Livet över 7000 fot kändes aldrig så bra. Detta är det perfekta hemmet för din semester eftersom det bekvämt rymmer stora eller flera familjer. Nära Sedona, Grand Canyon och Arizona Snowbowl, samt vackra vandringar, mountainbike, fiske, parker och läckra lokala restauranger. Vi älskar Flagstaff och är glada att dela vår hyra med dig!
Om vår egendom:
Vi har en 3000sq ft hem ligger i det populära Flagstaff kvarteret i Ponderosa Trails. 6 sovrum och 3 badrum i vårt tvåvåningshus samt 2 stora vardagsrum, ett vackert inredda kök och en anlagd trädgård med anpassad stor uteplats för grillning. Familjerum har stor sektionssoffa, gas spis och 55in smart tv. Köket har rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustade för matlagning hemma. Trädgården har ett grilldäck utanför den bakre skjutdörren, med stor nedre uteplats med utemöbler och eldstad. Trädgården har också en gräsbevuxen yta, sandlåda och svänghjul för kiddos. Nya madrasser och sängkläder i ALLA 6 sovrum.

Check-in was clear and easy. The house matched the description and was clean when we arrived. It was a comfortable place to stay and easily accommodated our group of 9 people. Everything was as advertised except for the grill which works but needed a major cleaning before it was usable.

Leading up to the stay, communication with Stephanie was excellent. She responded to our questions immediately. The property was as advertised. We had 17 people staying at the house, and there was more than enough space to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for the 5, 4 and 3 year olds to keep busy. Everyone was very happy.

Everything was perfect, house super clean, and the size of the property was exactly what we were looking for. the host attended all of our needs and was friendly at all times! House Highly recommended!

Flagstaff Retreat

Stephanie's home was the perfect setting for our family retreat! We were a large group of 8 adults and 10 children. The kids loved the bunkroom and there were extra mattresses for a few more to join in! We had plenty of eating areas as well, which is hard to find for a group of our size! We had everything we needed in stephome to enjoy our stay in flagstaff.

Great Stay for a Wedding

We stayed here so everyone could be together for the wedding we were hosting. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and responsive! We had everything we needed supplied in the home. There was a beautiful fireplace in the upstairs master bedroom & the family room. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place

We so enjoyed a siblings reunion. Problem we have had is finding a place for my brothers and sisters is that there’s always stairs. And that’s a little rough on us but the house worked out very nicely for us. I would suggest do you have somebody check the kitchen sink faucet. It drips if you don’t have it exactly the right place and I’m sure is wasting water. I would recommend your place to anyone that needs a bigger home. Thanks

10 happy kids

Three other families along with mine rented this beautiful home for an extended weekend in the snow. Between us we had 10 kids and the house felt perfect. There are 2 gas fireplaces that really warmed up the rooms. Four of the kids were under 2 so being able to close the French doors to the stairs was so nice in keeping them contained. The master closet fit a pack n play and contained 3 temperpedic mattresses that could be moved around the bedrooms to accommodate all the kids. They have a high chair as well as one really stable pack n play on top of the extra mattresses. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils. You do need to bring plastic wrap, tin foil, papertowels, and dishwasher pods as they supply a few but not enough for a large group (totally understandable). There are 2 coffee pots, we brought a grinder for beans. The driveway/ garage fit all 4 cars nicely and was shoveled off for us. The kids had so much fun playing in the snow in the front yard and sledding down the side yard which was fenced in. The neighborhood was really nice to walk around with stroller friendly sidewalks. We would stay here again.

Faulty Fireplaces!! DO NOT USE THEM or Owners will charge YOU!!

I stayed between 1/14/22 & 1/16/22 - I was in the master bedroom upstairs the 1st night, I turned on the fireplace which was really cool that night & proceeded to enjoy the rest of the night downstairs with my friends & later that night I went to go to sleep & noticed cracks throughout the fireplace glass & turned off the fireplace. I found my phone & the glass started to fall inside & outside the fireplace - I took a picture & sent it to the owners. They came the next day to clean it up then 2 weeks later they send me a repairs invoice & proceed to charge me $500!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! If your fireplaces are faulty & combust on their own then maybe tell the guests not to use them?? I do not recommend staying at this location as you will be held responsible for anything that is faulty! Walk on eggshells in the house!! Horrible!

Amazing

We came for a Father's Day weekend. How is exactly how shown. Everything was great and Stephanie the host was wonderful and easy to reach. The house was beautiful and fit us all perfectly. Recommending this house for any family get away.

This home had plentyi of room for our 14 family members. Plenty of space. GREAT fireplace. I talked to owner and she was very nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Winter family trip

This house was perfect for an out large family. Grandparents, kids and grandkids. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, parking, and dining space. Check I. Was easy, the pictures and description was just what it was. No surprises. Everything went great. We did the snow park that was 10 mins away. Went to Williams and did the canyon coaster. And plenty of food options in flagstaff just mins away.

Nice weekend getaway

Great property and everything came stocked; from toiletries to spices. We love the space and how clean it was. Enough space for kids to run around and the backyard was definitely a plus.Some of us are light sleepers so at night we heard the heater and pipes in the middle of the night. But the comfortable bed made up for it. We wouldnt mind staying here again.

Such a beautiful home, in a excellent location. 5 mins away from downtown Flagstaff. The home was very clean, and super spacious to comfort my family. The home also had everything we needed. Gem in Flagstaff! Great for families

We had an awesome stay at this home in Flagstaff! The neighborhood was wonderful - very walkable and beautiful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host Stephanie was highly responsive and was quickly in touch if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again! Also, our little kids LOVED the swings and sandbox in the backyard.
