Detta ljusa och luftiga samtida hus ligger på populära East Lake Drive inte långt från den pittoreska byn Montauk. Vattenutsikt möter solnedgången från vårt stora däck. Bygg ett mysigt bål och stek s'mores på vår fastighet nere vid sjön och njut av den vackraste stjärnbelägna Montauk himlen!

Detta stora familjehem har gott om plats - inklusive 5 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum, 2 vardagsrum och en solskyddad öppen planlösning med vardagsrum, matsal, fullt utrustat kök, frukostbar, katedraltak, 10 takfönster, 6 uppsättningar av skjutbara altandörrar och trägolv. Det är ett upp och ner hus med ett rymligt vardagsrum, matsal, kök, två sovrum och ett badrum med dusch och ett halvt bad på andra våningen. Den första våningen har tre sovrum, ett andra vardagsrum, badrum med dusch / badkar och full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Köket är utrustat med massor av rätter, skålar, glas, redskap, kastruller, kokkärl, tre kaffebryggare (Keurig, fransk press och dropp) och kryddor.

Njut av vår utomhusdusch - ingenting som att duscha under den vackra blå Montauk-himlen!

Anmärkningar:
En minuts promenad på vår privata väg leder dig ner till det lugna, avkopplande vattnet på vår egen lilla privata sjöstrand. Det finns två små stugor mellan vårt hus och vattnet. Vi har vattenrättigheter ut i sjön.

Fantastic Getaway

This was such a lovely stay for me and friends to stay for a long weekend! The pictures do not do it justice and would absolutley recommend to stay. Louise was so kind and easy to communicate with prior and during our stay.

Great house!

I came here with a group of friends and this house was perfect! Lots of room to sleep, 10 minutes from the main bars and restaurants, awesome back porch and private beach. Louise was a great host!

Beautiful home & fantastic owner

A group of friends and I just stayed at Louise’s home for a long weekend! It was most of our first time in the Hamptons. The house is spacious, beautiful, and really clean. She is so accommodating throughout the entire visit. It was also in a very convenient location (8 min drive to town) with its own access to the lake and a great view from the deck out back!

Super easy access, great layout

The house was great for a family gathering with multiple spots for conversation and games. Bedrooms were well appointed. Furniture is all very comfortable. Lovely view of East Lake from the second floor living room and deck. Host could not have been more accommodating and easy to deal with.

Montauk Trip

Everything about the renting experience was great from beginning to end! Super simple and the house was amazing! I mostly dealt with Louise who was very easy going and was in contact with me the whole time with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here to everyone looking.

Fabulous house with great amenities. Comfy and cozy for a long weekend in MTK.

The house was great for our group of adult couples with ample amenities as well as snacks and coffee upon arrival. Louise was extremely accommodating and available for any questions and super helpful. The house was exactly as depicted on the site. We were a short walk from Gin Beach, at the end of the road and also enjoyed the Gin Beach Cafe a few doors down. I would most definitely return to the property again!

Great House

Great house! Very comfortable. Plenty of open space for family to gather and enough space also to not get in each others way. The house has many windows, sliding doors and skylights to allow for great airflow and cool breezes off the lake. Beautiful lake view from the back of the house and deck. The owner's of the house were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely rent here again.

A lovely home in a gorgeous location

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house was roomy, airy, sweetly appointed, and in a perfect location for the event we were attending. Our hosts were attentive (leaving us a welcoming bottle of wine) and very responsive when we had questions about the town or requests for local recommendations on where to go and where to avoid. Super follow through, too: we didn't even realize that we had left a book in the drawer in one of the bedroom, which they found and mailed back to us right away. Two thumbs up!

Family beach reunion

We had a lovely stay in Montauk. The house was a great size for 2 families with kids plus grandma. The deck is really nice with views and lots of seating. The great room upstairs is light and good for a group. The house could use a few more of the usual amenities (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc) but the beach chairs were much appreciated. Montauk itself was fun - surfing, fishing, golf, mini golf, lots of restaurants, light house etc. enough to do to keep everyone entertained! Overall very relaxing and a great spot for our family reunion!

Looks Even Better in Person

The pictures don't do this house justice. The bedrooms are very big. The views are incredible. We had 8 large males stay there comfortably. The deck was our favorite part of the home. Tons of space to enjoy the views of Montauk Lake from the deck. Airport was a non issue. Louise was a great host from the start to end. Highly Recommend.

Great stay

This was a great place. Louise was really communicative and the place is beautiful. It's a bit close to the airport so noise when planes take off can be an issue, but that did not bother us as we were up early.

Wonderful House on the Water

Had a wonderful stay in this house. It has large rooms with comfortable beds and large living/eating area for everyone to hang out. It also had an incredible outdoor deck area with a view of the water, which we all really enjoyed. Louise, the host, could not have been kinder or easier to connect with.
