Detta ljusa och rymliga hus med tre sovrum ligger på Habersham Street och ligger inuti det trädkantade bostadsområdet Savannah. Just East of Forsyth Park, Savannahs största gröna utrymme, har denna fastighet allt du behöver för en riktigt avkopplande vistelse i Savannah. Denna rymliga hem har uppdaterats för att passa behoven hos den moderna resenären, men byggdes 1900, The Queen Anne-stil arkitektoniska hemmet var ett av ett antal populära arkitektoniska stilar att dyka upp under den viktorianska eran.

Gå in i foajén där du kommer att hälsas av höga tak och inramat konstverk. Strax utanför foajén kommer du in i det formella vardagsrummet mot framsidan av hemmet. Intill hittar du matsalen, med plats för fyra Lyckliga gäster och en barvagn, perfekt för kvällscocktails! Flytta till baksidan av hemmet, köket erbjuder rostfria vitvaror och allt du behöver för att laga en utsökt måltid. Utanför köket är din privata innergård, idealisk för en morgon kopp av joe eller kväll glas vin.

Ligger på andra våningen i hemmet hittar du tre sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, med gott om garderob och ett eget badrum är fastsatt. Precis nere i korridoren hittar du ett rum med drottningssäng och drottningssoffa (bilder kommer snart!). I framsidan av hemmet, ett tredje sovrum med Twin och Trundle.

Bara ett kort gångavstånd till hjärtat av centrum, är detta hem perfekt för resenärer som vill bo i en trädkantad, lugnare bostadsdel av staden utan att offra bekvämligheten. Head West och äta på några av stadens bästa restauranger, som 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig och Hitch. På norra vägen mot Broughton Street kan gästerna handla tills de släpper in i olika lokala återförsäljare, som The Paris Market & Brocante, 24, och shopSCAD för att nämna några. Gästerna handlar om en 15-20 minuters promenad till flodfronten, 10-15 till City Market, och en snabb 8 minuters promenad till Forsyth Park.

Vi kan välkomna dina hundkamrater på detta husdjursvänliga hem, men fråga att du hittar andra arrangemang för katter, fåglar och andra furiga vänner. Nice historic home in a good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely historic home in a nice location but a few things need some attention for the rate you are charging. The first thing we noticed as we arrived is the cigarette smoke smell downstairs especially in the kitchen. Very off putting, especially when wanting to cook and eat in there. We had to purchase a few candles and keep lit all weekend to help with the smell. The listing says there are 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor. Not true. There is an ensuite master bath but only a tight 1/2 bath as the 2nd to service the other 2 BR's upstairs. You have to go downstairs to first floor to find a small corner shower to bathe. Definitely inconvenient and misleading. Both guest bedrooms need bedside tables and a reading lamp. No where to put anything you might need at night and no way to read in the bedrooms at all. The shade in the twin room needs fixing or replacing and the master shower has a good bit of mold on the white tile grout. The couch in the living room needs some throw pillows. It is pretty uncomfortable without. Also noticed some black dog hair throughout the house. All in all, it was clean, beds were comfortable, house is nicely furnished and decorated.

Great location, needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location, great set up, had everything we needed. Linens/towels were spotless but the property is in need of a through cleaning, particularly the carpets and upholstered furniture. "Eau de pet" is pretty strong throughout the house. Thick dust hanging off all lighting and picture frames.

Queen Anne Manor is a cute and cozy home. The home got a little cold so we used some blankets from the closet that smelled dirty. Otherwise, the home was great and the location is really nice.

Great Stay!

We spent 5 days at this beautiful property on Habersham! We loved it! It had all of the amenities that we were looking for. Lots of space, easy to entertain in. And it is so close to the park! We look forward to staying there again!

