Luxurious Condo!

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband rented this beautiful condo while we were in Hot Springs for the horse races. This condo is stunning! It is appointed with beautiful furnishings, granite countertops, comfortable beds, and high quality linens and towels. The host, Kay, was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave!

Spectacular

Absolutely spectacular and beautiful and that describes the owner/hostess and the condo. If you rent this you will not be disappointed as the pictures don’t do this property justice. Beautiful view and quiet location but still close to downtown. We will definitely rent this again!

Great Time & A Great Condo

The property was amazing, the condo was very nice and laid very well. But the best part was the Kay the host, she was super nice and very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo, and Kay seals the deal for me.

Overall wonderful!

This condo had all the amenities we needed and more. Beautifully decorated without losing comfort. Loved the mattresses! Condo location was close to everything but the complex was nice and quiet. Definitely a place I would return to.

⭐️ ⭐️ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ⭐️⭐️

We booked this rental because of the location being central to all the things and because of the description (DETAILS ARE IMPORTANT). And this place did not disappoint! The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was stocked, the balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Hamilton was perfect for morning coffee and the decor was so welcoming. If we find ourselves back in Hot Springs, we will definitely be booking this rental again!

The “Perfect” getaway

Wonderful property!

We were super impressed with the newly decorated condo! It is fresh, inviting, and easy to settle into, with a lovely and comfortably furnished lake view porch. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked. The two bedrooms are beautiful, just as pictured, with very comfortable beds, and bathrooms are full stocked Our host had thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

This condo was beautiful. Very cozy and comfortable. Incredibly clean and filled with great amenities. We really enjoyed our time here. The loction was perfect and access to the condo is easy for loading and unloading our things. Kay was great to work with. Excellent communication and instructions.

Rest and Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was relaxing sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings with the close view of the lake. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and local attractions. Kay answered and addressed our questions in a timely manner and was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend the condo to our family and friends.

We loved this Condo!

This condo was so nice! Everything looked new! The location gave us partial view of the lake from the balcony as we drank coffee in the mornings. It was close to the downtown area and restaurants. Mrs. Bancroft was very easy to contact before we arrived. My sisters and a friend planned this girls trip and wanted a nice place to relax and get away from our busy lives. This condo was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend it and would definitely book it again if I make another trip to Hot Springs!.

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

Our second time to stay here and we love it. Exactly as pictured. Unit is super clean, tastefully decorated, and has a relaxing balcony spot with a view toward Lake Hamilton. The host, Kay, is gracious and responsive. The condo is street level with no stairs, which was great for the member of our group who uses a cane. The location is minutes from a marina, restaurants, shopping, etc. We'll absolutely stay again.

LOVE Hot Springs, Arkansas....and so will you! We moved here from TX in 2008 and have not looked back once. We feel like we are on perpetual vacation year around. My sweet husband is retired and enjoys golf and more golf and is a voracious reader. My career in real estate keeps me hopping all the time....once people visit here...many of them decide to explore the idea of moving here....

I bought this property for several reasons: Love the quality of the construction, but also the location is superb. One block of Central Avenue, which is the main artery North and South thru Hot Springs. This condo development is a waterfront development on Lake Hamilton. Although this condo does not sit right on the water....it has AN AMAZING EAGLE EYE VIEWS OF LAKE HAMILTON and mountains. It is a walk in level, meaning absolutely not even one step.....yet....when you walk out the French doors onto the balcony...you are up about 20 feet in the air because of the topography of the land. So, it is very private. The deck is fabulous...totally covered so you could even enjoy it if there is a soft shower of rain. I just love this condo, in fact we chose to live in it for over a year while we built our new home.
