PLATS! Detta Petite Sandcastle är bara ett kvarter till strandpromenaden och strandområdet! Din plats ligger på 2: a våningen i en 2 våning villa komplex, på hörnet av 9: e och Stillahavsområdet, baksida upp till Atlantic Avenue! Rudee Inlet, Grommet's Park, restauranger, affärer och till och med nöjesparken, är alla antingen runt hörnet, eller bara en kort promenad bort! Vi upprätthåller ett välutrustat, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och massor av små kökstillbehör för att göra köket välkomnande och användarvänligt! En stor 47 "monterad plattskärms-TV med kabel finns i vardagsrummet och mindre plattskärms-TV med kabel finns i sovrummet. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet, en dubbel och en enkelsäng finns i det andra sovrummet, och en tvilling storlek utdragna loveseat i vardagsrummet. Det finns en praktisk mynt på 1: a våningen i komplexet, och en tilldelad av gatuparkering ingår. (För en extra bil eller för besökare kan du hitta en timmars och över natten parkeringsdäck på andra sidan gatan vid parkeringshuset 9th Street. Frontdörren har ett kodat lås för enkel entré och en nyckelfri vistelse! Vi välkomnar dig till ditt hem hemifrån! :)

Great Location

Cute condo in a great location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in a few minutes. There are wonderful restaurants close by. We enjoyed Chix on the Beach, Rudee's by the marina, and Waterman's to name a few. We were also able to walk to the marina for two great boat tours. Holly was great, she was quick with replies and provided all information needed. We had a great stay.

Great Place, Excellent Location and Communicative Host

Holly was very responsive from the get go and gave us a local person for additional assistance when we arrived. The apartment was clean, bright and a wonderful place to make ourselves feel at home for the week. The location was great too- about a block to ocean, stores and restaurants and the tram was also a great option to have. We would definitely return! Thank you Holly!

Great location just a 5 minute walk to the beach!

This is a great little condo for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of blankets and quality bath towels. The only thing we were missing was somewhere to hang wet towels and bathing suits-a drying rack would be a great addition. Thanks Holly and family for sharing!

Can't beat the location and price. Well stocked kitchen. Great cable internet. Furniture worn enough that one does not fear being the first to cause damage. Artwork on the walls painted by the owner is a nice touch.

Fantastic!

Great location — close to everything! Private on-site parking was a plus. And parking garage right next door for any extra guests. Host was amazing and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Unit is very close to street so there was a good bit of street noise but it wasn’t bad. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Very clean. Just perfect. Thanks again!

Great place close to beach!

Pros: 3 blocks to beach (5 minutes) Close to the stores Clean Great size for a family of 4 1 free parking space Communication with owners Satellite TV and Wi-Fi Nicely stocked kitchen (w/ pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, etc.) Lots of room for storage Cons (all just minor issues) Bedroom windows face 9th Street, which was loud Friday and Saturday nights (bought fan for background noise) 1 person kitchen (just had to make do-which wasn't a big problem) Parking spot was tight (but neighbors were nice) Had to figure out A/C as the living room was freezing and bedrooms were warm the first night When it stormed, satellite TV went out Well worth it and would stay here again!

Disappointed

Holly was wonderful about any issues we had. Some issues you can’t fix. Loud street noise that kept me awake most of the night the first night. Maintenance of the condo leaves much to be desired. A lot of broken things such as bathroom cabinet and towel bar that falls off the wall. Kitchen counter has a big chunk out of it to name a few. Outdated kitchen no Netflix or other streaming capability. A very hard master bed mattress that left both of us with severe back pain.

Clean and convenient

Overall clean and comfortable. There is only one parking spot but we were able to get a spot across the street that we could come and go. There is a lot of street noise outside the bedrooms. Our host was very responsive and friendly. Overall it suited our needs.

Very clean and adorable in the heart of downtown

Our property manager was very communicative, and generous with check in/out times. The condo itself is small but VERY cute, with very comfortable furniture, luxury towels, and a kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need. Literally one block from beachfront, you can walk the downtown area for miles. The downside to this is that evening is hopping, and you’ll hear lots of traffic and loud music, which we fixed with “white noise” apps. Overall a great experience though, with many many choices for food and entertainment in every direction. Easily would recommend to any small group or family who want a fun beach experience.

Great place to stay with your family

We loved the close location to the beach and all the fun activities! It was such a great vacation for our family of four, wish we lived closer to do this every year! Our stay was very enjoyable as the condo was in pristine and clean condition. It was airy and very comfortable. Holly the owner was most accommodating, she’ll cater to your needs anytime of the day you can count on it. We’ll stay here again without a doubt and we highly recommend it.
