Läge, plats, plats! Detta förtjusande hem i Summer's Edge uppdaterades nyligen 2017 - badrum, kök och färg och nu under ny hantering. Huset ligger på en lugn gata i detta gated community med en snabb promenad till stranden och nära till allt som 30A har att erbjuda för din perfekta resa!

Hemets öppna planlösning är bra för underhållning eller familjesammanträden. Vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket är anslutna för att smidigt njuta av varje utrymme och alla möbler är helt nya. Naturligt ljus häller in i hemmet genom stora fönster som finns i vardagsrummet och matsalen och ger hemmet en varm och inbjudande touch. Det finns trägolv i hela första våningen och köket har granitbänkar och rostfria vitvaror. På första våningen finns också ett bekvämt sovrum med badkar och bakdäck med en gasgrill. Det stora sovrummet vetter mot framsidan av huset och erbjuder en privat balkong som är perfekt för avkoppling på varma sommarkvällar. Det stora master badrummet har en dubbel fåfänga, separat badkar och dusch, samt två garderober. Det stora sovrummet har också USB-portar i vägguttagen som möjliggör bekväm laddning. De två gästrummen på andra våningen delar ytterligare ett badrum.

Great stay

We love staying in this community and this house was no different! The kitchen was well stocked to cook for two families, check in was easy, and checkout was simple. We loved hanging out at the beach and the pool.

Convenient location near shops and a short bike ride to the beach. Just a reminder that the house does not come with bikes so need to rent those ahead of time.

Wonderful property, neighborhood and manager

We could not have had a better stay. We stay in 30A every year and have for 5 years now and this has been our best experience all the way through. Kristen was very kind and welcoming as well as accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Summer’s Edge is our favorite neighborhood on 30A and the walk to the beach is close enough that we came back for lunch each day with young kids. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location

This house was a great place for our family (6 people) to stay. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The street and neighborhood were quiet with no issues. Hope to stay here again.

Memorial Day win

My family and I stayed at Hakuna Matata from Thursday to Tuesday on Memorial Day weekend. The house was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable. The helpful hints on renting bikes, chairs and umbrellas made the whole process very painless. would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Summers Edge was a perfect family vacation destination. We were able to spend quality time together as a family. Our four grandsons all under the age of four had a wonderful time at the community pool & the beach. Everything was within walking or biking distance. The house was extremely clean & well kept. We especially enjoyed being on a culdesac so our grands could easily throw the ball and play. There was plenty of room for our family of six adults and four young children to spread out and do our own thing sometimes. The kitchen had plenty of room for storage and food items, very functional. If you stay here, just bring extra dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. We loved everything about this place. The outside hoses and showers were a plus too. We will definitely come back again to Summers Edge. We already miss our time there.

Great Stay for Two Families

We rented this property for Spring Break and it was perfect for two families. the location is perfect for the beach and pool and for privacy away from the crazy Spring break crowds. We would have loved an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel as we ran out half way through our trip. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. Super clean and family friendly. We hope to be back next year!

Annual family fun

My family and I have been visiting the 30A area every summer for the last 15 years. We all look forward to a relaxing time together filled with pool days, beach days, great eating and a lot of quality time! Loved the location of this home and even found a new favorite restaurant (Old Florida Fish House) which is right around the corner. Loved that the HUB/Big Chill was less than 2 miles away too. The proximity to the beach was good and we enjoyed the pool. Although small, it was nice and accommodated the neighborhood well. It was not the cleanest and could use a little TLC and maintenance. I never saw anyone checking the levels, chlorine or cleaning it. Lots of trees = lots of leaves. The kids didn’t mind but I found myself wiping off chairs, tables etc. The house itself was nice and probably just needs the maintenance team to do a walk thru. One suggestion is to have a larger garbage can in the kitchen and possibly some throws or blankets. We’ve been spoiled over the years and have rented homes with additional amenities not offered here. Be prepared to bring your own beach chairs, towels etc or rent them. Lastly I’ve used VRBO quite often and the simplicity and ease of the app makes life easy. While I received my entry code in a timely matter none of the other directions or info were made available. Usually you receive the wifi login in, information about beach chair and bike rentals after payment is made or upon checkin time. Or it’s printed and in the home. I had to reach out to the property manager the evening we arrived. The teens and kids were not happy! Ha! The property manager was extremely helpful throughout the process and always got back to me quickly.

Hakuna Matata a week of no worries!😎

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. It was very comfortable for my family of 7 adults. For future stays, however, I would bring extra face and hand towels. I would also bring a large pasta pot and baking pan to cook some of our meals. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality! The mini cupcakes were a big hit!

Enjoyable

Easy walk to the beach and pool and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We come down to 30A every year and enjoy this area the most. House was a good size for our group and we had most everything we needed. A/C worked great! Though they share transparently ahead of time that the following is not included, the stay would have been even better if they provided some pool towels, beach toys, beach chairs or anything else that simply doesn’t travel well on a plane. In addition, an extra roll of toilet paper, kleenex or paper towels would have saved a few additional grocery trips.

Nice home and location

I really enjoyed the size and beauty of this home. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. With our party, 5 adults and 4 kids under 3, the distance to the beach if walking is far. Most tots don’t want to walk after a certain way and definitely not after being on the beach all day. We had 2 infants that required more stuff as well. However if the kids are older the location is great. No complaints except for some issues with the gate codes. They didn’t seem to work half the time and we ended up using other codes that people were kind enough to share with us. All in all I think we had a great time!

Great spot to enjoy Seaside!

Perfect spot for our family of 4 (ages 3 and 7) - short walk to private community pool and community beach entrances and on a gated street that gives the area a little neighborhood vibe. Host was great to work with on all the details - large and small. Highly recommend - see you next year!

Exactly what we needed

Property easily accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids (2-13), short walk to pool/beach/food. Ample space inside and out for hanging out. Definitely rent a bike to explore the area and rent the beach chairs/umbrellas.

We fell in love with the neighborhood and location in Seagrove - close to the beach and great proximity to bike or walk to our favorite 30A spots. We like to take advantage of all that the area has to offer and this house’s location provides this for our family and renters. My kids can enjoy playing in the neighborhood, 2 pools, fish at Eastern Lake or bike to Seaside while we can enjoy some of our favorite restaurants and sunsets.
