Denna nybyggda ljudfrontfastighet stod klar i maj 2014 och ligger 5 minuters promenad till golfstranden

Det ligger på Via DeLuna, på gångavstånd från viken, shopping, restauranger och barer. Det finns en liten park ett kvarter från huset med lekplatsutrustning och en basketplan.

Denna fastighet har något för alla. Huset har en bostadsområde på 3300 kvadratmeter, med 6 sovrum, som vardera har ett privat badrum och ytterligare ett halvt badrum.

På bottenvåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum och ett fullt utrustat kök med en ismaskin. Vardagsrummet och två sovrum vetter mot ett stort upphöjd däck som vetter mot ljudet.

Övre våningen har en lounge med en våt bar och kylskåp. Loungen och två av sovrummen vetter mot ett soldäck som vetter mot ljudet.

Gästerna kan koppla av i en privat pool (som värms utom under december, januari och februari, och vid andra tillfällen när lufttemperaturen är för kallt för att poolvärmaren ska fungera), fisk eller båt från den privata piren eller ta en 5 minut promenad till stranden.

4th of July Beach Week

We love this property. My husband, sons and grandsons live fishing off the pier and the pool is perfect for relaxing. We’ve rented this property twice and have already reserved it for a 3rd stay.

Wonderful house in a perfect location.

Wonderful home for three generations of our family. Bedrooms and private baths for everyone. Perfect location. Pool was marvelous. The water around the pier was filled with life which provided endless entertainment for the little ones. We immediately started discussing coming back at the same time next year.

The house and host were amazing! Richard went above and beyond and was available to answer all my questions at any time of the day. It looks exactly like the pictures listed and the views from the back porch were phenomenal. Definitely would book again!

Our family had an awesome time at this property. It was right on the strip, in walking distance to the beach and everything. We will definitely be back. The pool, view, pier, etc. was beautiful!!!

Perfect location

The house was beautiful and location was perfect. Close to everything. The kids loved it all, the pool, the beach, the pier. The only issue we had during our stay was a broken water main right before our last day. The water was cut off which made it inconvenient with kids.

Perfect place for a large group

We had a great experience at this home. We watched dolphins swim underneath us while we sat on the dock. We also enjoyed that every bedroom had its own bathroom.

Family Fun

We all enjoyed the house with plenty of space for all of us. The grandchildren spent hours in the pool. The small beach and calm water of the bay were perfect for children and old people. We got to watch dolphins swimming past every day, and were even visited by a manatee one morning (several of us were in the water when he swam right up to us). We enjoyed being so close to Flounders and The Shrimp Basket. Good all-around experience.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect size home, had everything we needed or wanted. Beautiful decks over looking the sound. Wonderful pier to fish off of. Big swimming pool for 16 that's for sure, had a wonderful time, oh it's close to shopping and restaurants so we walked. And close to water sport area. ( Wave runners, fishing charters etc) so very enjoyable.

Great place!

Beautiful house and location! Perfect accommodations for the 8 adults and 4 grandchildren in our family. The view of the sound from the back of the house was beautiful. (We saw lots of dolphins!) We loved the nice pool area, and getting to the beach was super easy too. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was also a plus! There were a couple minor issues. The oven didn’t work exactly right, and the floors didn’t seem too clean when we arrived. However, this is a wonderful place, and we had a great vacation! We absolutely will consider staying here again!

A well maintained clean house on the bay with a pier. Nice swimming pool. A blue heron used to come and land on the pier when we were not using it. Short walk to the beach.

Spring Break

We had our kids and a couple of their college friends join us for a spring break trip. Location is perfect, house was great, and even caught some fish off the dock. It was a little cool, but pool heater made all the difference. Kids enjoyed laying around getting some much-needed sun. This has been our favorite house in this area. We will try to stay here again when we go back.

Big enough for everyone

The house was big enough for our whole family and generally well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an unexpected bright point of our visit, allowing everyone to still play in water even when it was too dang hot to be out in the full sun of the afternoon. The only things that would have made the stay easier and more comfortable would be a second full sized fridge and more varied outdoor seating on the main deck. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Pensacola Beach Rental

WOW! This house far exceeded our expectations, there was 19 girls and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everyone raved about the house all weekend and the view was just unbelievable. Only suggestions would be to have more blankets but the property management company was down the street and they went above and beyond - shout out to Noel and Jackie. The pool was just icing on the top, way bigger than I expected too. We were all sad to leave, I plan to rent this home again!