However, there appeared to be cameras in various places throughout the home, and the smell of the dogs they own was pungent. This made us feel as if we were being watched and the smell posed an allergy flair up for one of the guests. My daughter used her points through marriott to book this home and I don't feel it was completely worth it

Savannah Family Trip 2024

The location of this property is awesome for historical walks and tours. We were able to walk to the market and River St within 20 minutes with great stops and scenery along the way. There were 3 cars in our party and we had no problem parking. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a combo of old Savannah flavor/beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Unlucky then Lucky after all

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We learned at the last minute that the property we booked was going to be unavailable. We were offered a few options and then some more as we were looking for some specific requirements regarding location and # of bedrooms & bathrooms. This property, the best of those offered, had everything except the listing noted only an ensuite bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level, which we were not pleased about. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an additional 1/2 bath and suggest this important detail be added to the listing info. We were delighted with everything about this property - especially the owner's decor. There was lots of art and items presumably collected from all over the world and it was all lovely to look at. Also, the place was very clean and well appointed with good bedding and everything we needed. So - 1 star for the management company for not giving us the place we booked and it appearing that we would be compromising on what we wanted. 5 stars for them being communicative and helpful - averages to 3 stars..

Beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is fantastic with all the supplies needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and all the details of the home and decor really made our stay in Savannah special. Walking distance to everything we needed. Parking was easy right on the street out front. I would highly recommend Queen Anne Manor for anyone’s adventure to Savannah.

Weekend getaway

Just what we needed in a quiet neighborhood,close easy walking distance to Forsyth park,very easy parking (free in this area on street),quick driving distance to river street. Great coffee provided by staff was an awesome touch! Kroger 2 min away for essentials. Cute courtyard off back, amazing pillows and bedding. My husband,myself and goldendoodle had great time! Will stay again

A few bumps in the road

I want to preface this by saying I’ve stayed at Lucky Savannah properties before and I will continue to rent their properties and recommend them to friends, however, this property is subpar. For starters, we have an elderly dog and because of that we bring him with us. He does bark occasionally when he’s in his cage (we use a cage for his safety). He’s deaf and mostly blind and being in a new place with new smells probably makes him nervous. The neighbor left a note saying our dog barked for three hours and wasn’t happy - which kind of set us off on a rocky start and because we didn’t want to disrupt the neighbors peace we had to adjust our schedule and cancel some plans since we’d have a dog in tow the entire time. The second night we were there police banged on our door at 930pm because allegedly a neighbor left her their purse on our steps(???) and someone stole it. So, that was kind of unnerving. The property company called me at 11:30pm (I was asleep so missed this call) and when I called the next day the receptionist had no idea why someone called nor did they follow up like they said they would. The remaining two days went off without a hitch. As for the property itself, it could use a deep cleaning. What we considered the primary bedroom smelled of urine, the baseboards were dusty (yes I look at baseboards), and the bathrooms looked dingy. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a larger skillet. This may sound nit picky, but this property does not live up to the Lucky Savannah quality that we’re used to.

Widespread Panic Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a really cool eclectic house. Me and my buddies had a wonderful stay in Savannah. Only had one hiccup with the lock code not working. Was able to rectify very quickly. Walking distance to Kroger and to the Free Trolley (DOT) that will take you to and from the Riverfront Downtown area. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Cleaning people did not take out the previous renter's trash. Needs dish towels or a sponge. I found a sponge the cleaning crew left behind. Other than that I would recommend the Queen Anne Manor.

Worth the stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful victorian in Savannah! The home is very clean given that it is 200 years old. It's within walking distance to everything (maybe 1.5 miles, at most, to the Riverfront). There's a Kroger, Starbucks, and the cutest coffee/pastry shop right down the street. The street is pretty quiet (minimal road noise) and the street parking is free; just be sure to read the street sweeping sign posts to know when to move your car. We could definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the Vault and Rosie the Bomber for dinner. The Ordinary Pub for brunch is with endless mimosas was fun. The Farmers Market in Forsyth Park on Saturday was amazing. If you like to cook, this house has wonderful fully equipped kitchen. The accommodations should be corrected as this house has 2 queen beds and 1 twin. There is 1 1/2 baths upstairs, 1 down stairs. We look forward to returning in the future.
