the ocean is the unit's best feature - even when the Keys is at its hottest the ocean breeze and shade make it a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Parking space is right beside the entrance which makes it easy for carrying in luggage/groceries etc. Easy walk to Smathers Beach. Great little corner Cuban sandwich and coffee shop just down the street. Will agree with other posts regarding the smell in June. It is pretty intolerable, so did not get to enjoy the porch. Property is under some maintenance, but did not interrupt our stay.

Won’t be back

This property is located in the first level. View is amazing but we couldn’t sit outside without being eaten alive by what locals call “no see ems” Tiny black bugs that leave itchy bumps (ours lasted almost 3 weeks!) It was miserable. Also, if you open the curtains to look at the view the rooms gets hot very fast. AC controlled by property management so can’t try to cool off inside. So with no view and not able to sit outside made this trip not so great. I recommend keep looking before you book this one.
