Letar din familj efter en avkopplande plats att ha en underbar semester? VÄrt vackra hem ligger i Oceanside Village, som Àr en privat gated community med 24-timmars sÀkerhet, sjöar, pooler och en park. VÄrt hem uppdateras pÄ alla sÀtt.

Vi har ett stort dÀck och uteplats med utsikt över sjön. Det finns en avkopplande trÀdgÄrd dÀr du kan njuta av en lugn eftermiddag eller vÄta din krok och fisk.

VÄrt sovrum har en king size-sÀng och ett angrÀnsande badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och futon. Det extra badet har ett komplett badkar. Det finns ocksÄ ett stort boende med futon och matplats. VÄrt kök Àr fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, brödrost, mixer, avfallshantering och kaffebryggare. Alla apparater, diskar och köksredskap Àr nya. Vi har ett tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Vi har ocksÄ trÄdlöst internet.

Det finns en carport med parkering för tvĂ„ bilar. Vi hyr endast ut till FAMILIEN som Ă€r 25 Ă„r eller Ă€ldre och det finns en ABSOLUTBEGRÄNSNING pĂ„ 8 personer och 2 BILAR. Det finns överflödesparkering vid rekreationscentret. Parkera inte i grannens uppfart eller pĂ„ grĂ€set.

Du mÄste ta med egna sÀngklÀder för de tvÄ queen sÀngarna och tvÄ futons, solstolar och badlakan. Vi erbjuder bara sÀngklÀder för sovrummet. Huset Àr rökfritt men vi tillÄter rökning i utomhusomrÄden. Inga husdjur. Uthyrning inkluderar anvÀndning av golfvagnen. Incheckningstid Àr 16:00 och utcheckning Àr 11:00.

Det finns en deposition pÄ $ 125 och vi krÀver 30% av den totala avgiften vid bokningstillfÀllet och resten av hyresbetalningen beror 45 dagar före bokningen. 100% Äterbetalning om det finns 60 dagars varsel om avbokning. Inom 60 dagar kommer vi att försöka ordna ett nytt datum med dig. Veckouthyrning Àr frÄn lördag till lördag. Inga husdjur .

It was perfect! We loved everything about it. The host was very accessible and always helpful. The view on the lake was serene with swans, geese, ducks swimming by every day. Egrets and herons making regular visits. It was very relaxing and fun! The house was spacious and beautiful with lovely decorations. The kitchen was well supplied with every item you would need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We visited the are for a wedding. Our stay was pleasant. Loved watching the turtles. The home was mostly clean. Find a pacifier under the couch; not sure from previous guests. A coach roach ran across the floor and there was hair in the hall bathroom. I forgot to get the pacifier from under the couch but took care of the other two items.

This home is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get to the oceanfront parking lot. Beautiful lake in the back of the property. This made for a wonderful space to watch water fowl & turtles in their natural habitat.

This home is absolutely amazing. Check-in was extremely easy, and the location of the house is perfect. We had ducks and swans and turtles out the back that we could feed right from the deck.Such a beautiful kitchen with plenty of space. We stayed in quite a few nights and just fixed dinner at home. In the village it is located in is very nice. Had such a great time riding around in the golf cart. The beach and the pool were so much fun and such easy access getting to with the golf cart. Can’t wait for the indoor pool to open.This home had plenty of space and really made for a great vacation

Good stay

My only complaint is that the house had only be minimally been cleaned. Kitchen island had sand on it, stove top was smeared,bathroom rugs were dirty & bedroom furniture had a lot of dust on them. Nothing we couldn’t take of ourselves or worth contacting the owners for. We’d definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Overall it was a great place to stay, decently clean for the age of the property. Loved having the golf cart, our kids rode there bikes theoughout the neighborhood all week. They also enjoyed feeding the turtles off the deck. Plenty enough space inside, however the driveway is a bit tight for 2 vehicles. I would rent again in the future our only couple downsides would be the icemaker, didnt like having to use ice trays, also the golf cart has a sweet spot to get reverse to work properly.

Family Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. Love the location being by the lake. The ducks and geese were very relaxing to watch. The home is very open and inviting. We cooked meals at home often as the grill was such an added bonus. The outdoor pool and the beach were lots of fun to go to. Super close to all kinds of shopping and activities. We absolutely loved our stay.

The house and location were amazing! The owners were very friendly and respectful. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. House was well stocked. Outdoor seating was our favorite part! 5 out of 5 stars.

Great property

Property was great. Ended up only being 3 of us so had more than enough room. Was great enjoying coffee out on the deck in the mornings. Close location to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Was sad to have to cut the trip short. Would love to stay again the next time I am in town.

Long weekend get away

The house is cute and has a pond in the back for fishing or watching the ducks/swans. Was a nice feature. The layout was nice as well. Home is located near many places to eat or go to. The downfall was the cleanliness. Upon arrival the trash cans were in the parking area. Plants knocked over with dirt everywhere in seating area outside under the carport. The back area needed straightening up as well. Inside, the bathroom had a towel still hanging on the back of the door and used soap in the shower. Makes you wonder if it was cleaned in between uses. Someones shoes were sitting out on the dresser. The coffee maker in the kitchen was put away without throwing out the used filter which had become moldy. A keurig machine was available but we preferred the coffee maker until we saw the mold.The communication was pretty good and we were allowed entry slightly earlier. I feel like this is a good place to rent but the cleaning could use some work.

Excellent Place for Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This home is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the view of the lake as well. It was nice being to close to the pool and the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this home to anyone looking to book a vacation.

Family vacation

We arrived to a home that had not been cleaned. Called Sylvia and she got back to us and had someone there within an hour. They did their job but the place is in need of some updates and a good deep cleaning. The grill is in pretty rough shape but was usable with some foil. It was nice to find a place in OSV that we didnt need to rent for a full week.
