Vacker stuga i skogen

Denna fastighet ligger i hjÀrtat av Alta i en lugn trÀdbevuxen miljö. Det Àr en utmÀrkt bas för vandring, fiske och skidÄkning i Tahoe-bassÀngen. Det Àr 30 minuter frÄn Boreal Ski Resort och 45 min frÄn Truckee. Vi har ett stort dÀck med grill, perfekt för avkoppling medan vi har en kopp kaffe eller bara besöker med familj och vÀnner. Gott om plats för barnen och en eldstad att njuta av pÄ natten. Det finns ocksÄ tillgÄng till en gemensam pool i Dutch Flat 5 minuter bort. Denna stuga byggdes 2010 som mina förÀldrar sommarhem och har all komfort och bekvÀmlighet.

Amazing stay!!

Wonderful Getaway Location

Beautiful and peaceful location. Cabin very well designed and constructed with great view of the forest. Cabin well stocked and lots of special touches to make it feel like home. A wonderful anniversary getaway for us.

Cozy Cabin Getaway

This cabin and host was remarkable. We originally had plans to site see in Lake Tahoe, and other places but found ourselves repeatedly going back to the cabin to just hang and play games. Had a campfire, played ball with the dog, and hung out with cat. Great time. Scott accommodated everything we requested lickety split. The cabin layout was awesome. Will stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect “cabin in the woods getaway” for our family of five. We were looking for a place to reconnect with our daughters before the beginning of school/college. The place is amazing - even better than the pictures. Our hosts were great and so responsive. It’s about a 10 minute drive from I 80, but it feels a world away. So serene you will not want to leave. This cabin was more than just a place to stay, it felt like a little portal tucked into the woods, holding space for stillness, warmth, and presence. My friends and I spent the weekend here for my bfs birthday, and it was exactly what we needed. Everything about the space invited us to slow down, the quiet hum of the trees, the gentle light through the windows, the grounding energy of wood and stone.It felt deeply cared for, like the kind of place that remembers great vibes!

I really enjoyed my cozy stay. I enjoyed some wonderful peace and quiet which is exactly what I needed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed. The cabin was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the trees are amazing. Also, their labradoodle and kitty are awesome.

This cabin was perfect! Lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It's close enough to I-80 to be convenient but tucked far enough away to feel like we were in the middle of the forest. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly, and communicative. This was exactly what we needed! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Love this place!

The Cozy Cabin was exactly that. Beautiful surroundings and easy to locate. My family and I had plans to ski at Soda Springs for the weekend, which was a short 30 minutes to the hill, which worked out perfectly. Out of the hustle and bustle of traffic and a quiet retreat. Easy in easy out. Thank you, Scott and Dena!

Cozy cabin

This cabin was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean, very well stocked in the kitchen, and had all the streaming services on the TV the kids could ask for! The view in the morning looking out into the forest was stunning. The cats that greeted us upon arrival made us feel like we were at home. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Cozy Perfect Ski Weekend

Wonderful spot - worked perfectly for a family ski trip, a quick 30 minute drive up to Royal Gorge and Sugar Bowl. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our hosts were kind and accommodating and we loved staying in the quiet forest at the end of the road. We'll be back!

Sweet little place

Needed a little getaway. The family and I were able to spend three nights at the cabin to relax and unwind. Enjoyed the surroundings, friendly cat, dog and sweet property owners. We enjoyed walking around and playing outside. We will be back to have some tranquility again.

Beautiful cabin : 10 out of 10! It was stocked with everything one could need, and it has a great porch to appreciate the lush location. The hosts were very responsive & helpful with great local tips. We would stay here again & again if we ever get the chance!
