Great Family Vacation

FAMILY TIME from ages 3 to 85

Great time with fam. 10 of us. Never had to leave the property. We had our 20' boat at the pier. Stayed 9 nights in Dec 2022. However, it needs more silverware, some add'l TLC. Hoping to go back.

Beautiful Home on the water

Our family had a great time at Bahama Shores. Outside living area was fantastic. We saw dolphins, manatees, bonnethead sharks and bat rays nearly everyday off the dock. Great location and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place on the water.

Dirty property unsafe conditions are

We arrived to the property excited to be out of the car and started unloading luggage to find a large fish tank filled with mold. There were no less than 20 cockroaches laying around. 2 guests suffered asthma attacks only to find the air filters covered in what looked like at least a year of debris. Bugs came flying out of a closet. The pantry was filled with other peoples food including mostly expired goods some dating back to 2019. The water was either cold or HOT. The property manager shook off all our concerns and by the second asthma attack we decided it was best we leave the property and find somewhere else to stay after being in the house only 3 hours.

Paradise

Fabulous vacation spot! The fishing dock was used all day/every day but unfortunately, the fish weren't biting much. We enjoyed seeing dolphins swim right up under the dock! Fabulous commercial kitchen.

A slice of paradise

Thank you Rodger and Kathy for sharing your home with us we enjoyed every minute we were there the house is beautiful but the backyard and the pier is where it’s at we spent most of our time catching stingray catfish arrowhead sharks ladyfish and much more we’ve been coming to Florida for years now and seen and experienced more things at this property then others would definitely recommend for anybody looking to spend time in their own little piece of paradiseFrom the quiet peacefulness of the backyard and the amazing experiences on the dock not only did we catch all those fish we had close to a 5 foot shark right off the dock and had a dolphin splashing right under the boatlift amazing times

Fun stay

This is a great house if you want to just relax and hang out by the pool. There is plenty of room in each of the bedrooms and all have there own bathrooms. The kitchen and theater are really nice additions also.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time spending the week with our kids and grandkids over the 4th. The home is beautiful and the kids loved swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, and seeing all of the wildlife like the dolphins swimming by. It's difficult to find large enough properties for all of us but we all had plenty of room, private bedrooms and baths, and a theater if you'd like to watch a movie. I've never rented a home as fully stocked as this one or a owner willing to allow you to use anything you might have forgotten to bring. It was very nice. The home is located 15 minutes from either the beach or downtown where there are some great restaurants and attractions. (Also a great gelato shop!) This was our first time in St. Pete but from the family reviews I got it won't be our last!

Beautiful Florida Property

We’ve rented many vacation homes, but this was the most beautiful, fully equipped home of all! I heard compliments from every member of the group. The outside view was awesome and always shady. There was comfortable seating in every room for our group of eight adults. Roger responded promptly to any concerns. It’s the best choice.

spring break 2021

Large spacious home that accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Inside of property was very clean however the outside needed some TLC. Location was good, about 20 minutes from beach, downtown area and Tampa.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

What a wonderful property, and experience! The house is in great shape, and the luxury, amenities, views, and service provided by Roger was outstanding! This was a perfect getaway for our family (4 adults, and 4 teenagers). Everyone had plenty of their own space, the kitchen was amazing for preparing all of our meals at home, and the kids loved the home theatre. The best features (in my opinion) are the back yard, pool, outdoor living spaces, and the VIEWS! This is really where we spent most of our time and it is exactly as the pictures show. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and hope to return for another stay!

Sittin on the dock of the bay

My husband and I are Florida docs and during the pandemic we have taken little time off. We look for homes with water views and homes for my 79 year mother and my (3) 20 something kids. This home was clean spacious and had plenty of supplies. We fished off the dock and ordered food from great restaurants that delivered or pickup. We would definitely stay again!

Exquisite and stunning home!

Roger was our life saver! We had booked another home in Apollo Beach, but the owner cancelled on us 3 days before our arrival. Roger & Kathryn graciously allowed us to book their home at the last minute. Words cannot describe how gorgeous and dreamy this house is. The view, the kitchen, the chef’s kitchen, the unbelievable movie theater, the heated pool and hot tub, the fitness room, the outdoor kitchen, the outdoor patio and the boat dock/pier were beyond amazing. The bed’s were more comfortable than the ones I have at home. The location was so peaceful and mesmerizing. Every morning we enjoyed the Osprey’s that were resting in their nest. We fished off of the dock/pier everyday and caught catfish, yellow tails, puffer fish, stingrays, snooks, and many more than we weren’t able to identify. Anyone who books this home is in for a special treat. If you don’t like it, then you must be a person that is hard to please. We hope to be able to continue booking this home every year. Words cannot explain how extraordinary this home is!

Amazing property

Breathtaking house! We had a wonderful small family gathering. . Very well equipped with quality towels, silverware, plates, cookware, toilet paper, everything! and perfect for entertaining and relaxing by the pool and overlooking the bay. The owner was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the property.

Excellent Christmas Getaway w/ the Family

This was a great property for a large family to enjoy time together. We had 4 families so there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around even w/ the kids. There are large areas to relax in and 2 dining tables. We made one a puzzle table and one for eating. It was great. The view is amazing and I have to say my husband really enjoyed the elevator into the master bath from the kitchen.
