This single level home boasts a HUGE covered porch with sweeping views of the ocean and Jolly Roger pier and two additional sound facing porches where you can take in the incredible sunsets.
This home is all about LOCATION! With private beach access you are just 15 steps from putting your toes in the sand. (new private beach walkway installed 2023). Topsail Beachâs finest, locally owned restaurants, shopping, seafood market, mini golf, and more family fun are just a short 5-minute walk from here.
Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this home allows you to relax and rest in luxury and comfort. Features 3 bedrooms each with full ensuite baths, TVs in every room and a pull-out couch for additional sleeping. Other amenities include WiFi, an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, a 63â LED TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line induction range, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage fridge and microwave , granite countertops. The unit boasts engineered hardwood flooring in each bedroom (installed 2022) , marble flooring and newly painted interior (2022). Full house water softener and tankless water heater.
Private elevator from ground floor/carport.
Bath towels and linens are not provided but can be arranged through Sweet Dreams Linens (sweetdreamslinen.com) Sweet Dreams Linens also provides baby gear, beach gear and more should your stay require it!
