Fantastisk svepande panoramautsikt över vatten, solnedgångarna från detta hem är hisnande. Föreställ dig att koppla av på det vackra däcket och njuta av en cocktail och lite färsk skaldjur medan barnen njuter av den enorma vackra uppvärmda poolen med rutschkana (barnen kommer aldrig att vilja komma ut!) Gå till stranden och njut av de medföljande kajakerna för att utforska Montauk-vattnet. Tyst trafikplats på en cul-de-sac är perfekt för familjer. Privat och avskilt men fortfarande en fem minuters bilresa till ganska mycket allt och Montauk. Hemmet är ljust och luftigt med vacker, smakfull strandig inredning.

A lovely weekend in Montauk

We had the best time at this gorgeous home! Fantastic location on a quiet street. Very well decorated and recently updated home. I’m hoping to return next year :) Communication was prompt and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family holiday! Idyllic spot and fabulous house!

Photos and online listing did not do the property justice, we were very impressed with the layout of the house, different spaces, for family to relax. Open kitchen with all amenities, deck with great views and sunsets. Excellent sporting equipment, kayaks, bikes, table tennis, pool table etc.. good location. Responsive management. Very happy stay.

Great house!

We enjoyed a great long weekend - very convenient & clean property. House has plenty of space and fabulous outdoor space. Layout is great for families or groups, lots of beds and common space. Great kitchen. Only negative is there isn't much seating on the deck, which is where you mostly want to hang out & take in the views. There is a dining table with seating, but other than that, nowhere to lounge so lots of wasted deck space. The beach that is walkable is very rocky but calm...the ocean beach is a short drive.

What a beautiful home

Our stay was great. The house is big, spacious and absolutely beautiful. We had a great stay. We can wait to book it in the warmer months next time so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor activities.

Unforgettable view

Home was perfect for our multi generational vacation. Very clean and layout worked well. Amazing deck, views and pool. Convenient to both ocean and bay.

Lovely Property and Stay

Beautiful view and great heated pool. Property was clean and comfortable. Secluded but quick access to everything in the area. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Montauk.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with all that is needed

This was a great house and location for our friends to gather and catch up. Ton of space, magnificent kitchen, comfortable sheets and beds, on a quiet cul de sac road. I'm sure it's even better in the summer days when the pools open. But no complaints here. Tabitha the property manager was very communicative too so that was a great plus.

Weekend get away

When cold out it was difficult keeping downstairs warm. Although there was a photo of the firepit it was not available. Modern and very well maintained. Great views

Amazing secluded beachfront experience

Great house with a well equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the house is very cozy during the winter season despite not being able to enjoy the pool or grill.

Unbeatable Property

My siblings and I enjoy a winter staycation here and couldn’t have been happier. The kitchen is out of a magazine and the rooms are all very spacious. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Tabitha was terrific ! Very professional and very responsive !

Tabitha is the house manager and she was terrific! Very professional and immediately responsive to our questions and/or concerns . James , Tabitha’s “ handyman” was the best ! Knowledgeable, professional and courteous .The house was immaculate and we hired Tabitha’s cleaning crew for weekly cleaning - at an extra cost -but well worth it . The location of the house was perfect and the large pool and outdoor shower were pluses. The kitchen is great for cooks and well supplied. Pool table, kayaks, bikes were also a plus . The house does need outdoor furniture on the deck and more lounges at the pool together with pads for the lounges . The bathrooms are quite small and need updating but overall the house was a good choice for our Family’s one month stay in Montauk !

Zis vacation

We had a lovely stay. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the sound at the end of the block. The sunsets and wild life were amazing. Was not thrilled with having to pay an extra 225 dollars to keep the pool open for us to use. Otherwise we had a fabulous time.
