Fantastisk lägenhet i anslutning till väggarna i Vatikanen. Rymlig och ljus, ligger på tredje våningen i en gammal byggnad i hjärtat av Prati-distriktet, känt för både shopping och det brett utbudet av restauranger, vinbarer och andra ställen att koppla av efter en dag att besöka den eviga staden.
Lägenheten består av 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar, två badrum och ett gemensamt rum, där köket och en bäddsoffa finns.
I det större rummet finns också en enkelsäng. Båda sovrummen har luftkonditionering.
Badrummen har dusch och i en av dem finns också en tvättmaskin.
Köket är fullt utrustat för matlagning (vi erbjuder också alla nödvändiga saker: olja, salt, ättika etc ...), italiensk kaffebryggare, Nespresso-kaffekokare och vattenkokare.
Närmaste tunnelbanestation ligger bara 300 meter bort, medan entrén till Vatikanmuseerna ligger bara 100 meter bort! På gatan intill den där lägenheten är belägen finns två stormarknader, medan några meter från lägenheten finns en ugn där du kan hitta allt från sött till savory, för ett snabbt mellanmål eller för en mer omfattande måltid .
Piazza Risorgimento, är bara 250 meter. Den här torget är full av barer och restauranger, en taxistation och är utgångspunkten för många shoppinggator, som Via Cola di Rienzo, som tar dig en trevlig promenad till Piazza del Popolo, från vilken Via del Corso börjar. .. och så vidare ...
Gatan i lägenheten, även om den är mycket centralt, är väldigt tyst och lugn på natten, så att du kan vila och njuta av varje ögonblick av din semester. Internet Wi-Fi är gratis och tillgängligt i hela lägenheten. Vi erbjuder även strykbräda, strykjärn och hårtork på badrummen.

Home away from home! Everything listed as is. Spacious for the five of us, clean, full kitchen and the two bathrooms are great! Check in was easy, host was there to meet us and gave tips and recommendations. Close to Vatican and businesses. Pictures doesn’t justify the place, highly recommended!

Great location and roomy

Wonderful location near the Vatican two full bathrooms, which included a washing machine. There is a grocery store right around the corner and you can use the refrigerator for groceries. Good communication with hostess.

Great apartment

The apartment has AC and elevator which is hard to find. The location is great and walk distance to Vatican, restaurant, and market where we bought fresh fruits, vegetables, and other things like water because weather was hot. Roberta is an excellent host that was friendly and responsive. Will definitely come back!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was as advertised. It was comfortable with everything we needed. The location, near the Vatican, was perfect. Easy to find and within walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. Would definitely stay there again. The host, Roberta, was quick to respond to every request and secured pickup from the train station as well as car to the airport.

Perfect location!!

Roberta was a fantastic host!! She sat down with us and gave recommendations of where to go/eat. She also arranged transportation to train station. The location was perfect, very close to Vatican, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby We really enjoyed our stay!!

Vatican Apartment

This apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, it was very clean, and met my needs perfectly. As a family of 5 this was much better than multiple hotel rooms. The host Roberta was so friendly. She helped us with the check-in process and even store our bags early. We will return here if we’re back in Rome in the future!

Rome Adventure

Roberta’s place was perfect for our short stay. It was within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There are good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend others to stay here. Roberta is an excellent host.

Amazing location

We stayed at Roberta’s apartment, and it was a wonderful trip. She was very responsive, she booked a tour for us, and the apartment was stocked very nicely and had the most amazing location. It was just steps from the Vatican Museum. When we’re back in Rome, we’ll stay here again.

Wedding anniversary and Sister family trip

First and foremost Roberta is an outstanding host! She went out of her way to assist us. The apartment is convenient and lovely. Close to Vatican and subway station so easy to get around Rome.

