We’re thrilled to hear you found the cabin wonderful, clean, and well-equipped, and that you enjoyed the warm and cozy vibe—especially the extra blankets. It’s also great to know the kitchen had what you needed, and we appreciate the practical tip about bringing containers with lids for leftovers. We’re truly sorry, though, about the noise issues you experienced late at night. Heavy bass at midnight is unacceptable, especially in a family-focused resort setting, and it’s frustrating to hear that resort staff and security weren’t helpful despite multiple calls. You should be able to rest after a full day on the mountain. Thank you for sharing the guidance for families about booking the top floor to reduce noise from above. We’ll also be reinforcing quiet hours with guests and reviewing how we can better support noise concerns when they arise. If you ever experience this during a future stay, please reach out to us directly in the moment as well—we’ll do everything we can on our side to help escalate and resolve it. We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad the cabin itself was a great fit.
