The house is very spacious and well maintained. The location just steps from the beach was perfect! The parking was also a plus. I would definitely book again.

The location was amazing!! Great views from every window! The host was very responsive to requests. However, the property could have been cleaned a little better before arrival. The host was very responsive to cleanliness concerns and fixed the issues quickly. I would highly recommend bringing your own towels and a fan, if you run hot. The AC is limited to 70 degrees and the towels are very worn and stained. Not bad overall for the proximity to the beach.

The beach peach was the perfect beach vacation house! The location is wonderful, just walk across the driveway and you’re on the beach, and 20 mins to downtown Galveston. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean! 10/10 experience I would definitely stay here again!

The house was nice and perfectly located for beach access. We really enjoyed the stay and the porch had the perfect view of the water. The house does need a deep clean because the fixtures had a good layer of dust and the dishes all needed to be cleaned up prior to use. The host wasn’t the friendliest in communications but the woman that met us at the property was super nice. Be ready to provide a photo of your DL if you rent - I’ve never had to do that through VRBO before but this host required it.

After your review I tried as best I could to check on cleaning. I'm 5 hours away. My close friend from North Texas, who are both retired Probation Officers in Wise County came in after just a few hours so I called them to ask them to check house. This is what they texted me: Also, we looked around for dirt and dust and the only noticeable area was in the full bathroom in the hallway, there was dust that had gather on the light and decor on wall. It seems to be coming from AC vent in that room. The people had to look really hard for something to complain about! I'm asking cleaning to be sure to get that dust! Thanks

This house was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Updated and clean!Parking was easy 4 undercover places in case it’s raining and you need to get into the car. Now for location. It’s at the end of the street like a cul-de-sac. Walk off the driveway to go straight to the white sandy beach. I thought it was going to be a greenery that you had to cross but no. It goes right onto the sandy part of the beach. Straight to the water. From the balcony (which is amazing) all you see is white sandy beach. Lots of beach toys in storage room under the house. Where one shower is to wash sand off. Even hot water!Long review because the place is so wonderful. I say the only bad thing about the property is they own it instead of us! Loved it! Easy to work with if you have any questions.

Our stay was perfect! The house is very well kept with everything you need for a successful and fun beach stay. I couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was peaceful and really only steps away. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures don’t do the view justice. It’s gorgeous. Great house- spacious and clean. Basics provided and then some. The beach is steps away. Cute coffee shop 5 minutes away called Seawall Coffee. Short drive to The Strand, etc. Teddi and Anna were great! We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one is at the top of our list. 100 stars!

Beautiful home, clean, right on the beach. We had a small problem with one of the bathrooms and reached out and it was fixed within the hour. We were very happy with our choice staying at The Beach Peach and highly recommend!

The house was amazing! Great view of the beach! Open concept living/dining had lots of seating for our large family. The beds were comfy. Two and a half baths was a big plus. They provided lots of essentials to enjoy at the beach (chairs, grill, toys,etc.). The restroom downstairs and big parking space was great.The only downfall was the rude and unprofessional lady who kept texting and callin me regarding the rental. The reason I go through Verbo is so I won't have to deal with property managers. This lady was just so rude!

Nice Beach House

We loved this beach house from the location to the quality of rooms. Communications with the property were effortless. As for the location, it was nice to be in a area where cars weren't lining the beach, a true plus.
