Great Stay

The condo was clean and the view was great! Parking was smooth, as there are marked assigned spaces. Elevators were fast, so there was minimal wait to get to the beach. The beach access is flat and easy. There are a couple of clean-up spots, so washing off can happen quickly. It would have been nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. A dish strainer for dishes would have also been helpful. Extra blankets would also have been nice. But overall, the condo has most things you need.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and clean and the balcony is large with great furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Suggestion I would give to the owner and property manager to improve accommodations are to provide at least one extra roll of toilet paper per restroom, Kleenex, and kitchen wash rag to wash dishes and wipe down counters. I was disappointed when I read the information on what to bring in the app because it sounds like you are still using covid and supply shortages as an excuse to ration basic household necessities.

Great condo and property!

We’ve stayed and a few Regency Isle condos and this was definitely a favorite! So clean and well appointed, easy check in and out and the complex is so well maintained and has everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

Great for a small family.

Great view. Condo was clean and as described. Patio furniture was nice. The beds were comfortable. The air did self regulate back to 70 at night and sometimes 73 during the day, not ideal for summer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location and amazing view of the beach. Loved having my morning cup of coffee on the super sized balcony! Outlets were not always functional and unfortunately Supplies were very limited!!
