PLATS! Detta Petite Sandcastle Àr bara ett kvarter till strandpromenaden och strandomrÄdet! Din plats ligger pÄ 2: a vÄningen i en 2 vÄning villa komplex, pÄ hörnet av 9: e och StillahavsomrÄdet, baksida upp till Atlantic Avenue! Rudee Inlet, Grommet's Park, restauranger, affÀrer och till och med nöjesparken, Àr alla antingen runt hörnet, eller bara en kort promenad bort! Vi upprÀtthÄller ett vÀlutrustat, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och massor av smÄ kökstillbehör för att göra köket vÀlkomnande och anvÀndarvÀnligt! En stor 47 "monterad plattskÀrms-TV med kabel finns i vardagsrummet och mindre plattskÀrms-TV med kabel finns i sovrummet. Det finns en queen size-sÀng i sovrummet, en dubbel och en enkelsÀng finns i det andra sovrummet, och en tvilling storlek utdragna loveseat i vardagsrummet. Det finns en praktisk mynt pÄ 1: a vÄningen i komplexet, och en tilldelad av gatuparkering ingÄr. (För en extra bil eller för besökare kan du hitta en timmars och över natten parkeringsdÀck pÄ andra sidan gatan vid parkeringshuset 9th Street. Frontdörren har ett kodat lÄs för enkel entré och en nyckelfri vistelse! Vi vÀlkomnar dig till ditt hem hemifrÄn! :)

Property was amazingly situated in Virginia Beach for beach access and only 10 minutes to get to the Oceana Airshow. We loved the proximity as we could go to the beach rinse off then take the short 3 minute walk home to shower and get ready for the day. There is dedicated parking out the front of the unit. The apartment is small but well kept and stocked and for a family of 4-5 it is just perfect. There are empty draws to unpack into so you are not tripping over suitcases and a full sized fridge and dishwasher. There are also ample glasses, plates, cutlery so you not washing the same four forks and knives every day. Let's be clear, well maintained and well stocked accomodations are always preferable but for me the hero of any stay is the quality of the mattress! Not saggy, comfortable I didn't slide towards my husband all night. A great stay we will absolutely be returning! Thank you so much Holly!

Virginia Beach home-from-home

The condo is attractively furnished, and thoughtfully fitted out with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and an abundance of towels. Location and communication were excellent.

Wonderful family trip to VA Beach! Hollys place was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for an easy stay. Close to many awesome restaurants and one block to the beach and boardwalk so convenient for sure. As a host she was super attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had before and during the stay. Highly recommend

The upside
the unit was clean and in a great location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Holly was wonderful to work with and had excellent communication. The downside
the beds were too firm for our liking and the AC unit sounded like a helicopter was on the roof in the middle of the night.

Clean and convenient

Overall clean and comfortable. There is only one parking spot but we were able to get a spot across the street that we could come and go. There is a lot of street noise outside the bedrooms. Our host was very responsive and friendly. Overall it suited our needs.

Great Place, Excellent Location and Communicative Host

Holly was very responsive from the get go and gave us a local person for additional assistance when we arrived. The apartment was clean, bright and a wonderful place to make ourselves feel at home for the week. The location was great too- about a block to ocean, stores and restaurants and the tram was also a great option to have. We would definitely return! Thank you Holly!

Fantastic!

Great location — close to everything! Private on-site parking was a plus. And parking garage right next door for any extra guests. Host was amazing and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Unit is very close to street so there was a good bit of street noise but it wasn’t bad. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Very clean. Just perfect. Thanks again!

Very clean and adorable in the heart of downtown

Our property manager was very communicative, and generous with check in/out times. The condo itself is small but VERY cute, with very comfortable furniture, luxury towels, and a kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need. Literally one block from beachfront, you can walk the downtown area for miles. The downside to this is that evening is hopping, and you’ll hear lots of traffic and loud music, which we fixed with “white noise” apps. Overall a great experience though, with many many choices for food and entertainment in every direction. Easily would recommend to any small group or family who want a fun beach experience.

Great Location

Cute condo in a great location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in a few minutes. There are wonderful restaurants close by. We enjoyed Chix on the Beach, Rudee's by the marina, and Waterman's to name a few. We were also able to walk to the marina for two great boat tours. Holly was great, she was quick with replies and provided all information needed. We had a great stay.

Sandcastle By the Shore is only ONE block to the boardwalk and beach beyond!!
The complex is right on the corner of 9th and Pacific Avenue, on the east side of the street backing up to Atlantic Avenue!!
