The condo was perfect for our family! The ambiance was relaxing! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The primary bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were fabulous! We would have liked a more comfy mattress in the room with the double beds.The beach view from the balcony while drinking coffee in the morning was amazing!!The beach and pool were also amazing!The hosts were easy to contact and answered questions quickly.Definitely a 10 out 10! We will be back!

We had the best time!

Our stay in Sharon&Gary’s condo was marvelous. Communication with Sharon was perfect and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we were able to see the dolphins from it. The access to the beach is extremely convenient and we loved everything about the amenities provided in the condo. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Place to Stay

We brought our one year old to the beach for the first time and this was the perfect place for our family to stay! The view was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and I felt safe letting my baby toddle around. The window in the guest bedroom faces the hallway which made her room nice and dark for napping! The finishings were very nice and the owners supplied everything we needed, including straws under the wet bar that I was so thrilled to see when I needed a straw but hadn’t packed any. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Thanks for an amazing vacation!

This is the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in with an amazing beach and pool! I loved our spacious condo with a huge balcony! The condo is decorated like a luxury suite in a 5 star hotel! It is a home away from home! The shower in the master bath is like a spa and is big enough for 2! The owner gave us a restaurant guide and every place we tried was better than the last place! She was very nice and helpful and I will be using her condo again! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Beach vacay

My beach vacation was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated, the master bath spa was luxurious the kitchen stocked with all the small appliances you could need. The sheets are like silk and the towels are full size and high quality. This beachfront condo is perfect for a girlfriend trip, couple getaway or family vacation. It is near grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The complimentary beach chairs are a plus. The owners make sure their condo provides anything you could expect for in a beach retreat. I have stayed here several times and hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Regency Isle 902 the week of May 21, 2017. I never write reviews, but wanted to say how great this place is. The balcony was wonderful and provided the best view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all other accommodations were great. Sharon was easy to contact leading up to our trip, and you can really tell that she wants you to have the best vacation. Overall a lovely relaxing vacation, and we would definately come back. The information sheet that was provided was extremely helpful with lots of great recommendations. The only restaurant I would add is Brick and Spoon for breakfast, it was WONDERFUL and the bloody Mary's out of this world.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We stayed in Orange Beach over Spring Break with our three sons. It was our second time to Orange Beach and our first time at Regency Isle. We will definitely be back! We LOVED the condo! It is absolutely beautiful. We loved the Master Bedroom and how it overlooks the Gulf! We loved the fact that the second bedroom has two full size beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the times we ate in. We truly loved the Master Bathroom, as well as, the flooring throughout the condo! The condo is tastefully decorated and we loved playing cards inside and out on the balcony. We saw dolphins multiple times daily from the balcony and beach. We really enjoyed being so close to the Flor-Bama. We ate at the Crab Trap, the Flora-Bama Ole River Grille, McGuire's Irish Pub in Pensacola, Sassy Bass, and the Flora-Bama Yacht Club. We had pizza delivered from Lillian's, and enjoyed hanging out at the Gulf and Pleasure Island Tiki Bar. Sharon is so sweet and great to do business with! We will definitely be back!

Best Beach Rental!

What a perfect place to enjoy Orange Beach!! The condo exceeded our expectations. Sharon and Gary have thought of everything for their guests. The condo is decorated beautifully and very up-to-date. The master bath is spacious and the master shower is wonderful with two different types of shower heads. We prepared breakfast and lunch at the condo each day and the kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware, dishes, cutlery, small appliances, etc. The balcony was our favorite place. The bar height tables and chairs allowed us to have meals and drinks while watching the ocean with unobstructive views. And the chaise lounges were perfect for relaxing with a book or taking a nap. The balcony is always in the shade and protected from the weather. We enjoyed a rain shower there one afternoon. Additional amenities such as beach towels and Netflix were appreciated and enjoyed. The condo complex common areas are well maintained and clean. We grilled dinner out in the beautiful outdoor area and were impressed that the grills were spotless. The pools, sauna, steam room, etc were also great. The location of the condo complex is perfect. Close enough to stores and restaurants yet not in a built up area. Thanks to Sharon and Gary for providing such a lovely, peaceful "home away from home."

This was an amazing property
felt like home because they provided so many things we’ve never had in a rental unit before. There was an icemaker! Loved the dual pot/pod Keurig. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were awesome and the balcony spacious. It was walking distance to the Florabama, so that was very convenient.

Perfect Vacation with a Fabulous View

This beautiful and comfortable condo has the best views of the gulf and beach from sun up to sun down. We enjoyed the amenities and surroundings, too, but the best part was returning to the condo to relax on the balcony or in the living room and watch/listen to the waves. Lots to love about this condo, including the well-appointed kitchen and living spaces. The walk-in shower was a major plus for us. The hosts were gracious, attentive and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect location and felt like home

This owner was amazing, communicated every last detail and was there for any questions. The unit was spotless and beautiful access to the beach. Parking was covered and super easy to unload and get in and out. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Separate ice maker was perfect to fill the cooler each day to take to the beach. Three elevators kept us from waiting too long coming and going. Location was great and easy to get around.

Gary and I are two engineers living in a true house divided - one Alabama and one Auburn graduate. We just don't talk about it! We live in north Alabama, and have two married children (all Alabama and Auburn grads), and six grandchildren. We look forward to sharing our condo with others who are looking for a vacation home that provides both luxury and comfort in a family- friendly environment. Our family has been vacationing in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach / Destin areas for over 35 years. Regency Isle is in a great location - convenient to restaurants and the "happening things," but distanced enough to provide guests a more private, serene setting. The facility is only steps from the ocean, located in a sparsely populated area, and there are no huge, high density units next door competing for our beach space.
~~~Additional reasons we chose Regency Isle:
* Huge 300 sq.ft. private balcony!
* Heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, activity room, and steam room - allow for fun times even in cooler temps or inclement weather
* 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and 8-foot interior doors - indicative of the beautiful architecture seen throughout Regency Isle
*Covered pavilion, picnic tables and complimentary gas grills with a green space

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

During our extensive condo search, we immediately noticed that Unit 902 was one of the most elegantly furnished condos in one of the nicest facilities we had seen anywhere. It is located on the desired east end of the building and is on the 9th floor - great for providing a tranquil setting with awesome views. This home is outfitted with high quality furnishings since it was originally a non-rental private vacation home. Our recent upgrades: Kitchen remodel & new appliances, master bath updates, new flooring and cabinets throughout, new granite added to the other luxury appointments, will allow our guests to feel the comforts of home and enjoy amenities and luxuries that are not common to most rental properties.
