Beläget på Ile de Ré, i en av de äldsta byarna på ön (Sainte-Marie-De-Ré), är Clos des Pertuis en lyxig arkitektvilla på 350 m2 som erbjuder exceptionella volymer för överdådig semester med familj eller vänner. Villan har 6 sovrum och 6 badrum, för en kapacitet på 16 bäddar (max 10 vuxna).

Den är inredd i elegant retetisk stil och badad i ljus, och erbjuder stora modulvolymer ur synen, mellan inre och exteriör, av allmänt franska fönster, som vetter mot en uteplats, en terrass, en trädgård eller en magnifik pool. . Villan har den största bostadspoolen på ön (100 m2), som värms upp från mitten av maj till september mellan 24 och 26 grader.

Huset erbjuder utrustning av hög standard, särskilt ett ljudisolerat biograf med professionell skärm, TV-spel, wi-fi, stora platta tv-apparater, omklädningsrum i sovrummet, badrum med badrum, öppen spis. Städning ingår för oklanderlig städning, linne tillhandahålls (inkl. 2 handdukar per person) och sängar görs vid ankomst för en "hotellservice".

Den närmaste stranden (Plage de Montamer) är i slutet av gatan, 200 meter, och villan ligger 400 meter från centrum av La Noue, Sainte-Marie-De-Ré, där en liten daglig marknad hålls (under säsong ) samt flera butiker, restauranger och tjänster (cykeluthyrning). Tack vare närheten till bron ligger huset 20 minuter från La Rochelle flygplats och 30 minuter från tågstationen.

Truly exceptional villa

Villa was as described and photographed. It's huge and beautifully designed and appointed. It accommodated our family of 3 young children easily, giving the kids loads of room. Bedroom configurations worked well. The garden is really beautiful and the location is great, just minutes from the lovely village square with a regular market, boulangerie/patisserie, several wine shops, 3 restaurants and several bike hire shops. The beautiful La Flotte is an easy bike ride away with its extensive restaurants. Sainte Martin de Ré is a little further but also within easy reach. The pool was heated but, at 26 degress, felt a little cold for us but is in line with European standards. Marianne the owner is very warm and gracious and was a pleasure to deal with. Cath, from the managing agent, was also excellent, being very responsive and helpful. We'd highly recommend and had a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic house with amazing pool

A really clean, stream-lined house with everything a family could want. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. The real high point is the long pool with water massage. The big sitting room was perfect for our extended family. Lovely, well maintained garden. Really hope to return.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons loué la maison pour la seconde fois et nous avons apprécié l'espace de vie et l'organisation de la maison qui permet a chacun d'avoir son indépendance. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons bénéficier d'une chaise haute et d'un lit parapluie. L'accueil et le départ sont simplifiés et efficaces. Un petit bémol car nous avons trouvé une légère dégradation sur la propreté (poubelle du garage non vidée avec une forte odeur de poisson, toiles d araignées dans les chambres et traces de gras sur les placards de la cuisine), le seul point à améliorer. Merci pour le séjour.

Séjour familial joyeux

Villa très adaptée à un regroupement familial. Nous étions 14. Villa spacieuse, luxueuse, permettant de profiter d’un séjour nombreux sans aucun problème. Période hivernale. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine ni du jardin.

This all worked very well we were concerned about transit from Airport, no reason to be Marrianne/Marion sorted it, the same with the stocking of the fridge ( we didn’t arrive until 10pm on a Sunday night) no reason to be Marrianne/ Marion sorted it. And the pool was just the job for all of us

Excellent séjour

Notre week-end était une surprise pour les membres de ma famille qui ne connaissaient pas l'adresse de notre pied à terre à l'île de Ré. Surprise de taille et plus que réussie, tout le monde à adorer cette magnifique demeure ou tout est beau et juste. Merci à Marion pour son accueil, Merci de nous avoir ouvert vos portes. Weekend PARFAIT

Je n'ai absolument rien à redire quant à la qualité des prestations de cette maison. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et elle est vraiment très bien équipée. La localisation est idéale : à coté du bourg ou se trouvent tous les commerces (même la location de vélos) et à quelques pas de la plage. Arrivée et départ : RAS MERCI !

Idéal pour séjour entre amis

En alternative au ski, nous nous sommes rabattus sur l'ile de Ré avec 2 couples d'amis et leurs enfants. La villa est idéale pour ce type de séjour, vaste salon salle à manger, patios et entrée pour les vélos (13 !). Le home cinéma a ravi les enfants et le canapé les parents pour les apéros ;-) La localisation n'est pas idéale pour les belles plages, mais hors période estivale les déplacements et parkings sont faciles.

Prestations de qualité

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end entre amis. La maison est splendide, et à deux pas de la plage. La propreté est irréprochable. Immense piscine que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en cette saison. Mais c'est vite oublié lorsqu'on partage de bons moments entre amis.

Our large group of family and friends enjoyed a fabulous stay in this great holiday house!

The size and space of this house was perfect for our large group of family and friends, a mixture of adults and children. The adults loved the large comfy sofa and the kids loved the cinema room. It was a shame the pool wasn't heated as the weather was good, the pool was cold, but it didn't stop the kids going in in their wetsuits. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate in most evenings. The beds were comfy, but more pillows would have been good. The location was great for cycling, as we explored most of the local villages on bikes every day of our holiday. We used the local bakery and bar, which were both great. Overall, a great house and would definitely recommend it!!

The villa has the largest residential pool on the island (100 m2), which is heated from mid-May to September between 24 and 26 degrees.
