Thank you for choosing to stay with Northern Michigan Escapes for your recent girls weekend, and for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We are so glad to hear that the vacation rental provided plenty of space for your group of 11 and that you found the home clean, comfortable, and newly updated. It's great to know the **spacious layout**, **comfortable bunk beds**, and overall design met your expectations and helped make your group getaway to Northern Michigan memorable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the dishwasher and the late communication about early check-in. At Northern Michigan Escapes, we strive to offer our guests a smooth and stress-free experience, whether you're staying in one of our luxury vacation rentals, lakefront homes, ski-in/ski-out condos, or large group accommodations like the one you selected. We understand how important clear communication is, especially when coordinating arrivals for a large group, and we regret that we fell short in that regard. Your feedback has been shared with our property management and guest services teams to help us improve our communication process and ensure that details like early check-in are communicated in a more timely manner in the future. Regarding the dishwasher, we completely understand how that added extra work during your stay, especially with meal preparation for a large group. We always aim to ensure our vacation homes and family-friendly rentals are fully operational and equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay. Unfortunately, unforeseen maintenance issues do happen from time to time, but we are actively working to resolve this to avoid impacting future guests. We truly appreciate you highlighting the positive aspects of your experience, from the comfortable sleeping arrangements to the spacious and updated home. It's our goal to provide exceptional vacation rentals in top destinations like Boyne City
