Memorial day weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay here. Location and proximity to the water was what sold us and it did not disappoint. It was walking distance and even the four year old with us was impressed by the proximity. The place suited exactly our needs and the property owners were very responsive.

Perfect spot!

The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

The short walk to the Bay was really nice. We will be back. Great place for our family. The kids loved the bunkbeds and all the games and movies. Perfect way for morning entertainment while the adults enjoyed sleeping in a bit! Thank you,

Close to Bay

The property is a duplex near the Chesapeake Bay off Shore Drive. It’s clean, cute and the right size for a couple or family of three or four. There’s a shared bathroom between the bedrooms upstairs. Shower only, no tub, not an issue for us. I did see some ants near the upstairs bathroom sink but it wasn’t a big deal. The beds are comfy and there’s beachy decor throughout the unit. We visited in winter, and one bedroom was warmer than the other. The HVAC seemed a little off, but there are fans (not ceiling fans) in the bedrooms that helped. The beach is a short walk away. There’s also a nature preserve a bit farther away with some trails. We’d consider renting this unit again!

Lovely Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of five had an enjoyable stay. The house accommodated us well and each child had their own bed. I did not realize the house was about a 25 minute drive to the high rise, where many of the tourist shops and restaurants are but that was okay for us. The beach access from the house was maybe a 10 minute walk and beach towels, chairs, toys and wagon was provided. This beach is more private, less people and had calmer water. The outdoor shower made washing the sand off very easy. Later in the day we drove to the high rise area, ate dinner and walked around town. Kids really enjoyed the waves there but it can be difficult to find parking and carry everything. We were thankful for the washer & dryer available at the house as our family had been road tripping the east coast for several weeks so having clean clothes was refreshing. We placed a DoorDash dinner order one evening and driver had no problems. (Restaurants are limited in this neighborhood.) We had a lovely time at Virginia Beach and this house made our trip even more great. Lynn was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions and needs.

My family and I had a great stay! The place is very very clean! And it was so close to the beach, a short, pleasant 5minute walk to a quiet and family-friendly beach.My kids loved the games and VHS cassettes in the bedroom!Only thing to note is that the light does come through quite a bit from the bedrooms windows so if you like pitch black rooms, bring your blinds !Overall we'd definitely rent here again!

Great townhouse right by the beach.

I have three small children, and this place was perfect for us, no issues witgthe beds and a two minute walk right to the beach, the beach was not crowded at all, and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. Great spot for a family.

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend revisiting VB (we lived in the area previously). We traveled with our 3 young children, and they loved the bunkbeds, selection of toys/games, and the beach gear. The beach was easy walking distance even with 3 little ones. The place was clean, check in was easy, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, easy vacation home

This property is ideal for a family of four or five. Close to the beach, close to parks and restaurants. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to VB.

Amazing stay!

Property was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. Check in was super easy and they responded promptly. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Chic’s Beach area.

Great Short Stay

My family loved spending Memorial Day weekend here. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood that is very close walking distance to the beach. The condo had plenty of towels and everything needed to make a meal. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided. Beds are comfortable. Shared Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs. Highly recommend.

Quick weekend getaway

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood is quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded at all, and just a short walk from the house. There were plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you need. The beds were comfortable, there was even a fan in each bedroom (we hadn’t even thought of it but always use fans when sleeping!) There is a Kroger right down the street too. It is a very clean and comfortable home, we will definitely stay again in the future!

Great location near the bay

Comfy condo located within a 3 minute walk to the beautiful bay beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with enough room for 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. Outdoor shower is super handy after a day at the beach. Would recommend!
