Denna underbara två våningar lägenhet ligger på en lugn gata i ett önskvärt område inom gångavstånd till Santa Fe Plaza. Det är vackert inredda, komplett med öppen spis, luftkonditionering och två utomhusbalkonger. Huset har precis renoverats och uppgraderat till den fina kvalitet som våra gäster förtjänar:) Alla vackra möbler är nya, inklusive handgjorda bänkar och konstverk som är gjorda av lokala Santa Fe-konstnärer. Huset är välfylt med många saker som extra handdukar, filtar och kuddar, handtvål, schampo, balsam, kroppstvätt, kaffe, grädde, te, matoljor, kryddor etc. Ved levereras inte men finns tillgängligt i någon av livsmedelsbutikerna i närheten.

Great Location but Air Conditioning Uneven

My husband and I and our friend stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location and how well-appointed the Casita was (kitchen utensils, place settings, coffee and filters, washer/dryer and detergent, iron and steamer, and lots of towels!). The main downside was that there was a huge A/C unit which did not however cool the queen bedroom on the main floor and overcooled the upstairs king bedroom. It was very warm when we visited and so a bit uncomfortable. Our Host Lynn was splendid!

Casual walk to the Plaza

This property was a such a pleasure to stay in. Clean, spacious, attractively decorated and such a quick walk to the downtown plaza. I will defintely attemmpt to book here again at my next visit.

Mini-vacation

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed a trip to Santa Fe before Thanksgiving. The casita was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room with anything and everything we could need. Great location and a beautiful home.

Perfect location!

Spent a long weekend here. The house is exactly as represented. The host is very easy to work with and very kind. We found the house super clean. It’s close to the road but very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Close enough to the Plaza to walk. We will be coming back to this place. Had a fantastic time in Santa Fe and so happy we found this place to stay in.

Perfect location to down town, lots of great places to eat Quiet neighborhood and easy communication with the owner. So sweet of her to have a plate of cookies waiting for us at arrival. We recomend.

Santa Fe Getaway

The property was as described and matched the photos. Convenient location to the center of town. Withing easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Lynn was prompt in responding to questions. The place had all what we needed (adequate towels, **surprise cookies, coffee and milk in fridge**, fans for cooling). Would consider staying here again.

Fabulous stay!

There was so much attention to detail! The home is beautifully decorated. Lynn provided great check in instructions. The host provided coffee, cream, breakfast rolls. Lotions, soap, shampoo were great quality. No skimping on anything. It was just a short walk to the Plaza. There are two outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. We would highly recommend this home to other! Thank you!

Excellent location & host

The host communicated everything we needed to know proactively and clearly, and we were delighted to find fresh scones waiting for us at check in. We had great access to the plaza, Canyon Road, snd other places, and enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our 2nd stay as much as our first, here

It worked well for 2 couples who like to be together and value their space and alone time. More lamp lighting in the living room, by the chairs, and a rubber mat option for the tubs would be good additions.

We had a great time! The condo was nice, clean and comfortable! It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful, communicative and even left fresh baked cookies! We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful time and location

Lynn was a wonderful, responsive hostess and the location was perfect for seeing all we had on our wishlist. The house is very nicely appointed. We had a great time! Our only drawback was timing as the neighborhood elder bugs were looking for places to winter-over and so they were coming inside. Not the best, but a part of nature. Thank you for Lynn for sharing your house with us.

Adorable Santa Fe condo

We (2 couples) loved the condo. It was cozy and welcoming. Near everything but I agree with other reviewers - just a tad too far to walk if you are planning on walking all day around the plaza also. Just a couple minute drive though so it was still perfect in our opinion. We had amazing scones waiting for us as well. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great for 4 of us To walk to the top of Canyon road was only 35 minutes. It had everything we needed. Lynn was very accessible. It was all good!

I am a marketing manager, and Tim is a computer program specialist. We love love love to travel, and Santa Fe is one of our favorite places to visit.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property for two main reasons; because of it's proximity to the Santa Fe Plaza, and all this wonderful city has to offer. We prefer to walk, rather than drive, so the location was very appealing. And, the house itself is very attractive and comfortable! We may very well retire in Santa Fe, and feel very lucky to have found this little gem to call our home away from it becomes our only home ; ) In the meantime we are delighted to share it with you, our guests!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the open feel of the home, the wonderful natural light, and the beautiful large wooden beams throughout. We added to the homes natural lightness by refinishing the walls with a clean stone color, and added accent walls in beautiful American Clay plasterwork. We purchased all of the wonderful furnishing right here in Santa Fe, and are really enjoying the traditional look and feel of the home and it's decor. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Cheers!
