The master bath, balcony, and views were great! Loved the fact that the room is right across from the elevator. Overall, I would stay here again.

Corner condo is the best!

Our family enjoyed staying here! The condo is equipped nicely. Furniture could use updating.. The management is fantastic and wants to help with any needs. Would stay here again.

We had 7 people stay this trip and we had plenty of room! Views were amazing! Location for us was terrific. Check in and out was a piece of cake. No issues whatsoever! Would definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful views, great location

Easy check in and out process. The property was very comfortable for our week in PCB. Amazing views with the corner unit. Beach is easily accessible. We liked having the shaded part of the pool when we’d gotten a bit too much sun at the beach. Parking is across the street, but it’s a short walk and there were always spots available. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the real deal.

This property1405 was Exactly as the description and pictures shown. The views were amazing, oceanfront (gulf front). Any questions I had about the property or check in process were answered within the hour by real joy management. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about the condo! It was exactly as shown. The walls had to be thick bc we never heard anyone above, below, or beside. The view was breathtaking. Would 100% recommend to anyone who asks!

Quick Beach Trip

The property was perfect for a quick birthday getaway! If I had anything to critique, it would be to upgrade the outside patio furniture. Everything was very clean and it was right on the beach. I do have to say that the beach in Panama City is one of the least clean. We picked up trash on our morning walk.

We loved the property. It worked well for us. View was the most amazing part. Unfortunately we could not check in on time. The cleaning staff was very upset with the condition the condo had been vacated. Looking back we should have left the cleaners alone to do their job instead of being so excited to check in.

Negative energy everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Out dated, sandy and dirty disorganized furniture, bed comforters and decor. Vending machine out of order; all week, gate broken

Great Condo!

The condo itself was great. It was clean and had everything we need for our group of 5. The only drawback to this property is the parking. The parking is limited and is just a parking lot instead of a parking deck. The parking requires a pretty good walk and crossing the busy street to go back and forth. The spots are really tight and we have just purchased a brand new vehicle so were on edge about damage the entire trip. I would rather not stay here again just due to the parking.

Corner condo is the best.

We loved everything about this condo with the exception of the appliances. They all need updating. The dryer takes 3-4 cycles, the dishwasher latch is bent and won't close, the oven takes 30 min to heat, and the refrigerator freezer broke on day 1. The management is fantastic and wants to help with any needs. Just disappointing that the appliances need replacing. Location, view, all else is spectacular.

Not as expected

this room was quite expensive and wasn't really up to expectations. The beds are extremely hard (kinda like sleeping on the floor), there were bugs, the jacuzzi tub didn't work, it was hot as the air couldn't go under 68. The shower in the master doesn't get hot and the screen door on the patio was broken.

Grandview East

This is our second time renting a condo in the Grandview East building. Our first time we stayed in one of the penthouses on the 17th floor. This vacation we rented 1405. The listing showed a beautiful condo. When we arrived, we discovered that the condo wasn’t cleaned properly. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, some type of spill in front of the refrigerator, a dirty spoon and fork in the night stand in the 2nd king bedroom and in the master bedroom, some ones bathing suit and underwear was beside the nightstand. The screen door for the balcony also had a giant hole in it. The condo was otherwise great. After this trip we will probably look at other buildings to rent from.

Great location, views, and space but lack in cleanliness and overlooked maintenance issues.

We enjoyed our stay with RealJoy. We really liked the high level of the 14th floor and corner balcony. We felt we had privacy while still being able to enjoy the beauty and excitement of the beach. We were also pleased with the amount of space and bedroom setups. We had five adults and two children and we didn't ever feel cramped. Our main complaint would be the lack of cleanliness and maintenance which is quite a disappointment when you have almost $700 in host and service fees. From the loose bathtub faucet and broken bathroom light to the food (Goodness I hope it's not something else disgusting) on the walls and curtains. There was still cold coffee in the coffee pot from previous renters. The front door didn't have an extra lock and the door handle was loose which made me very uncomfortable.Though it was a nice family memory, we will most likely be going back to renting from privately owned renters. They tend to keep up more on their property from our experience.

Great place to stay

Check in was not ready because cleaning was still being done. But they were nice to let us fix ourselves and move our stuff in. Communication is really slow. Overall loved the place. Wish parking was a little closer

Maintenance problem

We spent $200 on groceries and the fridge was not working so everything went to waste. They didn’t care to fix it. Other than that it was good.
