Den har 3 vÄningar - 1: a vÄningen har ett lekrum för barnen och ett komplett badrum. 2: a vÄningen har en öppen planlösning med komplett kök, halvt badrum, matplats och vardagsrum med TV och ljudsystem. Utanför matplatsen finns ett utomhusdÀck med dÀckmöbler och en vÀrmare för de kyliga nÀtter. 3: e vÄningen har en öppen planlösning som ocksÄ har 2 king size-sÀngar, 2 queen size-sÀng och 4 enkelsÀngar. Utanför finns en eldstad för lite familjetid och en hÀrlig stengrill. Huset ligger mellan Pats Peak och Sunapee perfekt för vandring. Det Àr gÄngavstÄnd till Highland Haven Lake. Kajakpaddling, bÄtliv (ström och ström Àr inte tillÄten vid sjön) och simning Àr nÄgra av de aktiviteter du kan göra i nÀrheten.

New Hampshire House Review

We had a wonderful stay! Nancy was so quick and easy to talk to. She answered any of our questions almost immediately! The property has a great open floor plan. We didn’t use the fire pit, but there is plenty of wood and a selection of chairs around it. The deck is great, right off the kitchen/living room and the full length of the house. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Great Vacation Home

Our family of 5 stayed in this house for 5 nights and it was more than what we needed or expected! It is very cozy and welcoming, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of beds, a huge deck, fire pit, very spacious layout. Lake is a 5 minute walk from the house, general store is about a mile away. For groceries, liquor, etc there is a shaws and more stores about 15 mins away. We also enjoyed Manahan Park (also 15 min ride), which had a lake for swimming and fishing as well. Nancy was great and very responsive to our questions and concerns.

A Hidden Gem in NH!

Myself and my family had a fantastic and fun stay at this property! It had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive during our stay. The owners made sure our stay went well and were very helpful and nice people! Most important to me, my little nieces and nephews came up and stayed and swam almost every day. The beach was close by and it was a great little spot to swim and have some fun! The house had a nice fire pit as well for a nightly fire! There is a general store close by for food and beverages and was very helpful as well. Overall, this was a fun place to stay and recommend the property for a relaxing, quiet, but very fun time in a small town in NH! Definitely will stay again in the future if the opporuntity arises.

Home away from home

Nancy was an amazing host throughout the entire booking process and over the duration of our stay. After arriving to the house, we were granted access to anything in the house that wasn’t locked away- this included use of firewood, of which we used plenty. The house itself was exactly something I could see myself owning as a vacation home. The open loft concept felt like summer camp with much more comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with the pots and pans we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Outside, there was plenty of space for all different types of backyard games, a grill, and the fire pit was obviously a huge hit. Also, there was an incredible view of the stars that we all gazed upon in awe. A 5 minute walk from the house lead us to the lake/beach shared by some of the surrounding residents. On the last day of our stay we were invited to join in on a community cookout and raffle, which we readily accepted. Next year we will definitely be contributing some of our own food! Overall, all 12 of us adults between the ages of 25-30 had a great time together for 4th of July weekend. We always felt welcomed by the people we encountered and the house was deep enough in the woods that we could be as loud as we wanted to be without bothering anyone else. I did not want to leave this place and will definitely come back next year...thanks again Nancy!!
