Beautiful property. We had an issue right at the beginning with blown breakers in the unit, but after texting with Vacasa, it was resolved quickly. The rest of our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Washer is quite loud, but worked great. Balcony was huge, and we loved watching storms roll through at night and beach during the day. Would recommend!

Beautiful property!

Huge balcony, very clean. Lots of room to spread out with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We had an issue with breakers in unit being blown at check-in, but Vacasa was quick to text back and help us remedy the situation. After that, smooth sailing. Washer is a bit noisy, but cleaned well. Only cooked once in the unit, but it had everything we needed. Would recommend this place!

Great place

We stayed in this home for 5 nights. It had a great view and the amenities were wonderful. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return!

Very pretty-needs balcony furniture

Good beds nice furniture in the living room. Nice TVs. The outdoor closet with lots of beach toys and beach chairs to borrow. The dryer worked, but it took several cycles before the clothes were dry.

Fantastic Unit

Very clean, and has just about anything you'll need for convenience and necessity. Bed was comfortable. Has really cute decorations and wall art! The view from the balcony is priceless.

Perfect beach vacation

The property is in the perfect location, across the road from souvenir shops and places to eat and very convenient drive to the harbor. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and has easy access to pool and beach. The beach and pool were very clean and well maintained. There were only a few minor inconveniences, that did not hinder the wonderful time that we had, first one was the couch was broken and a little uncomfortable, but we weren't in the condo a lot so not a huge deal, the second being that the en suite bathroom needed water added to the toilet tank to flush completely, the 3rd being the 2 smaller chairs on the balcony were ripped. Those few small things were so small and we plan on making Destin an annual vacation!

Beautiful condo, minor fixes needed

This is a beautiful condo with nice decor, beautiful view of the ocean. Condo needs new furniture in the living room, current furniture dips down. Horrible smell in garbage disposal, leaking fridge, stain on cover in master bedroom, bedroom fans falling, and detached headboard in guest bathroom. All minor fixes, other than noted issues condo was great.

Great view, good looking unit, needs some functional updates.

The view was great, the unit was pretty but we had some issue's. Check in was very "hands off" and we had some challenges getting questions answered upon our arrival. Didnt know we had to visit HOA office for parking pass and wristbands. We're smokers and felt we were ostracized by having to smoke at "the bus stop" on 98. We called it "working the corner". Theyre VERY STRICT about it. The unit has a leak at the sink. We parked the sponge next to the faucet, that collected the water. The fridge developed a leek, that appeared occasionally. The couch was pretty worn out and ha exposed partical board on the left bottom front. The jets in the soaker tub never worked. The front bedroom faces the street and the hallway is alwats illimunated....so was tge bedroom! The shutters didn't block the light. You need black out curtains in that room. Also we received our check out instructions from Vacasa when we were 2 hours diwn the road. Hope they forgive us for not stripping the beds! The beach and chair service was great. The pool was clean and comfortable.

Beach getaway

I was impressed with the details sent through email that made me feel like I did not need to contact them during my stay. The rental was spacious and open. The short trip to the beach and pool was much appreciated by my kids. I also loved that the owners had a guest book for people to sign and games available for us to use.

We've stayed at multiple properties at Sterling Sands and have been happy with all of them. This room had complimentary beach chairs/umbrella included which was such a nice surprise. A little gesture that goes a long way! We would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

This condo was super clean! We loved the balcony view. The private beach access made all the difference. Perfect first family vacation for our newborn. Condo is larger than the pictures depict.

Great place

Was clean, close to good restaurants, great veiw, pretty much everything you need in kitchen. Everything worked as it should. The chairs reserved on the beach was a nice touch to walk down and they would tell you where your chairs and umbrella was each day. Had a sink drain leak in kitchen called front desk and got it repaired promptly. My family wanted to book for next yr on the way home. We used the washer and dryer a couple times to clean swimsuits. We really enjoyed the stay for a week. There was some painting being done outside on the structure, had a little area of parking to separate for equipment there was still plenty of parking with no issues. Beach was beautiful, looking forward to going back.

Property was very nice , unfortunately i overlooked the renovation of the pool an hot tub but lucky would have it a nearby location allowed us to use theirs.Our girls trip flowed with no hang ups. i will most definitely rent this location again ..Thanks for a wonderful trip
