This condo was immaculate, spacious, and had everything you could think of! The view was incredible! Steps away from the beach, pet friendly, easy check-in and checkout, convenient parking! Highly recommend!

Stinky Stay

The condo smelled terribly of urine and could definitely use some owner care. The cleaning service does a good job but they can only do so much. The property has lots of pool area, a little poolside bar, and is only about a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. There is so much to do in Myrtle Beach but I would not stay in this particular condo again.

A great vacation!

Rental was very clean and well-equipped. We slept well in the good bed. Beach view great. Beach was groomed and cleaned daily. The facilities at Patricia Grand were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. We loved having our dog with us. Good nearby area for her duties. Overall, this vacation was a very positive experience

Beautiful direct oceanfront unit

My husband and I needed an after holiday season getaway to the beach and we found this unit on VRBO. Excellent price for an excellent direct oceanfront unit for us in our two pups. Check-in was easy( check out just as easy. Communication with the property owner flawless. Unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious Thank you again for an excellent stay.

Great Stay

We had a great time with our kids and dog. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. We enjoyed the amenities on the property (pools, coffee shop). Close to restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the ocean view from the room. Would stay here again.

Oceanfront Studio

Lovely studio that had a great view of the ocean. Balcony was small but private. Unit was well appointed. Checkin was super easy. It was great to stay in a pet friendly unit

Great Place For A Get Away

This was my first experience using VRBO and also my wife’s and I first time staying in Myrtle Beach SC. We loved everything about the trip. The condo was very conveniently located to many attractions. The balcony view was amazing my wife and I would watch the sunrise every morning the pictures don’t do this room justice. The bed is comfortable but we brought our own pillows and blanket as well as our own wash cloths and towels just our own personal preference. We would stay at this condo again.

Great studio with beautiful ocean views for is and dogs

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The laundry machines were just a few steps from the door of our unit. The restaurant in the building was surprisingly good and surprisingly reasonable. Rafia answered questions quickly before our stay. (Let me know to bring our own beach towels.) If you are traveling with furry companions, there is a great grassy area adjacent to the building and it was really clean considering how many pups are there. People were good about picking up. Though after dark i always took down a small flashlight to make sure i didnt step in a mess that was missed.

Hotel room not condo

We were awoken on the first morning by an alarm going off telling you to find the nearest exit and evacuate the building. We did, it took a few minutes as we were on the 8th floor and of course there were others in the stairwell. Waiting outside with no other information provided I saw a few firemen exiting the building, I ask if it was ok to return and what was the cause of the alarm. She replied they thought it was the wind. Really! When exiting and when we returned we noticed the elevator doors where dripping wet and puddling water on the tile floor in front of them. I told the front desk and they said they would get to it, as of 11:30 AM when we decided to leave nothing had been done. The alarm went off around 8:15 AM. I texted the owner to tell her we were evacuated, she read the text and NEVER replied, Never asked what happened , if we were ok...Nothing. That’s a terrible host in my opinion. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe for obvious reasons so we left. The host got her money for 5 nights , we only stayed one! Also, they use the term condo loosely, it’s a hotel room , two star room.. I am glad it was just me and my husband. It was a bad experience, waste of money.

Great ocean front view from the condo. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Very pet friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue as parking garage is old and narrow. We did have someone cut the cover to our truck bed on our last night there.

The check-in process was a little fuzzy. I never received an email from the booking agent, describing the process of how I needed to check in. So needless to say when I went to the front counter, they acted as if there was no reservation in my name. However, the booking agent did Respond to a text message and resent the process over to me. The room itself was very seasoned. Meaning that it showed a lot of wear and tear from a summer’s worth of usage. The price did not reflect the value to me. However, the location of the hotel itself was centrally located to a lot of things to do in many things to do within walking distance. The dog park next-door was disgusting. Others described it as a nice park for you to walk your dog, but apparently most people don’t take advantage of the Park supplied waste bags and leave their dogs dirt behind.

When we arrived at the property at 5 pm the room had NOT been cleaned. It had a horrible smell, dirty sheets and towels everywhere, sand all over the floor. I tried to contact Rufia and never heard from her, then I got in touch with Frank. Who sent people to clean. It took over 2 hours for this process. we were tired after driving 8 hours and just wanted to relax. This room had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I asked for compensation for this and never heard back from Rufia or Frank.

Great beach location!

Condo was very clean and is located within short distance of great restaurants. You step right out onto the beach which was so convenient. We had a kitchen sink leak and property owner addressed it immediately to fix it. Condo is small but plenty of space for the two of us and our pup. We enjoyed a great week!

Was a great place for what we were looking for. Location was wonderful, not in a bad area. Check in process was a breeze and very easy to find. The room was very clean with immaculate ocean views. The room had everything we needed, except a pair of scissors, so no complaints! Very happy with our vacation here.

Oceanfront oasis

My husband passed away recently and I needed some time away. This unit proved to be the perfect place. Not too noisy, I got to take my dogs and just unwind. The place was perfect. If I had to find one negative thing, don't walk on the balcony barefoot, I don't think they mop it. 5 stars anyway.

Christmas trip

The room was clean but cramped. It was nice to find a couple rolls of toilet paper rather than the one roll we were told to expect for our 4 night stay. The vent in the bathroom didn't work and everything was wet after a shower. The hotel is very dog friendly but didn't supply doggie waste bag and there was much feces on sidewalk and doggie areas. Charging 25 per dog per night they should supply bags

Awesome location

The view from the room’s balcony was spectacular! The room was a little small, but clean and very comfortable. Everything is as pictured and we will definitely be back. Love that they are so pet friendly.
