Bedövning hem pÄ högt önskad ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd med stadsleden bara utanför din dörr! Detta hem har allt. SÀtt tillbaka pÄ en stor storlek tunnland bredvid en greenbelt. Integritet med en 2-bil garage. Köket Àr ABSOLUTT GORGEOUS. Ingen detalj förbises och det finns ett doldt walk-in pantry. LÀtt och öppen plan med tvÄ sovrum pÄ huvudnivÄn inklusive ett med eget badrum .. Generous sized master suite var omtÀnksamt utformad med hans och hennes fÄfÀngligheter och fantastisk dusch med separat badkar. Det finns ytterligare tre sovrum pÄ övervÄningen för totalt 6 sovrum i hemmet. Massor av lagring och en stor mudroom i tvÀtten. Du kommer att njuta av den fantastiska bakgÄrden och uteplatsen med utsikt över greenbelt och spektakulÀra solnedgÄngar

The house was great. Thank you for having myself and my family members. We had a great time relaxing outside and enjoying the view. The kids loved hiking the trails located next to the house. We also played some basketball at the church also down the street.

Spacious and updated

Spacious and updated house with everything we needed for our group of 9 adults. This place was perfect for the reunion and it provided privacy and options for relaxation. Location was also convenient for shopping, restaurants

Would return!

Clean, comfy, practical, and fun! The layout of the home allowed everyone to spend time in the kitchen/family room. The layout of the bedrooms, especially the ones upstairs, also gave us opportunities for quiet times when we needed them. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our stay in Flagstaff

The house location was great, the space allowed for my family to stay in the same house, which we loved. The amenities and furniture were old, mismatched and not in the best condition
 not to mention the master mattress was awful. It was supposed to be my birthday trip to relax and I could barely get rest in the bed. The backyard had snow, which was great but the patio furniture was not well maintained either so we were unable to sit outside.. Overall great time spent with family, but wish those details would have been better.

Flagstaff family wedding stay at Holland Retreat

Great location! Located just 3 miles from Viola’s Garden Wedding venue. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with 2 main floor bedrooms for our 81, 86, and 91 year old parents and plenty of room for our adult children, spouses and significant others. Awesome kitchen with plenty of cookware for large group meals. Our stay was perfect!

Family Get Away

This house has great space to accomodate lots of people, our kids loved it, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the location is great. But it could have been cleaner, the living/dining room/outdoor furniture was very worn, and the spa was way too chlorinated to take advantage of using.

Perfect getaway for mountain adventures

We were up here for a gravel cycling getaway with friends and the house was perfect for a group of 9. The location was ideal - right next to the FUTS trail, which was a gateway to epic days on the bike! The house was very homey and had all the amenities, including a dream kitchen. The only downside was the mattresses. They were very well-worn - if you weren't sleeping in the exact middle, you were in a crater on either side of the bed. Otherwise everything was great!

Everything and more!!

We came up for a graduation and our entire family was able to stay together to celebrate. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Well supplied kitchen, nice big yard, and all the amenities you could ever need! We will definitely be back for the next one!

As the broker/owner of Viza Realty, I am a member of both the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors. My family and I call our Scottsdale home our primary residence although we do live full time in Flagstaff during the summers and spend many weekends during the school year at our secondary home in Flagstaff. Flagstaff is a wonderful place and a very special place for my family. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University where I studied business and earned my business degree back in 1992.
