Uppdaterad 10: e våningen i lägenheten - stranden enhet! Gorgeous full utsikt över bukten! Uppdaterad i hösten 2015 ... Alla nya golv, ny soffa, soffbord, slutet bord, matbord och stolar, nya sovrum set & alla nya sängkläder!

Everything was exactly as described. Cleanliness was top tier. Owner checked in during our stay to make sure everything was the way we expected. We will definently try to stay in this same condo again!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great too. The tiki bar/cafe (with ocean side service) was a life saver. The location was a plus, we were so close to everything. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends/family.

Our family had an amazing vacation and experience. Our condo was very clean with beachy decor. It had an amazing view overlooking the ocean. It is within 1-2 miles of most popular activities. The communication of expectations was top notch. We look forward to visiting and staying in the same place again!! Thank you Laura for the forever family memories made at your place!

Condo was wonderful! Bed was comfortable and so was the couch! Laura was very quick to respond and checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed and to make sure everything was perfect! Nothing negative to say! Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Loved the property! The condo was very modern. The high chairs on the balcony made it great for early morning dolphin watching. Appreciated the books for our toddler! Overall nothing I can say bad about this condo and the owners. Loved the zero entry pool and tiki bar. The only thing that might make us not come back would be the beach rules. They force you into buying your own chair or you have to set up way back on the beach where you can’t be right on the ocean. It was sad having to see families move with their toddler just because they wanted to be close to the water. That alone will not make us come back but from the condo perspective couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Perfect location and views. The condo was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The host was very friendly, informative and also checked in mid reservation to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

This was the perfect property for our vacation. The condo was convenient and meticulous. The owner, Laura, checked in a couple times throughout to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend!!

Our stay was completely amazing! This place was exceptionally clean. I mean…CLEAN! It was very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Great place and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo on the beach in Destin!

The condo was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was stunning!!!There were plenty of restaurants, shopping and other activities nearby.

Nice to be back

The condo was lovely and had an incredible view. Stocked with games and books for kids, but us olds played Uno on the rainy nights. Close to everything and nice staff.

Perfect location

We have been to Destin several times, and this was our second visit to Pelican Beach Resort. This condo was hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed. Easy access to literally everything and nothing blocking your full view of the beach. Owner was responsive and friendly. We will be back!!

This property was amazing. Everything within the condo was there for us. Absolutely spotless and decorated perfect for a beach stay. Great view from the balcony and a 100' walk to the beach.
