Idyllwild is known for being pet friendly this cabin lives up to the reputation. We had a great time in this cozy, comfy cabin. Our pups loved the fully fenced backyard. Thank you Jay for being an amazing host and we will definitely be back for a future adventure.

was a perfect getaway, all I needed for me and my pup.felt like a cabin, but with updated kitchen and bath. nice! the fenced backyard perfect for dog and great deck for sitting outside.nice neighborhood to walk in, and just minutes from town.would love to stay there again!thank you...

My wife and I were looking for a nice getaway for us and our dog and Peaceful Pines was perfect. It was important for us to have a dog friendly space with a fully enclosed yard I couldn't ask for a better place. Our dog loved exploring the big rocks and seeing all the squirrels and birds. She had a blast. The cabin itself is a nice size and had everything we needed. We loved the recliners in the living room and since my wife is a tea drinker, the liked that the coffeemaker had a separate hot water section so tea water doesn’t taste like coffee. The heater worked really well and we also had AC if we needed it. Parking was convenient and easy. The host was great and sent us nice tips for the area. Overall, highly recommended and we look forward to coming back.

We’ve stayed at Jay’s properties multiple times. Great locations. Cozy. Comfortable. Clean. Close to town. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend my time and to relax.

The cabin was charming, front, spacious backyard with lighting, wonderful decor, clean, cozy, really nice touches all around. Kitchen had everything one could want, and various welcome treats. We didn't have a dog, planning to adopt again, and we hope to revisit with our fur kid. Jay was an exceptional host, gave us complete information on everything Idyllwild, and made the first time visit for my wife and I really special. Responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommended. We had the greatest time!

We had a lovely stay at Jay’s property. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. Jay was great to work with, very accommodating, and made everything easy. It’s a short drive to town and had plenty of room for our dogs. We had dinner and drinks at the Idyllwild Brewpub—definitely a must-go. We’d stay again.

Peaceful Pines was everything we had hoped for. It was perfect for our fur baby who enjoyed the freedom of running in and out of the house and spending time in the backyard. Restful, fully equipped, and so comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our trip, restful, relaxing, and recuperative. Very close to downtown Wilde, where the food is fabulous! We plan to one day definitely return. 5 Stars!

Jay's property is located nearby the town and many hiking trails, and it has all the essentials for our stay. It was a lovely cabin, and our dogs enjoyed the backyard a lot.

Super adorable cabin!! Fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It had a nice fenced in backyard. Our dog had a blast running around chasing the squirrels. Great back deck with BBQ! The owner gave a list of reasturants and places to see. That was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for a few weeks from now.

Perfect place for a couple and their dog. We loved the rustic cabin feel and the proximity to the town and the hiking trails. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Jay provided good directions before we arrived, and checked in to be sure all was good after our arrival. The house and yard are supper comfortable. A great place to stay for a mountain fix with your dog.

As before, Jay’s Peaceful Pines mountain getaway was just what the proverbial doctor ordered. There are few things better in life than sitting on the back deck and listening to the wind rustle the high pines overhead.
