NY TOPSAIL BEACH Uthyrning !! Beachfront lägenhet med tillgång till poolen - Bästa av båda världar! Gästerna kan njuta av att ha tårna i sanden bara några steg från sin semesteruthyrning. Fastigheten erbjuder tillgång till stranden, tillgång till båtramp, användning av klubbhuset med pool, omklädningsrum, badtunna, bryggor och solstolar. Gästerna kan njuta av två däck, ett med havsutsikt och ett med sund utsikt.
När du bor på Queens Grant är du inom gångavstånd (1 mil) från flera fantastiska skaldjurrestauranger, ett bageri, en bokaffär / vinbar (som innehåller levande musik) och lokal shopping.
Sovrummet har en queen size-säng med privat badrum och direkt tillgång till verandan vid havet. Ljudsidan sovrummet har en queen size-säng med tillgång till ljudsidan veranda. All the comforts of home

I took my kids fpr spring break and we had the best time. We usually stay further south on the island but this was a nice change. Well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even had spare chargers, which came in handy! We will be back!

Spring Break Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Queens Grant 202A! When we first opened the door and saw the breathtaking view of the beach we knew it was going to be a good week! The location was perfect for capturing sunrises, searching for sea shells, and enjoying the beach! The house had everything you could need for a home away from home! We will definitely be back!

The condo was comfortable and quaint with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the back deck area. We didnt use the pool or anything, so cant comment on anything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return again.

Great weekend getaway!

Great location on the beach for a weekend getaway. Views and sounds of the ocean right there. Close enough to town for convenient shopping. Easy walk to beach just feet away.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We had a small family Thanksgiving this year so we decided to enjoy it at the beach. Beautiful sunrises and perfect walk to the pier. It was chilly but 2 nights was just right. Kitchen was stocked enough but I brought my own storage since I knew they’d be leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms was great. My adult son was too long for the bunk beds so we have officially out grown bunk beds! Oh well! Beautiful area, had never been to Topsail. Would recommend this condo if the 2 sets of bunk beds works for you!

Nice condo

The condo was nice, spacious and had all you needed inside. But we just wanted to fish, and there is no access for a fishing cart! 14 steps up and 15 steep steps down was very hard. Wish there were access with ramps instead of stairs.

South Topsail

Condo was exactly as advertised. Easy boating accessibility with onsite ramp and docking. Pool is huge and has an 8ft deep end. We also made use of the grills. Excellent getaway location

If it weren’t for the stairs….

Communications started out great with the manager, but when we arrived there were FOUR flights of stairs to get to the rental. My God mother has bad knees!! I had no idea about the stairs. So I asked if we could be switched to another unit. Was told unfortunately not possible. That they hope the owners will install an elevator. Which didn’t help my situation at all. Had to watch my god mom struggle with those stairs the entire week. I actually cried the first two days there. Not a bad place, but definitely needs updated. And, the listing should be clearer about the Stairs.

Wonderful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with pot and pans, linens and towels..Great location..The pool across the street was amazing and the ocean view from the balcony couldnt have been any better..Great place to stay and communication with property manager was very good..I highly recommend this property..Hope to stay here again next year

Great Stay!

This listing very accurately describes the rental. View is amazing and owner very responsive. Kitchen faucet broke during our stay and owner responded immediately and had someone out the next day to fix. Carpets in the common area could use a good cleaning as they feel as if they are covered in sunscreen. Also closet in the master bedroom full of storage (chairs, lamps, etc) makes it hard to hang clothes during stay but plenty of dresser storage Did see a large water bug on our last night but that is to be expected that close to the coast. Very quiet area for a relaxing stay!

Topsail condo

Condo was pleasant to stay in but I was unable to get any response from owner through vrbo and through private text to the phone number left in condo instructions as a means of communication. I got a welcome email through vrbo app from owner followed by an email a couple days before my vacation asking me what day Lowes could deliver a new washer to the rental. I had no idea what was expected of us in this request, whether we needed to be there for delivery etc. I asked for more info and never got a response. When we arrived, there was a washer there and we assumed it was new. I sent a second inquiry using same message stream that original question from owner came through and again got no response. On the day before our check out I had a couple of questions as the instructions for check out didn't clarify what to do with towels and there was conflicting info in the multiple copies of instructions in the rental info notebook. Again, after 24 hours, no response. If it hadn't been for the frustration during my vacation of lack of communication and ignoring my questions I would have no complaints with the property.

Washer broken, bathroom smells like low tide

Washer was broken which we did not find out until we were checking in on Tuesday evening. The master bedroom smells like low tide but it is an island. The pool was the best part. It was 8’ and we loved jumping in. The ocean was beautiful and not many people which was great. I enjoyed the morning sunrise from the balcony. Drove to south end to see the sunset. No restaurants were that great in the area. :( Only one trash bag and no dishwasher detergent. Things could have been better but for the price it was good enough.

What can I say?

Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. My adult daughter fell in love with Topsail Beach, the sand and surf, or perhaps the margarita at the Mexican joint up the road. Thanks for everything! Tom Alexander

My husband and sons loved this condo! Plenty of space and ocean front! Can also see the sound! I’ve been visiting this island for 40+ years and this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed! We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We have been coming down to Topsail Beach since we were young children. Our parents introduced us to this beautiful island and it is actually where we met as teenagers. Years later we got married on this beautiful island and it is where we spend every weekend in the summer. We love this beach and want others to enjoy it as well. We purchased this property in June 2019.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This beach front property allows for sound access with private boat ramp, built in grills, pool and hot tub. A re-nourishment project in 2020 has given new life and width to the beach and you will find that it is one of the least crowded beaches in our state and one of the best places to watch the sunrise.
