Kamaole Sands ligger tvärs över gatan från den vackra Kamaole III Beach Park, med simning med varmt vatten, ett pulserande snorkelrev och en skyddad sandstrand. Promenera strandlinjen från Kam 3 för miles längs södra Maui-stränderna, förbi Wailea-orterna.

Det finns också en dedikerad poolpool för barn och två badtunnor (endast för vuxna), ett gym, vackert underhållna tennisbanor (med låntagare), gott om gasgrill och en 24-timmarsreception.

Promenad från enheten till stranden är ungefär två minuter, från tröskeln till gyllene sand. Det finns ett dussin restauranger inom några kvarter promenad, tillsammans med kafé, uthyrning av redskap (kajaker, stand-up paddelbrädor, surfbrädor), hälsokostbutik och bekvämlighetsmarknader. Anläggningen ligger framför och mitt i Kiheis soltäckta strandkultur.

The best place to stay in Kihei.

This is our third time at Kamaole Sands, and where I always recommend friends book. This condo was an excellent location. Great views and easy to get to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was clean had lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I loved the extra chairs and beach gear in the outside closet. Check in process was very easy and I had never used the concierge service at the pool, which worked out perfect. We rented boogie boards for a very reasonable price for the week and they were so easy to return before we left. The check-in with the rental agency was excellent. Perfect communication and directions as well as timely emails when it was close to checkout. This was a very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo!

Our family stay in this condo was lovely. The checkin and checkout was easy with clear instructions. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good and the view very lovely for early morning and evenings sitting on the lanai. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We appreciated the great location!

Great location

Great location across from Kamaole III Beach and a quick drive to Wailea Restaurants. The resort property was beautifully taken care of and the pool and hot tubs were great!

Good location, nice pool setup. Very old original air conditioners. Living room unit had to be on non-stop or it got too hot. Bedroom portable got room cold but was too noisy to have on when sleeping. Otherwise adequate but unit far less updated than two others family were in.

Perfect

Our stay at this condo was perfect! The location is so close to all resort amenities and the balcony offers a lovely view of the beach and ocean as well as the beautiful Maui sunsets. Relax and enjoy

We love staying at Kamaole Sands! Condo 2-204 was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The rental company was very quick to respond to our few questions. All we had to do was relax and enjoy beautiful Maui!

Amazing Place To Stay!

This place looks just like the pictures! It has all of the amenities one would need. Great location for all activities. It was just a short walk to the beaches and places to shop and eat. Centrally located for all other activities of hiking and checking out other beaches on the west and south side of Maui. The complex was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay here again

Quiet and peaceful surroundings

We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the peaceful and manicured landscaping. Many other properties had to look at parking lots, but this development was well planned so all units look at the landscaping. The unit was quiet and well stocked with all appliances needed to have a fun vacation. We could never hear any neighbors so that was a plus.

Perfect location across from the pristine beach.

Perfect location across from the pristine beach. The patio looked out on the beautifully landscaped property. The unit is welcoming with 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer for convenience and other amenities to make it your home for the time. Nicely accommodated a couple. Convenient parking. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. The host was available and responsive. The check in process was easy. Very chill place to enjoy a vacation.

Great spot!

As advertised! Great communication with the management company made check in super easy. The unit was spotless upon arrival. It was also well supplied with anything you need from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and all the beach gear you need is right there. Location is great and a short walk to restaurants and shops and close to Wailea. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. The grounds of the property were nice and well maintained. We would recommend this place as we would definitely stay there in the future!

Great Views from the Lanai

We really enjoyed this Condo and the location. Very clean when we arrived. Great views of the ocean from the lanai. All the amenities we needed and more (home away from home). Two separate bathrooms was a plus! The portable AC in the bedroom was a little loud, but we really didn't need it as the ceiling fan kept us cool at night. We enjoyed this unit so much that we will rebook it for our next Maui trip. Also, excellent communication from the property management.

Condo Review

Condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with with cooking utensils and accessories. They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use and a variety of ice chests. The TV had several good movie channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The condo was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent form them again. The only negative was the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well but was a bit noisy. It didn't bother me but I could see it would bother some people

Wonderful

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands! Easy to find, easy check in, easy parking. Great amenities including swimming pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, equipment rentals, etc. Immaculate landscaping throughout the property and gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. Unit had everything we needed for a 10-day stay, with all the conveniences of a full kitchen, two bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, decent wi-fi, and two TVs. Walk across the street to a nice park with easy beach access. Beach towels were provided in the unit. The lanai was great for relaxing with a morning coffee and it felt somewhat private. Kihei's central location made for easy driving access around the whole island. It does get warm in this area, but there was an A/C that kept the bedroom cool at night.
