Aloha! Välkommen till vår Kamaole Sands lägenhet precis tvärs över gatan från Kamaole Beach Park III!

Vår lägenhet är en mycket tyst, privat och nyrenoverad bottenvåning enhet med en extra stor Lanai som lovar att göra din Maui semester en att komma ihåg.

Denna 1 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet har central luftkonditionering. Det är också utrustat för din njutning med ett kök, ett vinkyl, nya apparater i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor i granit och nya skåp. Den har två vackra badrum med dusch, en king size-säng i sovrummet och en fullstor bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med nya plattor i hela. Den har två plattskärms-TV-apparater, en i vardagsrummet och den andra i sovrummet, WIFI internetuppkoppling, tillsammans med en frontladdningsbricka och torktumlare. Vi har också tillbehör till dina äventyrliga strandutflykter som inkluderar strandstolar, en boogiebräda och andra strandleksaker.

Vår lägenhet är säker på att tillgodose dina semesterbehov och få dig att känna dig som hemma. Kamaole Sands är en av de mest populära bostadsrätter på Maui. Det är 15 tunnland fylld med tropiska blommor, dammar och fontäner. Den har en stor pool, 2 badtunnor, en barnpool, 4 tennisbanor, ett träningsrum, ping pong, foosball och 5 BBQ gaspaviljonger.

På onsdagskvällar hålls Mai Tai-fester vid poolen från 15:00 till 16.45.

Great condo.

Very good location. 5 min walk for beaches. Many stores close to condo. Local food store, gift shops, coffee, rental for activities. Great location. Everything what we need and even more was found on kitchen. Our flight was late on 6 hours and we text manager and he was come and help us to found our condo. It was very nice because it is was a later time close to the night. Thank you very much!

The condo was updated, clean and perfectly located. Kamaole Beach is a two minute walk. The grounds of the condo complex are lush and frequently manicured. Great spot!

Stayed here for our wedding!

Beautiful family friendly property! Perfect spacious condo on the ground floor. Wonderful communication from the hosts and easy check in. We had small children with us and the condo was great! Pool is fun, grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend. We traveled for our weddding and everyone stayed in different condos at this location. It was magical!

Great Vacation

Kamaole Sands is a great property to base your Maui adventure. It has well groomed grounds, a nice pool and is across from the beach. The unit is very clean, tastefully updated and has all the required amenities and more. We’ve stayed in other units in the past and this was by far the best all round. The bed in the living room was not as pictured and was quite firm. The owner was very quick to respond to all of our communication and gave clear concise information and instructions for the unit. The only issue we had that caused us some concern was that we were not aware that construction was ongoing on the property when I booked the unit and only found out due to a post on Reddit. However, in the end, it honestly had no impact on our stay as the building we were staying in wasn’t currently being worked on. Overall, we highly recommend this unit and would love to stay again.

Perfect vacation getaway

This was our first time on Maui. The location of this area was excellent. Wonderful gated community. Very clean and so pretty. Excellent on site accommodations. First floor was a favorite of this location. Easy walk to the beach. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful spot

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and it was perfect for our family. We travelled with our two young boys who shared the living room area (fold down couch and a pack and play we brought). The fold down couch worked great for our 5 year old. It worked well to have the bedroom as far away from living room to accommodate naps and earlier bedtimes for the kids. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the pool and utilized the pickleball courts a number of times. We enjoyed the walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great location; family friendly

This was a great place to stay in Maui with quick access to all amenities needed including groceries, beaches, and restaurants. We really loved the family friendly aspects of Kameole Sands in general and the condo was really easy to stay in. It was clean, there were lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of items for the beach. Will be back!

In this price range nothing else comes close!

Mark and Chris's condo is fantastic! Kamaole Sands is a great complex. All employees there were polite, helpful and friendly. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained with lots of trees and shady spots. I made use of the well-equipped indoor gym beside the pool. The barbecues are plentiful and cleaned daily. When you are walking around the complex sometimes you get a glance into other condos and Chris and Mark's is fabulously updated compared to some. The gorgeous tile floors, the beautiful updated kitchen, and the central air are all much appreciated. There are 2 TV's, and a great washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the little details you need with new appliances, an ice-maker, spices, a blender, a drip coffee maker and a fancy new Keurig, which we really enjoyed. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The Sleep Numbers bed was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a real plus and both had showers: Hubbie and I each had our own bathroom just like at home! We had our morning coffee each day out on the lovely patio. We didn't notice any road noise. They have you supplied with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, a cooler, a beach bag, and snorkeling equipment. The beach is right across the street. This was our second 3 week stay there and we are already looking at rebooking for next year. The manager, Darrel was very responsive and so were Chris and Mark. Top-notch!

Fair at best for the money. Needs some upkeep. Air conditioner noisy and blows hot air on Lanai. Just a bit dated. Could use better furniture. Bathroom towel hangers broken. Bedroom shower has standing water while in use so you standing in shower while showering.

Amazing Stay and Wonderful Hosts

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our hosts were exceptional. The place was clean and just as described. The resort complex was well equipped with pool and hot tubs. Concierge was a great help. Overall an amazing stay. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in south Kihei during our visits to Maui, and think it is the best location on Maui. Kamaole Sands is a beautiful condominium complex with beautiful landscaping and located in a prime location in Kihei.

Being just one minute away walking to the beach/ocean and being able to easily enjoy beautful sunsets every evening is one of the great things we love about the condo.
