New property- comfortable, relaxing

Pros: New construction, lots of space, comfortable furnishings, good tvs & wifi, outdoor patio with private hot tub, firepit, BBQ. Really nice place. Property management is very attentive. Cons: Property can get loud during high occupancy times. We were there over Thanksgiving. Outdoor conversation, laughter, and barking dogs seemed to carry through the patios of the complex. Could hear inside. Probably not awful, but I'm from a very rural area and not used to "city" noises while sleeping.

Perfect for our group

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was perfect for our small group, easy access to the freeway and we loved the firepit and hot tub. We never found the dumpsters ?? so our garbage piled up, since the previous renters garbage was already in the bins. We also only had 3 packs of laundry soap provided; with being required to wash two loads of towels at checkout, we needed more for our 5 day stay and 9 people.

Family getaway

Clean, well stocked, easy location to get to. Super fun amenities that my kids were excited for! Decorated cute. Beds firm but comfy. Reasons for 4 stars not 5: no batteries or chargers for x-box controllers, no paddles for ping pong table, hot tub was less than 5star clean, and couldn't adjust thermostat lower than 72. To be fair, I didn't contact management or give them a chance to rectify the issues, we were gone all day and would get back after hours so we didn't have a chance. I would definitely stay here again, these issues weren't deal breakers but would've made our stay much more enjoyable =)

Difficult experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty when we arrived and had not been cleaned. We had to move to another condo 20 minutes away. When we did move back the next day the unit was very cold on the first floor and never warmed even with the heat up. The neighbors were having a party in the hot tub at 2:30 a.m. and were very noisy. Overall, a very bad experience.

This house is lacking

The house is lovely, the beds are decent but it lacks so much. The rental agent flat out says they will charge you more when you rent from VRBO or other third party venues. The place was clean but lacked so many things…no Kleenex, not hot pads, not enough detergent and they they make you strip the beds and start laundry (they charge a fortune for cleaning but you do a great deal of it. The TV was spotty and rarely worked for more than 30 seconds at a time. The hot tub (which was good) was filthy.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to love the time in this home and it looked so promising with the hot tub, ping pong, etc. Unfortunately, the hot tub was unusable with no power and filter areas looking absolutely nasty. The ping pong table came with junky balls. Foosball handles were loose and about to fall off. XBox wouldn't respond (seemed like dead controller batteries?). Refrigerator door handle in need of repair. Overall, too many issues around the things that originally enticed us to book it.

Wonderful rental place

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Very clean and spacious. The kids loved the games and pool. We all had a great amount of space to relax and socialize. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, and all the essentials needed.

The pool was small but the kids had a great time. The hot tub was clean although we didn’t use it to much. I wish the rooms had some kind of blackout curtains. You get woken up by the sun at 6am.. so that was a downer. Other than that, great house!

Fun Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and access to trails and outdoor activities. The hot tub was great - it was nice to have our own. The property manager was very easy to work with and helped us with some issues. We’d stay here again!

The condo had plenty of paper towels, bathroom tissue, garbage bags and laundry detergent, which was super convenient! The location was right off the main highway which was awesome as we traveled to Zion National park and Bryce Canyon. The only problem we had was the internet wasn’t very good, service was in and out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Utah.

Clean good size place!

This place was easy to get to, clean well Stocked and enough space for everyone. It was so nice having the hot tub on site! We didn’t get a chance to use all of the fun things in the house but loved it as an option! There’s a foosball table, ping pong, xbox and a giant game board in the bunk room! Not to mention the fire pit outside! It was a great stay!

Not the worst, but not the best either

Overall, we had a pleasant stay & the home was set up well. There were some issues tho… The main draw for choosing this property was the private hot tub. It was clear when booking that they charge a “hot tub cleaning fee.” Ok, fair enough. When we arrived, the hot tub was dirty & when the jets were turned on, it foamed up a lot. Since we arrived at 9pm Thurs, I didn’t call the prop management until Fri morning. The receptionist assured me someone would be by that day (Fri) & that she would let me know an approx time. I didn’t hear ANYTHING back. On SUNDAY morning. someone arrived to clean the hot tub. We had already been there 3 nights into our 5 night stay. I let the prop management know this & they kindly refunded me the hot tub cleaning fee. But the main reason we booked this place was to have a CLEAN & PRIVATE hot tub. Disappointing. Overall, the place was just like it’s pictured. The home has a nice layout. The beds were comfortable (big plus)! Somewhat clean (baseboards were dirty & so was the tile floor in the kitchen). Most properties provide at least the first mornings worth of coffee…not here. Just be prepared ;) The contract & having to download an app were all put offs to me about this rental. They also have labels with #’s on all the items in the kitchen, but the #’s didn’t match what was actually there. I guess I understand the need to do that, but at least be accurate about it. It made me feel like I had to report every little thing that was “off” so we wouldn’t be blamed for taking it or damaging it. Overall, I gave it a good star rating bc I liked the area & the beds were comfortable. I would stay in this area again, but probably wouldn’t rent through this company (Utahs Best).
