Den mångsidiga designen på tre nivåer, Key Largo, har 3 sovrum och badrum - ett på varje nivå.

Första våningen är en lyxig king size-säng inklusive Nautica premium-lakan, med ett privat badrum med dusch av stenbricka och separat badkar, smart TV med Roku, stor rymlig garderob med badhanddukar och 2 badhanddukar.

Andra våningen har ett vardagsrum, sovrum och balkong. Sovrummet har en queen size-säng med privat badrum med badlakan, smart TV med Roku, DVD-spelare och surroundljud, garderob och 2 badhanddukar. Gourmetköket är fullt lager. Underhållningsutrymmet flyter till ett rymligt däck som har utsikt över marinan vid Cape Harbor inklusive en utomhusgrill från Firemagic. Inne i köket ingår; Rostfritt bubbelpool stjäl kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och elektrisk ugn. Keurig kaffe- och lattemaskin, Bereville brödrost, köks- och bakningsredskap för bageri, olika kryddor. Pfaltzgraff bestick, granitestone krukor och kokkärl. Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on the water. Great decor and amenities with a lot of attention to detail. We liked that each room has its own floor as it gave us privacy while still being together. The home is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short car ride to get into the downtown area of Cape Coral for a fabulous Farmer’s Market and more restaurants. We all agreed that we would rent this home again if the opportunity should arise.

FABULOUS

Super cute, clean, & comfortable home right on the water. The location doesnt get any better than this. You could literally walk to all the restaurants in the area. The view is incredible. The host was very nice & accommodating. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home in great location

Love the area of this home. There is so much to do within walking distance. We enjoyed riding the bikes too! The house is amazing and very accommodating. Hoping to be back again soon!

Cape Coral Marina

The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and up to date. We enjoyed great views of the marina through the wall-to-wall sliding doors on the middle level. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. The top suite was the best with large shower and on-suite office. The middle-level patio has a nice grill and outside refrigerator. The nearby marina restaurants were great and has live music most evenings. The location is great as it is on the marina and also quite close to various Southwest Florida attractions. So there was plenty to do. We will come back and stay here in the future.

Perfect Accommodation.

This was the fourth or fifth Christmas with my family in this wonderful house. The house is fully equipped with anything one might need or want and the owner is super responsive. We hope to make this visit a tradition.

Amazing house on the water

We absolutely loved our stay at the FunkyFishHouse! Kitchen was stocked with all essentials required for making a meal, which we did several. The Elevator was such a blessing since we had one member that was recovering from foot surgery. The area was full of shopping and restaurants. Very clean and multiple views of the surrounding scenery. We will be back.

Amazing home!

Our family had the pleasure of saying at this home for a week, and can honestly say it was a top 3 of all of our VRBO stays. The pictures perfectly showed all aspects of the house. But, what really sets this home apart is that there are so many high end touches and furnishings available. The home had everything... all utensils, spices, soaps, cleaners, grilling equipment, bicycles, furniture, towels, beach accessories, lighting, etc. It was an amazing home and delighted at being able to stay here!

Great location with separate floors for each bedroom for great privacy, but very roomy common area, kitchen and lower deck. Check in and out couldnt have been easier or clearer. Wifi was solid. Highly recommend.

No detail went untended.

My family stayed for Christmas and couldn't have been more pleased with the attention to detail of every conceivable (to us) need. The kitchen was well stocked, including staples and cleaning materials and Saran and foil, etc. The bathrooms had toiletries and extra paper goods; the living room had pillows and throws. The office was equipped with scissors, tape and so forth. There were games. There were masks and Covid tests. We might as well have been at home.

Beautiful Home in Construction Zone

First let me start by saying the home, the location and the property are beautiful. We wanted for nothing while there except for quiet. Unfortunately, there is extensive construction happening all around the home which made it unbearable. So much so that we cut our “relaxing” holiday weekend short to escape the construction noise. We had loud music, hammer drills and even a forklift running right outside the front door. The garage did not fit our vehicle so we had to keep moving it to avoid equipment and workers. If not for the construction, we would have given it all 5 stars and I would happily return once it’s all complete. The property owners were gracious enough to give us a partial refund since we did leave early. Again, the house, the views and overall area are perfect. It’s just wasn’t perfect for us this time.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!!!! 10 Stars!!!!

The Funky Fish House is almost perfect. It is beautifully decorated, spotless and is all anyone could ask for. There may be better rentals in the area, but it would be hard to beat the FFH. We drove down from the Atlanta, GA area. We made some stops for fuel and bathroom breaks but it was still 9+ hours in the truck. Upon arrival we went into the unit to take inventory to see what we would need for at least the next morning and honestly, only one item was needed and that was creamer for AM coffee! We decided to enjoy the house and drink black coffee in the morning or walk down to the on site coffee shop "The French Press" for great muffins and coffee! The house was stocked with Keurig coffee pods of all varieties, an assortment of beers in the outdoor refrigerator (I hope they were for us, LOL) and wine on the bar table. There were cold waters in the refrigerator, a big bowl of candy, a basket of bagged snacks and plenty of paper supplies, spices, ect... It was so nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful home and views and then just walk down to dinner at Fathoms. Our boat was able to be docked right outside the rear of the house which made it so easy to load and unload everyday. We just can't say enough good things about the hosts and the house. You guys are the best! We will be back soon!
