Welcome to Villa des Terroirs, ideally located in the heart of La Couarde-sur-Mer, on the island of RĂ©. Just a few minutes' walk from shops, the market and 400 metres from the Âneries beach, this villa offers the perfect setting for a holiday with family or friends.



The property features a large heated swimming pool, surrounded by a vast landscaped garden that invites relaxation under the RĂ©tais sun.



The interior, warm and tastefully decorated, is distinguished by its exposed beams, cosy atmosphere and generous volumes.



Spread over one floor, the villa offers spacious, bright living areas, with a friendly open kitchen, a living room and dining room featuring a fireplace and opening out to the exterior.



She also includes two large parental suites, each equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. The Villa des Terroirs can easily accommodate up to twelve people, offering comfort and privacy to each.



The villa benefits from a privileged location, close to the heart of the village: shops, market, restaurants and cycle paths are accessible within a few minutes. The Âneries beach, located just 400 metres away, allows you to quickly reach the sea to enjoy swimming, walks or water activities.

Fabulous house, brilliant location!

All agreed that this was the best house that we have stayed in over the 5 years that we have been visiting the Ile de Re! Everyone enjoyed the pool and the huge garden was great for football and treasure hunts with the grand kids. The location was brilliant. A short stroll for croissants in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. Try the lobster shack just around the corner, delicious!! Several good restaurants nearby too and the beach is a short bike ride away. Fantastic !!

L'emplacement idéal, trÚs belle maison et jardin fantastique. La prestation du chef à domicile a également été géniale. Martin, le chef, est trÚs sympa et à l'écoute. Je le recommande vivement pour vos évÚnements. Le mobilier extérieur (table et chaises en bois)

Fantastic villa, location and service.

We stayed for a week for a family gathering of twelve. Three generations, 80+ to teenagers. The villa was comfortable for all. Kitchen, bbq facilities, indoor and outdoor dining tables made for great family dining. Sufficient bathrooms for all. Lovely garden view and peaceful location. Fortunate to have been to Ile de Re previously, La Courade centrally located and villa within short walk of shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Breakfast delivered daily helps get your day underway with ease and 12 good quality bicycles encourage you to make the most of Re life. The staff at Travel Paradise were so helpful before during and even after our stay. Can’t recommend accommodation and service enough.

Wonderful family vacation

Villa Terroirs is perfectly located close to town and the beach, yet it is quiet and has a large yard which is secluded feeling. All of the rooms were well sized and comfortable. We loved the pool and garden and sitting outside at the large dining table at night! Travel paradise perks included bike service and French breakfast in the morning! This was a huge plus! We have been coming to ile de re 5 summers now and will definitely come back to travel paradise next summer (and hopefully villa terroirs!) There were some small issues with the dish washer and we were not sure how to use the stove sometimes but we were able to manage.