If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. We stayed in 4 different f VRBOs during our 12 day trip in Italy and this by far was our favorite. The location is wonderful, very convenient to walk to the Vatican and other places. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment was so spacious and so clean. It was perfect for my family if 4. Thank you, Roberta for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Apartment

Absolutely fabulous apartment right next to the Vatican. So spacious (pictures don’t do it justice) & loved having 2 bathrooms. Convenience to the metro, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, & plenty of restaurants really paid off for us. We were in Rome during the hottest part of the summer & the AC in the apartment was truly a life saver. A super plus was Roberta setting up airport transportation both directions. Definitely recommend this listing!

A perfect spot for our family visit to Rome!

Florian was an excellent host in all aspects. His communications pre-arrival were prompt and informative. He met us at the curb when we arrived at the apartment and he helped us in with our luggage. He then gave a very detailed (and welcomed) orientation to the apartment and then lingered about 45 minutes to tell us about local shops and restaurants and places to visit. VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL! The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning was good as was the WiFi. We will certainly book this apartment again!

GREAT Apartment Rental in Rome

We had the best time at this apartment. We loved staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment instead of one hotel room. It was very clean, which was important to us. Roberta was SO helpful. I asked for her help in getting transportation lined up for us and she was so kind to jump right in and help. The apartment location is not city center, but it is very convenient to the Vatican and just a short subway ride to city center. The subway terminal is very close. There are sidewalk cafes right out the apt door as well as grocery stores and pharmacy etc. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting more space in Rome than a hotel room and very clean well-furnished lodging. We will stay here again.

Amazing service, amazing location!

Roberta understands very well what sets ‘good’ from ‘great’ and she exceeds them both! From the very start her communication was exceptional - immediately after booking the room she reached out to establish our expectations. A week before the trip she reached out to make special accommodations for our teenage daughter, and make sure to let us know she’d set up airport transportation to the apartment if we needed it. She checked in on us several times during the trip to see how we were doing and if we needed any help navigating, suggestions for eateries, and to see how the apartment was working for us. The room was perfect for us. Two good sized rooms with comfortable, simple beds. Access to the apartment was easy. The neighbor is busy (no busier than everywhere in Rome) but safe and quites down nicely at nighttime. Everything you need is close by - Caffe, grocery, shopping, Metro. Excellent find, even better service. Thanks for everything Roberta!

Florje House was in an amazing location. You can see the Vatican City Wall from the bedroom. The apartment felt like a real Italian Flat. The marble staircase, portico in the center, and shutters and open windows was just what I imagine Italy to be. We walked or took public transportation everywhere. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great, but the rest of the apartment has only a fan. It was really hot when we were there so we just had to spend a lot of time in our rooms when we were at the apartment. It probably isn't a big deal during other months besides August. Other than that Roberta's flat met all our needs for the week. Roberta was really the best part of this listing though. She was so sweet and helpful. I have never had a host as helpful as she was. She helped us book tours for a discounted rate, offered her cell number in case we had questions, and had a hand written list of all her favorite restaurants in the city. She definitely went above and beyond to make our first time in Italy an amazing experience!

BED BUGS- LOTS OF THEM!!!

Roberta's apartment had active, crawling, biting bed bugs. We sent a few of the many pictures we took showing numerous bed bug bites on arms,legs,neck,chest and eyelid,along with a video of the active bed bugs crawling along the human blood stained sheets and linen. We had to find other accommodations by the third day of our eight day stay,during tourist season,with help from Vrbo's emergency housing assistance. But, we had to stay in separate hotels and move 4 times due to prior bookings at the hotels. We had to pay to have our clothes cleaned and sanitized in case bed bugs were imbedded in them. We also had to sanitize our luggage to avoid possible bed bugs and eggs traveling with us to our next location. Meanwhile,Roberta took little to no responsibility to help us and was more concerned about getting her keys back; we were locked out when we tried to return them. At no time did she ask about the pain and itching from the bed bug bites or the trauma of having them crawl on your body and across your face. She even charged us for three nights, even though Vrbo had already moved us out. There isn't a rating low enough to address the unbelievably horrible consequences of staying in Roberta's bed bug infested apartment and her complete lack of concern for what happened to us while there. So,you decide whether it's worth it to take a chance with this cold, uncaring, unethical host and her questionable apartment. There's a reason this property is unavailable until August.
