VÄr enhet har totalrenoverats med allt nytt fullt utrustat kök, badkar, golv, sovrum, till och med nya reglage till vÄr stora privata balkong. Vi har inkluderat alla nya möbler och har stor platt-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Vi Àr belÀgna i Indian Rocks Beach, det bÀsta strandlÀget. Du kan gÄ till restauranger, shoppa eller naturligtvis promenera lÀngs stranden kÀnd som Sand Key. Vi Àr belÀgna halvvÀgs mellan Clearwater Beach och St. Pete's Beach lÀngs Gulf Boulevard.
Vi har ocksÄ ett fantastiskt pooldÀck helt nytt i Är och uppvÀrmd pool, bara nÄgra steg till stranden.

Indian Rock Beach 2022

Great location, with an assortment of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Nice large patio.

Fabulous location

The host was always very responsive with a few questions we had about the unit. It was a beautiful condo and very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view was amazing. Such a convenient location.

I was so blown away by this condo...the cleanliness, the at home vibe, the location...I don't want to stay anywhere else the next time I'm in IRB. The place is a GEM. BEST.......TRICIA

We had a wonderful time and the property itself was clean and smelled that way. The room is on the 2nd floor and it was nice. There was a beautiful view from the balcony. We were there over a busy weekend and it was quiet.

Wonderful place!

We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean. While the building is older is is well maintained and this condo is updated and lovely. The bed was at least king size and so comfortable. We enjoyed our daily dips in the heated pool. So many friendly neighbors. Overall quiet and relaxing. Better than pictures and exceeded our expectations. Would love to return.

A little slice of heaven !!!!

Husband and I needed a bit of time away from owning own business in Ohio. We made the perfect choice in this location! Only thing I’d add is the bed is now a fabulous king and not a queen as listed and the coffee table is a bit wobbly. Otherwise perfecto!

Nice Property

50 Gulfside is a nice building with friendly staff except for one lady in the front office. My biggest issue was the guests. There was a multiple family party that would set up more than 10 chairs in a single row, a 10' x 10' canopy and a volleyball court taking up most of the beach area in front of the building. There was another group that felt entitled to take and umbrella on the deck because it was in front of their condo. When we sat at the table the other guests pulled lounge chairs close to us then turn music up louder than ours although ours wasn't loud at all. Overall a very nice condo with questionable and passive aggressive guests. I would not rent again due to the guests.

Great location overlooking the pool and sunsets.

Our unit was clean, plenty of room for the two of us and equipped with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and light shopping. Convenient access to the beach from the pool deck, the deck is large with plenty of lounge chairs.
